Eiji Hozuki Training [Private, No Killing]

Eiji started rolling around in his bed like he always did right before waking up, just like any average day, the sun beaming in through the unblinded windows shined it his eyes as if the clouds hadn't even been there. Eiji rolled around in bed a little more back and forth in a rocking motion, he then started rolling back and forth fast until he eventually landed on the ground and screamed, "Ahhh!" He quickly moved to a sitting position taking short and quick breath rotations, he looked at his surroundings, he saw that his blinds were opened and how the sign would have been pointing straight into his eyes and that that was probably the reason he woke up. He also noticed his pillow on the ground and in a pile next to it, his blanket. He tried to think back to what he was dreaming of, it was faint, but he remembered it. He was backed up to a cliff, there were about five men surrounding him in a half circle as if to capture him, Eiji had felt rage and blood lust in his dream as if he had just killed someone or some people for all he knew. The men around him started coming closer towards him until they were each about fifty meters away that is when Eiji had decided to strike. He looked at his surroundings, the dirt he was standing on seemed moist from the morning dew and this had given him an idea to defeat his attackers, with the flick of a finger and full concentration he shot a blast of pressurized water from the ground straight towards the man on the right's head, with ease and the man not seeing it coming from the shear speed his head got blown off and seemed as if it had just disintigrated. Eiji's eyes were glowing blue in the dream he had determination and complete concentration on killing these men, time for the one on the left. This time instead of a straight forward attack Eiji used the water from behind the man to turn into a tentacle shape and strangle the man from behind and after a few seconds Eiji made the water go straight into the man's lungs drowning him instantaneously. Before Eiji had a chance the two men on either side of the man in the middle had started to rush him kunai in hand. What Eiji had not realized was that the two people were actually two clones of the man in the middle. The clones weren't normal clones either they were explosive. Eiji ready to block anything coming his way pulled a kunai out, the second the two were within a 5 meter radius they exploded, if it weren't for Eiji's Water Heavens Convergence he surely would have died a wave of water from the ground blocked the explosions and protected Eiji. There was one man left, this wouldn't be a problem if Eiji had known the man could teleport, or it may have been that he was just incredibly fast. It didn't matter the man, in a matter of miliseconds, appeared directly in front of Eiji and just grinned and with a flick from the man to Eiji's chest he went flying back off the cliff and that's when he had awoke.

As I stated here there is no way for you learn this technique until you reach the requirements listed on the page. All training for this technique voided until you meet the requirements.

Can I get the stats and get the credits for training afterwards? At least up to this point because I didn't know Limited Clan counted as a limited tech I thought it just meant only 1 lim tech for people who have a lim clan.

You can get the stats/JP for the words that you have done (20 Stats, 40 JP), but you are going to have to redo the training for the technique entirely. Apologies for the confusion but that is the best I can do =/.
