Eiji and Mack Training Only (No Killing)

After just turning in the mission and being rewarded by the man for finding the farmer, Eiji looked over to Mack and with a smirk on his face, he said, "That was some pretty badass fighting you did out there maybe you and me should spar sometime. You I am am actually going to go to the training grounds right now, if you want to come just meet me there." With having said that Eiji waved to Mack and sped off to the training grounds to start stretching before his newly found partner came.

He put his right foot in front of him and leaned forward, then his left and leaned forward. Ah, that feels good he thought to himself then he stretched his arms in a couple of ways that would have looked weird to any person who wasn't part of the Hozuki clan. As he was finishing up his stretches he saw Mack in the distance, who had finally decided to come. He jumped up from doing some push-ups and waved at Mack who was walking over. A little over excited to have a training Eiji rushed over to greet Mack and tell him about how great it was to have a training partner as strong as himself.

Mack would take up his friends offer to go and train, he was eager to find out how skilled his partner was. He followed the teenager’s energetic strides in the direction of the training grounds. He arrived to find Eiji waving at him to come over, he sure had arrived quickly. In a burst of enthusiasm the boy rushed over to greet Mack and started talking about how wonderful it was to have a training partner as strong as him.

Mack chuckled again at the boy’s enthusiasm. This kid sure was a character. It was strange, Mack did not like many people, yet this kid had managed to get on his good side. Normally, he would kill a kid who had approached him like this, but this kid had just the right mix of enthusiasm and respect that set their relationship off on a good foot. Mack saw a future partnership between himself and the boy, he was eager to find out what sort of abilities he had. “Alright,” Mack would say when the boy was finished speaking, “Let’s put your abilities to the test.” He would finish the sentence with a smirk, activating his byakugan. He would hop back 10 meters, waiting for the boy to make some sort of attack, as was his fighting style. He examined that there were many fallen trees and logs around his size that littered the area, a storm must have hit a few days prior. He waited for his opponent to make the first move...

In that time frame Eiji had also noticed all the ruptured and torn down tree branches and logs everywhere. What he also took into note was that there were puddles everywhere, he then put a childish smile on his face and his eyes glistened as if he had just won the Kumohagakure lottery. Eventually after looking and counting every single puddle he had noticed that Mack was already ready to put, given his battle stance, but something else had changed about Mack. He had seen the change earlier on the mission and hadn't noticed it at the time, but the veins around Mack's eyes seemed to be popping out more and they also seemed a lot more focused.

Finally, Eiji tore down the grin off his face and replaced it with the most serious face someone would see him with. He leaped backwards putting some space between Mack and himself. As soon as he leaped back, he said, "Let's go!" and rushed Mack at top speed, and drew back his arm as if he were going to punch Mack, but he didn't, he did something a lot more devious and cunning. Earlier he had added a puddle that was next to Mack on his list and had decided that would be his opening move. The second before his fist would come in contact with a block or quite possibly Mack's face he converted his arm into water soaking Mack all over. Then he dipped his arm into the puddle on the ground to regenerate hoping Mack wouldn't see his little trick and he leaped back again and out of the blue just burst out laughing.

Mack would wait and watch as the boy leapt backwards another 15 meters. There was now a 25 meter distance between the two of them. Mack found it odd that the boy had jumped back so far when mack had already created adequate spacing between the two of them. Nevertheless, he was prepared in case Eiji had some sort of strategy that he was planning to use. Mack watched Eiji as he sprinted forward, waiting until he hit the precise point that Mack wanted to before implicating his technique. Just as Eiji reached 10 meters away from Mack, Mack would rapidly form the Ram hand seal, using the Body Flicker Technique to temporarily double his speed. In this state, he would be twice as fast as Eiji, making it nearly impossible for Eiji to catch Mack as he body flickered. Mack would use the Body Flicker Technique to move around Eiji so that he was directly behind him, facing the boy’s back. Once behind Eiji, Mack would aim a powerful kick with the sole of his foot right at the middle of they boy’s spine. This would not do any significant damage, just send him stumbling a few meters and probably causing him to fall flat on his face. Mack made sure that there were no logs around the are before doing all this, just so he didn’t trip over any. Mack would also make sure he did not kick Eiji into a log and risk damaging him further. If all this went according to perfection, Eiji would end up on his face about 3 meters in front of Mack. Mack would then say, “Weren’t prepared for that were you? Come on, get up.” He would then take up a defensive stance once again, waiting for Eiji to get up and continue the fight. Mack would gaze at Eiji with his activated byakugan, he could see all of the boy’s chakra points, his tenketsu. He could also see the boy’s entire chakra system. He did not really know how this benefitted him yet, as he did not know what to do with this knowledge. Yet he figured that as his byakugan progressed, it would become more useful to him. Mack also would notice that he could see a whole 20 feet, around 7 meters, further than he could with his naked eye. Well this was a somewhat useful ability, this range was still very short, Mack didn’t feel that it benefitted him all that much. Mack knew that he had to train his byakugan to progress it, yet he did not really know how to go about doing this. It was not just something like strength and speed where he could just lift weights and go for a run and better himself physically, how would he go about training his eyes? He would squint and try to focus his eyes even more, trying to see even further, yet this would not prove to be effective. Mack would decide to take it slow while he waited on Eiji. He looked at each individual one of the boy’s tenketsu, counting them individually. He would rapidly count 361 individual tenketsu in his head. He would find this odd, as he had no idea there were this many chakra points in a person’s chakra system. He gazed in awe at the ethereal blue energy that seemingly coursed through the boy’s body, it was a beautiful sight. Mack thought about the basic knowledge that he had of the tenketsu, he knew they were small nodes, or pressure points, in the human body that allowed them to release chakra. Mack knew that most people did not possess the distinct ability to manipulate their own tenketsu, as this was a very specialized skill, even most jounin only possessed the ability to release minuscule amounts of chakra from the tenketsu, just enough to strengthen punches, kicks, or jumps. Mack thought back to the little that he knew about his own clan, the Hyuuga. He knew that they had a particularly unique fighting style that allowed them to manipulate the chakra network of an opponent. Perhaps this was why the ability to see tenketsu was so useful. Mack knew that in order to get to an opponents chakra system, that it would be best to aim for the smallest components of it, the tenketsu, so that he could shut the opponent down to the smallest level. Mack would grin, he did not yet possess this ability, but eagerly awaited the moment when he did, as he felt this would be the ultimate fighting style. Mack would blink hard, and when he would open his eyes again he would notice something different about the vision of his byakugan. Mack would now be able to see even further than he had been able to before, 35 feet to be exact, around 12 meters. Mack would also feel a bit more invigorated, like he had more energy and life in him. He would feel like he could move faster and do more. Mack would be amazed, he would be amazed at the fact that he had been able to progress his byakugan just by observing his opponent’s chakra network and thinking about the Hyuuga clan jutsu. Mack would smile a wide smile, he would think that this was even easier than training for strength and speed, as he did not even have to exert his body, he just had to look at things with his eyes and think about stuff. Mack would decide to use the little time he had from his stunned opponent to progress his byakugan even further. Mack thought back to the specific techniques of his clan that he knew about. He knew that in order to accomplish the fighting style that his clan called the ‘Gentle Fist’ that he would have to shut down an opponent’s tenketsu. He himself could not yet do this however, but he would think of how people in his clan went about accomplishing this. He knew that a Hyuuga injected a specific amount of their own chakra into their opponent’s network, shutting down certain tenketsu and even damaging organs that they might be connected to. By shutting down a tenketsu, Mack knew that he would be shutting down chakra’s ability to be produced and passed through that point in the opponent’s body. Mack knew that there were techniques that could shut down enough tenketsu to just damage and weaken the opponent, and he knew that there were attacks that could even kill an opponent by shutting down all of their tenketsu or attacking the tenketsu linked to their heart. Mack would not feel like he was getting anywhere by just observing random facts about his clan’s jutsu, so he would again turn his focus back to his opponent. There would seem to be lines, or tubes running through the tenketsu of his opponent, Eiji, connecting the chakra network of his body. The source of all of these tubes seemed to come from one big blue flame in his abdomen area, Mack would not know why at first. Then it would strike Mack that this was the chakra producing organ of his opponent’s body. This organ was responsible for generating all the chakra found in the human body, making it a shinobi’s most vital organ. Mack wondered if it was at all possible to create a gentle fist technique that could directly target this organ, completely decimating his opponent’s chakra network from the core. Mack decided he would try this sometime, once he got a grip on the art of the Gentle Fist. Mack would ponder what to do next to train his byakugan. he had undergone this much byakugan training just by looking around and thinking over the course of a mere few seconds. His opponent would still be stunned from the initial attack, if it had succeeded that is. Mack decided to train the vision part of it, taking advantage of his still stunned opponent. He would gaze around with the extended 35 foot view of his vision, looking for anything that seemed interesting. Nothing caught his eye, there were just some smaller animals and birds scurrying through the brush at the edge of the forest near where Mack and Eiji were sparring. Mack would look around the full area, squinting and trying to see even further than he could right now. Again, this would not work, Mack would figure that for some reason it was impossible to force the byakugan to see any further than it naturally could, the only way to see further was to train and further the byakugan. Mack would sigh, he would feel as if he was running out of ways that he could train his byakugan. Mack wanted badly to master the byakugan, he knew that there were hidden perks that he had not yet discovered, perks much more useful than being able to see chakra, at least in his mind. Mack would decide to see if he had made any progress, blinking hard again and opening his eyes. Again, upon the opening of his eyes, Mack would gasp at the things he could now see. He was filled with a euphoric glee, like a child who had just gotten a present they had wanted their whole life. He seemed to have unlocked the hidden perks that he had been thinking of. Mack could now see a whole 150 feet, or 50 meters, further than he could with his naked eye. Mack also had a 360 degree field of vision, he could see everything around him. Mack was appalled by this, he had never been able to see this far, nor had he ever been able to see so much around him, for Mack, this was the true power of the byakugan. Mack would be ecstatic, he knew that this would be a huge help for him in battle, in his mind, he had become invincible. There was one flaw that Mack did notice about the byakugan however, it was that there was a single blind spot, right behind his neck, at the level of his thoracic vertebrae. But this was but a minor flaw, with something as powerful as the byakugan, there was pound to be small things like this that didn’t work out. Mack would smile even bigger than before, a grin stretching nearly from ear to ear. Mack felt like a child, he felt high off of his own giddiness and power. This was possibly the most invigorated that he had ever felt. Mack felt invincible, like he could do anything that he wanted. Mack would next turn his attention back to his opponent once more. All of those thoughts and series of actions in which Mack looked around would have taken but a few seconds, as Mack had merely glanced around and thought of a few things, this however, had been enough to take his byakugan to it’s nearly mastered state. Mack felt that he might be able to do just a bit more with his byakugan, but it was good enough for now. His opponent would most likely be getting up at any second, if he was not up now. Mack would look at his opponent with his new eyes...he was ready to continue this spar...

Eiji had noticed that the other boy had done a hand seal, but he could not tell which one quick enough. As he was not ready the other had used the Body Flicker Technique which increased his speed enough to get behind Eiji. Once the boy, Mack, got behind he sent a hard kick to Eiji mid-back area, spinal cord, sending him down forward straight into a large puddle that they were both standing in. At this point Eiji had already conjured up his strategy, the second he landed in the puddle, he allowed his whole body just to just splash as he turned into water. He knew that since Mack did not know any of his abilities or about his clan that he would be very confused and most likely be staring at the puddle thinking of what happened. After becoming a puddle he slowly maneuvered his way behind Mack so that he would not notice any difference in the puddle. Once he got behind Mack he would say, "Looking for me?" and as he was saying that he would kick down Mack the same exact way Mack had kicked him, face down into the puddle. After kicking Mack down he would jump back 10 meters, get into his normal defensive stance, hands in front of him and crouched a little, and wait for Mack to get up and make his move.

Mack watched as the boy somehow dispersed his entire body into the large puddle that they were standing in, he had somehow become water himself.

“What the hell...” Mack would quietly utter to himself as he gazed into the puddle that the boy had just somehow become part of. Mack, using his byakugan, would notice that they boy’s chakra was evenly dispersed throughout the water. The water glowed with his chakra, it was very strange, the boy’s chakra had somehow become part of the water. Mack would then notice that the chakra seemed to be flowing towards one point directly behind his back. Although puzzled, Mack would not turn around, he wouldn’t have to, he could see everything behind him. Mack would watch as the chakra began to rise out of the water again and form back into Eiji, taking the form of a chakra system once more. This was the strangest thing Mack had ever seen, he had somehow reformed himself out of the water! Mack could see behind him, so he was able to see everything behind him, so he would observe as the boy began to lift his leg. The second that the boy started lifting his leg, Mack would rapidly spin around in a whipping motion, He would extend his elbow as he did this, aiming directly for the boy’s temple with a vicious elbow strike. Due to Mack’s superior speed, it was almost certain that he would be able to complete his strike before he was kicked. Also, due to the laws of physics and inertia, and just the structure of the human body, spinning around with an elbow extended was a much quicker movement than lifting one’s leg up and performing a kick at the high point that Eiji was trying to perform it at. If this worked, Mack’s elbow would connect with Eiji’s temple, this would not be enough to kill him or even knock him out, just enough to knock him back down into the water and leave him a bit dazed. After this, Mack would leap out of the giant puddle and onto dry land. On the land that Mack would choose to land on, there were no puddles for 50 meters in any direction, the land was completely dry. Mack did not know what this boy Eiji’s relationship with water was, he just knew that it was dangerous to stay around any water. If Eiji wanted to get at Mack, he would have to venture out onto dry land. All of a sudden Mack’s vision would snap out even further, to insane proportions. The use of Mack’s byakugan to actually aid him in battle had pushed it to it’s mastery. Mack would be appalled by the range of his new vision, he could see for a whole mile in all directions! Mack was insanely happy about this, he had perfected his byakugan, his clan’s bloodline. Mack also felt even more invigorated and aware than he had before. He felt even more in touch with his chakra network and his muscles. He would glance at Eiji, waiting for him to make a move...

After reforming and throwing a kick, his opponent, Mack, swung his elbow back smashing Eiji directly into his right temple. With this his head exploded into a burst of water splashing in every direction creating new puddles. With this Eiji was not able to see, but he continued his kick at the same pace which would have hit Mack at the exact same time as Mack landing the elbow to his face. Eiji would jump back after landing the kick and would luckily land in a puddle of water making his head regenerate a lot quicker as he absorbed the water from the ground. At this point Mack would have probably been up and in a dry area. After regenerating his head he would do some hand seals and use the Body Flicker Technique and moving at unseemingly fast speeds he would move side to side in an S shaped motion trying to confuse the enemies all-seeing eye and without rushing in for an attack he would weave more hand signs and use the Substitution technique to switch places with a log directly at Mack's back. With that he wouldthrow another kick to Mack's back. Thinking out loud which was a huge mistake he said, "I hope this works again," then held his breath waiting to come in contact with his opponent's back.

Mack’s eyes would grow wide as he seemingly hit the head right off of Eiji with his elbow. For a second, he thought he had killed the boy. However, he could see that his chakra was still coursing through his body, meaning that he was still alive. Mack could also see that Eiji was continuing with the kick. Even though he was twice as fast as the boy, the kick connected just as Mack’s elbow met the water where Eiji’s head had been. Luckily, this kick was quite weak, it only sent Mack stumbling a few steps, but not falling into the puddle. Mack would form the ram seal as he stumbled, body flickering to his desired location, the dry land with no puddles around. In the body flicker, Mack would be 4x as fast as Eiji, making it very unlikely for Eiji to catch, or even trace him. Mack would then turn around to see Eiji body flickering and moving in an ‘s’ pattern, presumably to throw Mack off guard. Even with the body flicker, Eiji would only be equal to Mack in speed, so Mack could see everything that he was doing, he could see his chakra signature as well, making it even easier for him to track the boy. Mack would trace the boy right up until he was right in front of him, noticing that he had formed a few more hand signs along the way. The boy would stop his body flicker right as he came up in front of Mack, so his speed would return back to normal and Mack would go back to being twice as fast as him. Due to this superior speed, Mack would sweep the boy’s legs out from under him. Mack would most likely be able to perform this technique and make it hit due to the boy’s inferior speed and this would probably cause an inability to dodge the technique. Once the boy was on the ground, Mack would stand in a defensive stance just centimeters in front of him, waiting to see if he got up and tried to continue the fight...

After painfully having hit the ground Eiji lay there for a few minutes trying to regain consciousness. While he was regaining his consciousness he blacked out for a couple minutes and during that black out he would start to dream. His dream consisted of him being on a boat in the middle of the ocean. Living on a boat in the middle of the ocean was one of Eiji's many wonderful dreams, since Eiji was of the Hozuki clan that gave him the ability to be come one with water so he could travel as quickly and as deep as he wanted in water. He always felt that free when swimming, but as always he noticed that everything was too good to be true and suddenly awoke from his quick nap and saw that Mack was watching him intently, with that Eiji shot up to his feet converting both his hands into tentacles in the process. With his right hand he shot a swinging tentacle to hit Mack on his right side, knowing Mack was faster than him he threw his left one consecutively after the right hoping that Mack would jump to his right to dodge Eiji's right tentacle. If this attack failed Eiji would retract his tentacles back into his hands to defend anything Mack would throw his way.

Mack watched as Eiji’s hands turned into tentacles made out of water, again, he was appalled by the boy’s strange and unique special abilities, he had never seen anything like them. Using his byakugan Mack had seen that there was a log of about his size lying on the ground about 5 meters behind him. Mack formed the few necessary hand seals for the substitution technique. Due to his far superior speed, Mack would have formed the hand seals right as Eiji’s right water tentacle was about to hit his side. The second the tentacle hit ‘Mack’, Mack would become revealed as a log with a poof of white smoke. Mack, having switched places with the log, would be 5 meters from where he was before, about 5 meters away from Eiji as well. If all of this went according to perfection, Mack would be 5 meters in front of the boy, staring him directly in the eyes. He was still stunned by the boy’s abilities, his body seemed to be made out of water, it seemed that he could form his limbs into any shape that he wanted as well. Mack eyed the boy and grinned, this child sure had some peculiar abilities, Mack had taken a liking to him, with some instruction, this kid might be able to become something great. This time, mack would not hesitate and let Eiji make the first move. Mack would sprint forward towards the kid at full speed, while running, he would raise his right fist behind him as if he were going to bring it forward and punch Eiji in the face. Most likely, Eiji’s attention would be focused on Mack’s right arm, as he would probably be trying to find a way to block or dodge the punch. However, right as Mack was in front of Eiji, he would bring his right knee up, most likely connecting with the boy’s crotch, as Eiji would have had no reason to be looking at Mack’s legs and therefore would not have seen the attack coming. As most males would know, this is a very sensitive area. Being hit here would probably cause Eiji to double over in pain. If all of this went according to perfection, Eiji would be hunched over in pain after being struck in the genitals by Mack. This would leave the back of Eiji’s body open to the sky. If this was true, mack would aim a strong and swift hammer fist to the back of Eiji’s neck, which, if it connected, would probably cause him to face plant into the ground due to the force at which Mack would have connected. If this went according to perfection as well, Eiji would be lying on his face on the ground, probably groaning in pain. Mack would then get on top of Eiji’s back, kneeling, pinning him to the ground. Eiji would not be able to see anything, nor would he be able to raise his arms from this position, making it impossible to attack Mack. Mack would say to the boy, chuckling, “Would you like to surrender, or do you have anymore tricks up your sleeve?” He would wait for a response...
