Someone to spar with... [P,NK]

Habee thought he had managed to hit Itami. His kick was about to hit Itami went he suddenly felt a incredibly sharp pain by his hip area. It was then that he realised it was only a image of Itami. Itami had managed to use his very speed level to get bend Habee while Habee did his attack. It was too late for Habee to think of a counter. The pain by his hip area was joined by another pain caused by itami's fist striking his neck and then another punch hitting Habee on the head. These combination of attacks caused Habee to hit the ground and roll in the dust 5 meters away. Habee got up slowly rubbing his head, neck and hip caused by itami's 3 strike combination. "Guess you got me back a lot harder." Habee said with a smile on his facing quite pleased that this spar was going well although Habee was getting a hiding. "I'm at a disadvantage here considering how much more speed Itami has. I gotta watch his moves carefully and make sure I can react before his speed against me. It will be very hard for me to be able to be victorious. But I can try at least." These thoughts went through Habee's head as he awaited Itami.

Habee hit the ground and Itami held back, wanting to see what he'd do next. He chuckled at his words and again pulled out his kunai, prepared for any kind of plan the other might have. He didn't want to attack while Habee was down, this was after all a spar not a battle. He wanted to give Habee the chance to get back on his feet.

As the boy stood up, Itami chuckled at his words and created a couple of hand signs. Two solid shadow clones appeared next to him, both exact replicas of Itami. He grinned and the three of them ran towards Habee, but with half their speed. Clone 1 reached the boy first, aiming a high kick to his head. Clone number 2 steered to the left and delivered a low kick to the boy's legs. The real Itami came last, adding a punch to the boy's stomach. He wasn't going as fast this time but he hoped his clones would pose enough of a distraction for Habee to not be able to evade his final attack.

Habee tried to be ready for Itami's attack. This time he wanted to be successful in his defense as well as his counter attack. Plans & tactics went through his head as he awaited Itami.

Itami used the shadow clone technique and made two shadow clones of himself. Not only was 1 Itami already a hand full, now he had to deal with two more. He watched as the 3 ran at him and noticed that their speeds weren't as fast as 1 Itami, so Habee began forming hand seals. When the one itami had reached him and tried to kick him, habee waited for the last second and then performed a replacement technique. This would cause all Itami to strike nothing but a simple log while Habee appeared a few meters behind them. As soon as he appeared, he pulled out his two kunais and threw them straight at the two clones into their spine. While using his katana to aim a slash at the real Itami's back. This slash wasn't anything deadly. It would just make a scare across Itami's back, not that deep, but able to cause some bleeding.

If these sets of attacks hit, he would then jump in the air and spun around, producing a round house kick to Itami's neck and then dropped down once more and perform a slide tackle and take Itami down.

Itami and the clones stopped and spun around the second a log replaced Habee. The real Itami didn't bother moving the clones and just let the kunai disperse them. As Habee ran towards him with his katana, Itami barely evaded his attack, the katana softly piercing his jacket on the shoulder, but not doing much else becuse Itami moved so fast.

The next second Habee was gone and Itami cursed for not paying more attention to how the boy moved. Itami move back as he saw Habee in the air, comming at him. He tried blocking the kick with his forearm but the kick was strong and still sent Itami on the floor.

He landed on his side but got up quickly again and pulled three senbon out of his weapon holder. He threw them in the air in front of him, and not at Habee.
The second they reached the point on front of Itami's face, he clapped his hands together, creating a strong wind gale that spun the weapons and sent them flying in the direction of Habee. Their speed was greater than hen thrown normally. The strong gusts of wind would also possibly push Habee back or make him stumble, depending on his strength and chakra use.

Itami's hair danced in the wind as he slowly lowered his hands again. The gale subsided and he prepared for the next attack.

Habee was quite pleased seeing that the slash he made with his katana managed to make contact with Itami and also that his kick successfully hit Itami. It wasn't too long before Itami was back up on his feet. Itami threw 3 senbon, to Habee's surprise, not at him but up in the air. This was all very confusing and Habee didn't know what do nor what Itami was going to do. As the senbon came inline with Itami, he clapped his hands performing some kind wind jutsu that released a huge gust of wind increasing the senbon speed. Now the senbons travelling at an extremely fast pace flew at Habee. Habee could slowly feel loosing his balance. He couldn't see where the senbons were flying due to their incredibly fast speed. All habee tried to was block his face with his katana. Marvellously one senbon deflected off the katana. At this point, Habee was completely off balance and was lifted off his feet and send flying 10 meters back. While he flew back tumbling in the sand, the two other senbon hit him, one into his right shoulder and another into his left leg.


Habee got up slowly rubbing his head from the awkward landing. He was bleeding slightly by his arm and leg. He reached and managed to pull out the two senbon that were stuck in him. "Good move there. You got me badly" Habee said with smile, breathing heavily. "It appears he's getting serious. I think I should too. Let me show him my speciality." Habee thought to himself as he put his katana away. He then ran at Itami till he reached a 3 meter gap between the two. He then reached his right hand out and a concentrated his chakra. This was one of the very few times he actually tried this move out. A moment later, a gold chakra chain formed out of pure chakra, extended out of his palm. Habee didn't have any control over it, he still needed a lot more practise in order to master it. Currently all he could do was extend & retract it. the chakra chain extended out aiming it to hit Itami with the hook in this stomach. If this succeeded he would retract it and then kick Itami on the side of his head, with his left foot.

Itami smirked as two of his jutsu hit target. He already pulled a kunai from his weapon holder, once again infusing it with wind chakra. "Trust me this is nothing. If this weren't a spar, I'd aim for vital spots." he replied to Habee's words and grinned a bit.

He watched as Habee put his katana away and just as he was about to launch at him, attacking with his kunai, Habee moved, and extended his arm towards him. Curious, Itami watched with focus until a chain shot out of Habee's arm, right at Itami. It moved too fast, even for his speed and it hit him spot on, in the stomach, the hook creating a wound that started to bleed rapidly. Itami was forced backwards a little, with the force of the chain, and he gritted his teeth and reached for his abdomen with his left hand. He'd have to take care of the wound - it wasn't very deep, and the blood loss would eventually stop, but still, just in case.

He made himself move out of the way when Habee, who already retracted the chain, came at him with a kick. Itami had enough control over himself to create hand signs and use the replacement tehnique. A log apeared instead of him, and Itami hid among the bushes near by. As silently as he could, he pulled a bandage out of his pouch, still keeping his eyes on Habee who didn't know where he was.
He bandaged the wound quick to prevent an infection and then started planning his next move.

Habee grinned as his chakra chain had succeeded in hitting Itami. He was very pleased because he had gotten some experience and was actually to hit Itami with it. The force of the chain knocked Itami a bit back and the wound began to bleed. Habee wasn't too worried because he knew for one that he didn't hit the chain by any vital spots, second he knew that it wasn't that deep and third he was quite sure Itami could handle a small wound like that. Habee didn't really like violence and injure others (that isn't his enemy) badly. It wasn't his thing. He did seem a bit worried when he in with the kick. What if Itami were too injured to dodge or block it and what if Habee would really hurt Itami badly? Nevertheless habee still proceeded the kick without any sign of doubt or remorse. When Itami used a replacement technique to evade the kick and reach safety to most probably tend to the wound, Habee smiled. He knew that Itami was way to strong to let a simple wound like that stop him.

Habee then looked around for possible areas for where Itami would be hiding. He didn't want to be too hard on Itami as Habee was a good guy. He didn't look for itami but instead waited for Itami to come out when he was ready. This would give Itami some time to tend to his wound and recuperate. In the meantime, Habee waited looking carefully all around him for the slightest sound or movement to give Itami's position away. He pulled out his katana and held it firmly in both hands and waited.

Itami observed Habee from his hiding place and started to create hand signs. Habee proved to be a far better opponent than Itami initially thought and he was glad he'd got to spar with him. You don't see a jutsu like his everyday. The chain that shot out of the boy's arm was definitely impressive.

Itami created a solid shadow clone who immediately moved to the right, running silently among the bushes and branches and moving in a circle around Habee. The clone stopped when he was almost on the opposite side of Habee, than Itami.

Preparing his second jutsu, Itami raised a hand to his mouth and focused his chakra. In the mean while, his clone shot three kunai Habee's way, forcing him to turn his way, and show his back to the real Itami. The clone would send the kunai one after the other and not all together, to buy the real Itami some time.

Itami created a spiralling wind ball made of pure wind natured chakra and jumped out of the bushes, running towards Habee. He hurled the ball at his back and prepared for a kick once he was close enough to the boy.

Habee was still waiting and attentively listening & looking to see where Itami would pop up from. He still had his katana held firmly, ready for anything. Suddenly he felt a movement and seen a kunai flying at him. He would turn and face the kunai and deflected to the side using his katana. Next was another kunai flying at him and a third one following. Habee used his katana to deflect the second one into the ground next to him. The third one, slashed it causing it to fall right at his feet. He quickly picked it up and threw it back at where the 3 kunai had come from. He suddenly felt some movement behind him but before he could turn around, he was hit with a massive force of wind that send him flying 5 meters and then rolling in the grass for another 3 meters. Habee stood up slowly trying to regain balance. He held his hand by his back, which was in a lot of pain from whatever jutsu Itami hit him with.

Itami watched intently as his jutsu managed to hit Habee. It was quite a strong one and as the boy rolled on the floor, Itami decided to not commence any other attacks. This was after all a spar and not a real fight. He didn't want to damage Habee too greatly.

As he stood up, Itami called out to him "You okay? Should we finish the spar?"
He watched and waited for the boy's response.
