A New Day(P/IO/NK)

Hideyoshi blinked once as he continued to look at Ayumi, a small growing larger on his face. As the question of the chuunin exams came up he would nod," I do plan on taking it but i know there are others who can beat me...you for example can, i know it. You have strategy and honestly i think your holding back against me," smiling as he simply sat there and looked up for only a moment.

He wanted Ayumi to believe in her skills more because she had alot of it, Just getting her to use it was the problem. Either way he had enjoyed the time that they had spent together, and simply wanted to sit her with her. He was thinking maybe he should take her out to eat again or maybe even a day of no sparring so they could have fun, but there was the problem of how she would feel about that as well.

"I am not sure if I will take the exam yet." Ayumi was not confident with her skills. Although she has been training hard, she still wasn't comfortable enough with her skills to win against a chuunin-caliber ninja and she recently became a genin anyways. It seemed like Hideyoshi believed in her though, she thinks this is to cheer her up, he couldn't just say "you suck!" after all.

"Thanks for believing in me, I don't as much as you d.." she started coughing. Her body wasn't recently on top form and she was losing some weight, which was making her vulnerable. She has been coughing since she got off the house but didn't think it was a big deal. Was she getting sick? She loved training but it had its consequences and it showed during their spar too. She decided to stand up and walk a bit away from Hideyoshi. "I think I might be getting sick, you shouldn't stay too close to me." she coughed again. She thought maybe she should go home, she didn't want him to get sick too. She didn't even know what would happen if Tibbers got sick.

Hideyoshi stopped her first sentence by kissing her and shaking his head as he pulled her into a hug," believe in yourself Ayumi...you can do it, but you have to stop thinking bad about yourself and start thinking good," looking a bit surprised when she started to cough. Moving his hand over her head he would frown for a bit," you need to take a break from training...for a little bit stay at home okay me and the little one will come and make sure your okay," smiling but when she moved away from him he would stand up and scoop her up into his arms before she could really say no.

Looking down at her he would chuckle," I have a very strong immune system so i can't get sick easily and besides someone needs to watch over you to make sure you do not try and go out and do more training when your body is trying to tell you to rest," of course the little cub came scurrying to his side as he looked up a them trying to figure out what the heck was going on, but unfortunately he did not get the picture yet.

Ayumi smiled at him when he kissed her and insisted that she had what it took. After she coughed he checked her fever and with a worried look he wanted her to stop training. She normally wouldn't listen to anyone when it came to stop her from training and Hideyoshi probably knew that by now. Training was one of her favorite things in life, she loved improving and learning new stuff. Her uncle gave some good fights when she first started to overwork herself but after she ran away many times to the training ground, he had to give up. Still, this time she knew Hideyoshi was right, she was risking her health for nothing, training was meaningless without a healthy body. "Alright, alright, I promise to rest tomorrow don't worry."

She stood up only to get dragged back to his chest, he chuckled and didn't let her go on her own. Ayumi replied "If you say so, don't blame me if one of you gets sick!" she looked at confused Tibbers and pointed at Hideyoshi "Blame him alright? I can't live with myself if I get blamed by you." she chuckled.

smiling he would of course walk with her back to the tree just for fun," I will be coming to make sure you are actually there and if its a clone...im going to get you," although he was smiling he was serious as can be. Sitting her down beside him he would stare into the darken leaves and smile before picking her back up into his arms as he looked at her and smirked at her comment," If i get sick i will just sweat it out at the hotspring, and if anything i will blame your sick and not you," now that made no sense but it was kinda funny.

When she spoke to tibbers, he would bump into Hideyoshi twice before pawing at his leg and growling at him,"Holy crap its time to feed you isn't it...well come on we can go get you something to eat now," looking down to Ayumi he would smile," Can you get home alright or do you want your shining knight to take you home," chuckling as he made his way to the entrace of the training field with her in tow.

She chuckled as they went towards the entrance of the training field. "I think I can walk home without my shining knight, I don't want to steal your time, make sure you feed that fellow as soon as possible." he was much taller than her so she reached to him by standing on her toes and kissed him on the lips, then she gave Tibbers a pat on his head before she started to walk home. She kept looking at them and waved as she walked backwards, "See you soon!". She turned back and walked thinking "My shining knight huh?" she chuckled again.

Hideyoshi would smile and nod as he looked down at the ever going hungry bundle of fur that was Tibbers. The bear continued to bounce on his foot trying to get home but he ignored him for the moment as he spoke to Ayumi," Okay i will make sure to feed this little one and you make sure you get some rest and hot soup," caught off guard as she actually kissed him for a change. Nodding he would pick up the stubborn bear and smile," Okay you hungry little fur ball now lets go get you some salmon...i promised you it after all," the bear letting out a happy...whatever sound bears make as Hideyoshi began to walk from the training field back to his house. He waved goodbye to Ayumi and soon would head off to go pick up some salmon for the bear and proceeded to go home and cook it.

Stopping at some of the spice stores to pick up some spices for the fish and even some additional breading and ramen noodles. After everything was bought, he would head home to begin cooking officially ending his day taking care of the stubborn cub...what a day for him, but he enjoyed it for the moment until the bear got big enough to freaking battle him for the salmon now that would be funny or a deadly coiencedence.
