Working off some steam {P,NK} (Closed)

Aura woke up to the sound of wind blowing against her home, looking towards her window the sun was letting through, good. Aura still needs to tone out for her upcoming Genin exams. Aura ever so badly wanted to be a ninja, but when she had gotten out of the hospital she had been such an emotional wreck that they wouldn't let her near anybody. She sighs glaring at her ceiling, "Time to get up." She told herself. She pushes up and off her bed getting on again her black gym shorts and today she had a bright yellow sports bra.

Tying her hair up in a high pony tail she ran down the stairs, grabbed an apple that a villager from the leaf had given her a healthy supply of, and out the door she jogged so that her heart rate would be up when she got to the training ground. Taptaptaptaptap, her feet would make this countable noise in Aura's head in which Aura had decided to count. One, two, three, four, all the way up until she reached two hundred and thirty-seven. Reaching her destination she would slow into a trot making her hair bounce with her movements.

Today she wasn't sweating after that, which was a good sign that her body was getting use to being active. Today Aura had decided to mix it up and instead of doing what she did yesterday she would try some new things. Seeing the pull-up bar she went over, bending down and gathering her strength in her legs she would push up with all her might using her legs, and with both hands would grab the bar and swing her long leg up and over bending them before she released her grip and hung upside down. Putting her arms behind her head she would pull her head up and forward untill she could see her thighs and back down. Continuing this Aura would start to sweat, because not only was she doing a push up, but it was upside down, and all while she supported her body weight on the pole. Up. Down. Up. Down, Aura's body went until her legs and arms began to tremble and her breathing would pick up, harsh and labored came her breath as she continues in her endeavor to push her body up and lower herself back down.

No sweating yet, a very good sign that her body can last longer. Holding her pushed up position Aura would make her left arm come out to the side, giving one solid attempt she would lower her right arm and then painfully slow push herself up before losing her balance and falling onto one knee to stop all of her weight from free falling. Grunting in displeasure Aura would go back over to the dummy that she had previously beaten up. Today would be different, today this dummy may lose its head. Getting into her offensive position she would clutch her hands into fists and thrust her right fist forward first before drawing back and sending out her opposite fist. The force sending the dummy out a meter each time she hits it making her punches more powerful as they collide with the lifeless sack.

Within the last few punches she sends a kick out here and there. Sending the dummy to the side giving aura the chance to breathe for a moment before going back in to fearlessly barrage the sack with more punches. Today she had decided to be brave and would try a round house kick a long with her long slender legs and flexability bringing her leg all the way up would collide with with dummy's head, making it rip until about three inches of the material still holds onto the head.

Aura would bring her leg back down and bend over putting her hands on her knees before panting feeling the burn of her muscles getting stronger. A healthy burn, Aura thought to herself. But Aura can't stop here, not when she's just begun to work up a good heart rate. She would start from the post of the dummy and jog to the concrete area where she does her push ups and stretching. Back and forth she would run, increasing her speed every other lap. Her hair swishing from side to side from her body's movement, she would start to sweat making her skin seem to glisten under the sun. Going into a full sprint Aura would start to stabbing motions as if practicing with an invisible Kunai. That reminds her she should probably go and buy one for target practice as well...

But back to Aura, she would start to slow down and pace about panting out time for a small break she thought. Going back to her backpack she would dig through it pulling out a water bottle twisting open the cap and throwing it to the side she would chug down, one, two, three, four, five large gulps of water until she had to gasp for air dumping the rest of the water on her head to keep her cool in the hot weather.

Aura may be pushing herself bit by bit, but she wasn't stupid enough to let herself faint from exhaustion. Deciding that enough was enough she would pack up her things and pull out a towelette. She would produce another water bottle from her bag once again twisting off the cap and pouring some of the water onto the rag. Placing the bottle down on the ground Aura would wipe her face with the cool, damp cloth earning a gasp and a collective sigh from her lips. Moving the cloth down to her collar bone and then with one hand moving it around to the back of her neck where she would shiver. Taking another couple of sips from the water bottle Aura had decided to grab her back and begin her slow trip back to her home. "What a day." She huffed.
