There have been reports that multiple people have had their paintings stolen from their homes or shops.
Find the thief and bring him in by any means, while at the same time returning the stolen arts, or what remains, safely back to the rightful owners.
“Whoever these hooligans are, they don’t seem to really know their art” The client said rubbing his chin and facing the remaining paintings.
“Why is that?” Tai asked.
“Well…for one they didn’t think to take any of the actual valuable painting.” The client gestured to the remaining paintings and back to the where the missing paintings once hang. “They seem to have gone for those, simply because they were closer to the next room where they entered from.”
Tai responded with nothing more than a nod and a murmur under his breath. “Amateurs then” Tai whispered to himself before turning and leaving the building. It was bright outside, early morning, sun rising to its peak. Tai knew just the culprits to this crime. Two young immature opportunists he had the ‘privilege’ of attending the academy with. Tai straight away made his way towards the location of one of the two failed Students. He approached a rather small apartment on the second level of a student and young Genin accommodating building. Twice he knocked and waited patiently. After a while of waiting his pressed his ear against the door and listened closely. He saw the curtains beside flicker suddenly with a familiar face shrouded behind them.
As soon as the face disappeared Tai raised his right leg and kicked the door wide open immediately scouting his surrounding for the two. One of the two suspects had just been awoken from the loud slam of the door. Tai took no time in subduing the young lad, pinning him down off the sofa and onto the floor. “Where's your friend Ze?” Tai asked as the young boy responded to the familiar voice. “Breaker?” Tai’s grip around Ze’s arm tightened as the young boy let out a scream from it, “Arghh Man! I don’t know where he is!” Tai suddenly saw a reflection on a glass sat atop the table beside them. The other culprit was attempting to sneak behind him with a small knife. Tai rose swiftly, rolling his back onto the table with Ze above him as a shield. This caused the other culprit to flinch just as Tai let go of Ze and kicked him crashing towards the other boy. They were sent crashing into the door, closing it shut.
Tai picked up the fallen blade beside the broken glass that had slid off the table during the previous manoeuvre. He held the knife up at the two that sat on the floor trying to regain full consciousness and rubbing their heads. “C’mon Shin” He said referring to the elder of the two. “You know what I want” The falling culprit feebly raised his hand to point out the room containing the hidden paintings. Tai opened the door smirking to himself before grabbing all the paintings and heading towards the door. “Get up! You two have some unhappy victims that would like a word with you” He simply raised the knife, glaring at the two now happy to oblige.
