Some training
Tue Aug 06, 2013 9:36 pm
Lea showed up again to the training grounds. He wasn't looking for a spar this time though. He was here for one reason only. He wanted to train his Chakra Infusion Technique.
He set up a few things to strike, this included several logs and he even moved a large boulder he found around the training grounds.
Lea pulled a bone from his should to use as his sword. He concentrated his chakra to his hand. Finally when he thought he had enough he tried to infuse the blade with his wind chakra. He dove at the boulder first, overconfident. His blade bounced of the rock without so much as dinging it.
Lea bounced back, his arm jarred. He grit his teeth and tried again. He brought the chakra to his hand again, imagining the wind rushing around his blade, he slowly extended the chakra out over his blade. He kept picturing the wind surging around the blade, engulfing it. When he thought he finally had it he struck the log, a little less confident.
The blade slid through the log like it was butter, the wind splitting it clean in half. Lea grinned. He slashed and cut at the other logs he had set up. They all split where ever Lea swung his sword at them.
"Now the boulder!" Lea yelled as he pushed more chakra out along the blade. He drove the blade down at the boulder as hard as he could. The sword went partly into the boulder this time before getting stuck. Lea looked surprised then started laughing.
He had a huge grin on his face as he stepped away from the sword in the stone. He reached down and gave a good hard tug on the blade, it was stuck hard. "Oh well" Lea said with a shrug. He had accomplished what he had come here to do, using the Chakra Infusion successfully. He smiled to himself before he left, leaving the blade stuck right there.
