Eye puns and naps

Haru stepped out into the streets, his robes flowing behind him, his eye bandaged up and covered by his headband. While he was waiting for the blindness in his eye to reside, he had very little to do but walk around, waiting for another mission that seemed would never come. With Rin and Haruna dead, he didn’t really have anyone to talk to, so he just kept walking, making his way to a small park bench, sitting down, and closing his one good eye. Seemed as good a place as any for a nap.

Daemon Yuki, the self proclaimed master of Ice, walked through the village when a familiar face caught his eyes. Walking over to the boy who had his eyes closed he announced himself by saying "Hey how are you doing?" Before stopping just five feet in front Haru, the second fastest ninja that Daemon knew of.

Haru would open his eye quickly, sitting up straight as Daemon spoke. Despite his frequent habit of falling asleep anywhere he had time to himself, he was a notoriously light sleeper, and awoke rather easily at the first sound that didn't meld into the background. 
"Oh, hi Daemon." Haru would say. Haru himself looked rather different then when last he'd crossed paths with Daemon. He'd had a change of his combat attire, for one, wearing a set of rather strange looking robes with a heavy piece of armor known as "Bei Lun" on his left arm. Due to the aging pills he'd taken in hidden leaf, he appeared two years older, and his hair had prematurely greyed from this. Not only that, the last time he'd encountered Daemon, he'd had two byakugan in his head, before Daniel stole one of them. Wow, that seemed so long ago, Haru felt that was in a different life. "How've you been?" He would ask Daemon, wondering if anything equally extreme had happened to him since they'd seen each other.

"Ive been good i can use my Ice now! And even have a cool skill to go along with it." He explained to the boy who had got hurt at their last meeting, not from Daemon but rather Daniel. Daemon had not changed much his eyes were still a piercing blue and hair white. He wore regular clothes which consisted of a black shirt and some blue jeans, a little baggy for added movement, "What about you have anything new going on?" a simple question as he looked at the boys eyes something seemed a bit off about it.

Haru listened to Daemon tell him he'd finally grown to control his ice. 
"That's awesome, Daemon! What kind of stuff can you make it do?" He would ask, before thinking about the boy's question to him. Quite a bit, in fact, had been going on since he'd last seen Deaemon. Haru had been withdrawn from the Chunin exams in order to begin ANBU black ops training, but he was pretty sure he couldn't tell Daemon that...
"I've gotten a new trick or two myself." He said, placing his hand on his elbow, and yanking out a bone from the gap his skin made for the creation to fit through. The skin closed itself back up, and Haru twisted the bone around on his hands, before thrusting it into the ground. "I met a Kaguya named Leander who... err... made a trade for this bloodline." He explained, standing up. "So, do you wanna put your skills to the test? I imagine you've improved quite a bit since last I saw you." He would say, stamping the bone all the way into the ground so that it didn't trip someone up who came by later.

Daemon watched a little enthralled as Haru pulled a bone out of his arm before he thrusted it into the ground. He would listen to the boys explanation of why he could do that and ask if he wanted to put his skills to a test. "Sure i managed to spar against shinji, even though he was holding back alot, so i should be able to atleast fight you! Just don't expect some kind of upset win from me." Daemon said with a laugh as he brought his right arm behind his head. Daemon would lower his hand and take a defensive stance and watch Haru.

Once Haru was ready Daemon would quickly form two hand seals and rain would begin to fall from the sky changing the once sunny day into one of those unpleasant stormy days, minus the lighting and wind, that would mean no play time in the academy. A smile would be on his face as the rain fell ,the rain had more then one purpose really, It would be when Haru moved that he would use a Yuki signature Jutsu Ice Mirrors. In an instant both males would be surrounded by mirrors of ice with Twelve remaining at ground level, eight are placed above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. He would move just as the mirrors are starting to form to move into one of the mirrors hoping to get there before he was caught by Haru.

Haru would glance up as the rain began to fall. What was he planning here? He watched as Daemon formed the ice mirrors around him. So this was the famed jutsu used by the Yuki clan, the crystal ice mirrors. As Daemon took off towards a mirror, Haru would ready himself, not giving chase to the boy, but standing from his seat, and taking a few steps away from it. His robes would begin to emit an eerie siren song, though Daemon’s chakra was too high to fall victim to the genjutsu. He would activate his byakugan, scanning the mirrors for Daemon’s next move. He’d seen the mirror Daemon had entered, so for the moment, he had a good idea of where he was. Presently, Haru’s robes were beginning to dampen from the cold rainfall, as he reached over his shoulder, pulling out his spine and holding it at arm’s length in his left hand.
”Impressive.” He would say, as the cold from the mirrors turned the falling rain into snow. That was something indeed, as Haru had never seen snow before. He held out his hand, scooping up a ball of it and packing it down. He tossed it up, catching it with his right hand.

The boy had gotten wet from the rain, although not as wet as Daemon had wanted him to, but it would work for now. The rain turned into snow with the formation of the ice mirrors Haru seemed to have no trouble following the boy, not to daemons surprise either, once in the mirror he would flit around the mirrors reaching down to grab three senbon and throw them at the boy who had just stood up. The aim of the Senbon would be at non vital areas such as the leg or the arm, one at each leg and the last one at the right arm of the boy. His speed at this point would be 100 and the speed of the senbon would equal 55 nothing daemon wasn't sure the boy couldn't dodge with ease. The throwing order of the senbon would go as follows the first one would come from directly in front of the boy while the second one would be from behind the boy, directly behind how he stood now, and the last one, which would be aimed for the arm, would come from above. After the last senbon was thrown Daemon would move to the mirror one above where he was at the start of all of this, the one directly in front of the boy and just to the right above that mirror.

Haru rose an eyebrow as Daemon began his assault, moving from mirror to mirror and reaching for a senbon needle or two. As the boy began to move from the first mirror, Haru would hurl the snowball, aiming for Daemon’s face. Because Haru had packed the snowball very lightly, the snowball itself would simply crumble in the boy’s face so that it would blind him, but not hurt him. As he did this, he would sidestep the first senbon to fly at him, moving to the right so that the needle would skid harmlessly across the ground. From there, he would leap straight up, dropping the spine he’d pulled as he went, and landing with his feet against the highest mirror, activating the surface walking technique to keep himself sticking to the wall. As Daemon would move to the next mirror, hopefully assuming Haru had not moved, or, still favorable, would simply not have seen him move, Haru would launch himself from the top mirror, ending up between Daemon and his next targeted mirror. If he was successful in making his way between Daemon and his destination, Haru would reach out, grabbing Daemon by both arms, swinging him around, and hurling him at the top mirror. He would weaken the throw to about 30 strength, for he didn’t want to actually hurt Daemon, just to toss him around a bit. If this motion was successful, he would land on the ground at the center once again, waiting to see how Daemon reacted to his attacks.

Daemon watched in horror as Haru was able to track his movement and hit him in the face with a snowball. Haru grabbed his arms and flung him at the top mirror, either this boy did not understand what the mirrors allowed or he didn't want to hurt him Daemon assumed it was the second one. He would only appear to smack the mirror but instead he moved inside of it a small smirk on his lips, not one of arrogance but one showing he knew this would be a fun loss, 'this will be fun.' he thought to himself as he watched what the boy would do next. Sliding out of the mirror, at an angle that would put him at a five meter distance behind the boys back, He would let the Ice mirrors melt seeing that it had no purpose besides prolonging the fight. "Well then lets give this a try instead...." He said as the rain that had been snow turned back into rain soaking both of the boys rather quickly. Swinging his arms up, in a boxing stance while leaving his hands out of a fist shape, and forming the ram then Ox hand seals and begin building up chakra. The rain would begin to stop at this point but it mattered not as it should have done its job.
