Yoga and ballance

It was day two of training and i planed on doing some more sneaky training. I thought about how the training went yesterday and i felt a little stiff when jumping around and a little bit unbalance. I remembered seeing a flayer for a free lesson in yoga for ninjas that was being put on by one of the members of the huga clan. I got dressed and left for the yoga. What i wanted to do is do the yoga for a couple of hours and then do some training in balance. I new that to be sneaky being nimble and having balance was key. I headed into the yoga building and walked up to the front desk. At the front desk the was a tall skinny man with dread locks. he said to me " Heeyy maan yoou hear for the freee yooga duude." "Man I hope yoga doesn’t make me stretch out my words like that." I murdered. "Whaat was that duude." He said. "Oh nothing, but yes i am here for the free yoga." "Alright littlee maan first take a cup of thiis chii tea to get you reaady and theen head on throught those doors." I took a sip of the tea and head on in. When i got inside there were a couple of people and the instructor, I then garbed a mat and sat down cross legged. The instructor lit a scented stick and we began the class.
First he had us practice our breathing. He wanted us to feel the chakra in our body. I sat cross legged and up strait. I felt my chakra become more powerful when I took a deep breath in and retuning to normal when exhaling. We did this for what I thought was about 15 minuets. The instructor asked us what we felt when we where breathing. I told the instructor what I felt and he said that that is a good sigh for someone with good chakra control. Next we did a number of stretches to get us limber. The instructor came up to me and told be to keep at the stretching and make it a routine. After that we started to do some basic yoga poses. The instructor told us that he would go to us individual and use his byakugan to check our chakra flows while we were in the yoga posses. I was in the yoga pose worrier when the instructor came up to me. He wanted me to focus my chakra towards my fingers. I took a deep breath and tryed it. Small and thin waver of chakra started to appear on my had but just for a split second. The teacher told me if i keeped at it then i would have very good chakra control. We did some more yoga poses and then i left for this field that has a number of tall wooden post coming out of the ground for training.
What i decided to do was practice the same yoga poses that i had learned before but on top of the posts. I was already pretty good at balance but this would make me much better. I first started by just balancing on the posts so that i could get a feel for the post. I then did a basic yoga move where i put one of my legs up to my upper thy and my hands are put together. At first i was a bit wobbly standing on one foot but then I got the hang of it. I stood on the post for a wile until i was completely comfortable with the move. After becoming comfortable with one foot on the post i decided that moving from post to post would be the best for balance. The post were close enof so that i could lunge from post to post. I was not just going to do a normal lunge but a warrior 1 lunge ( A yoga move i had learned).
What a warrior lunge was is where one leg is forward and you nee is in alignment with that front foot. Then you back leg is stretched out out and the foot is pointed outward. The right arm is then stretched out with the right leg and the left arm it starched back with the left leg.
After completing the first lunge i then used the strength of my right leg and a small push with my back leg to bring my left leg in front of the right one. When i was pushing off with my back leg my front foot then slipped of the post and a fell to the ground. I brushed myself off and then got back onto the post. This time I did it and it was more successful. I was able to do 4 lunges this time before loosing my balance and then after that I was most comfortable with what I was doing. I kepped on practicing this for a wile. I sat on the ground to take a brake and thought about what to do next. I remembered the training I did a wile ago with the kunai and thought on how i should try something like that now. What i decided on doing was i would run hole and get some paper with targets drawn onto them. I would then place a target by each pillar and try to hit them with a kunai while ruining on the post. I went home and got the targets and then came back. I jumped up onto a post and prepared for the run. Before i actually threw and kunai i first just ran from post to post. Just running from post to post was much easier then doing yoga poses on them. I did this a couple of time and then did the real thing. I go out 4 kunai for my left hand and then started the run. The first and second target i hit with the kunai but the second and fourth was a complete miss. I looked at the un damaged targets with a frown and new i had to try agean. This time i was more successful. I saw it was getting late and decided to go home. When i got home my dad asked me how training went and i replied with a smile. I ate dinner and went to bed.
