Aye... See the Sky

Near would hit the ground after his long travel from the Hidden rain village. He was headed back home to get something he left in the village only to find himself in an area around both the snow and the skyscraper village. He would rest a while in this area. Filled with wooden homes and shops. The poeple walked around the area with smiles and ate with their friends. This was like a rest stop for lonely travelers that began to lose their goal. Near began to lose what he was to stand for to the world. Like his ancestor who stood for Pride and reorder, Near was to stand for something of the same. As he stopped and sat near a lake. The strange lake that was frozen over on one side and completely fine on the other. Reaching his hand out to it he would wonder just how that could occur. "Interesting" He would say.

Takehiko appeared on the borders between snow and his village, he was patrolling. Not really, but if someone from Tengakure found him that was what he'd tell them he was doing. He wore his chunin gear, though he thought he was a bit better at fighting than most chunin. Maybe not, he never had fought anyone before.

He was looking for interesting people, or people with interesting abilities. Den had him and Toma do that from time to time, mostly out of boredom. Some time they found good stuff, like Takehiko finding a body of a dead Uchiha and them getting the eyes, or Toma searching the remains of Kiri and finding the vault of the village funds.

As he walked he came across a lake that for some reason was only half frozen, which was really rather curious. he saw another figure nearby, and decided to approach him. He wasn't loud, but he didn't try to hide himself either as he approached the figure from behind, stopping 5 meters behind him. "How did that happen, do you know?" He was really rather curious, he'd never seen anything, like that before.

Near's hand would move to his chest as he would hear a man speak behind him. Was he scared... had the man given him a small scare that made his heart beat just a little.. No. Near was simply put on another course and his heart could not take what he saw... something that resembled itself. As he would turn around and look at the stranger man. His hand falling from the large piece of armor. The Flag of Iwa on his back as it waved in the wind that came through the two. Near would turn to his right, the direction of the wind, and speak. "The borders... Im sure of it... they cause this lake to freeze in such a demeanor and causes the other half watch in awe as half its body becomes solid.... My guess only...." Near would say as he fixed the position of his Small sword, as it had been slumped forward, moving it up so that itd point at the sky.

Near's Light blue hair would sway to the right and his red eyes would close for a slight moment. Near was returning to the surface. As he would open his eyes and examine the man, had he of owned a bingo book he would have noticed near off the bat, but that was only his assumption. Near would raise his hand up and point at the man. "Who might you be... sir?" He said as his hand stopped at the height of the man's own heart. In his head he would hear that dreaded voice screech. "Itttttsssssss Himmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........" Near's other hand would cover his left ear in pain although the noise was only heard in his head.

Well, it was certainly an interesting theory. Takehiko had no clue if that was correct though, this world he was in was much stranger than Sanctuary, where anything could be done on a whim. Well, on Den's whim at least. But that wasn't important.

The man with blue hair and many interesting items had turned to him and asked who he was. He made some sort of motion with his hand, but it didn't seem as though he was preparing some sort of attack. "I'm Takehiko.... Chunin of Tengakure." That wasn't necessarily true, technically he had never been given a rank by either Shinji or Den. But he was wearing Chunin gear so he figured he should act as though he was one.

He noticed the man had a flag on his back with some symbol on it, Iwa? Yes, it had to of been. But why did this man have a flag of Iwa on his back, and why was he on the border of snow and sky?

"And you?" Takehiko waited for a reply, curious as to who this blue haired man was.

Near would shake the man's hand and reply, "It is nice to meet you young man... I am Resonate River the Tsuchikage..." Near would release the mans hand and sigh as pride was overjoyed. It was not long now for things to fall in place and soon near would gain the power he deserved he had been missing one step. Suddenly it would hit him, the village of the sky. That young boy was from a major village that seemed to have something he could use. Looking at the boy he would give him a smile. "The village of Skyscrapers huh.... thats quite odd. I was actually thinking of going there soon... Maybe ill meet you there some day.... Until another day good sir i must be going." Near would jump away from the area and disappear. As he jumped away he wrote a letter to that one village. As he sent it away he would head in that direction. waiting Near the land of the river for the reply.

Just as the two men shake hands a God of wind rockets past before pausing three meters from the two men while floating four meters above the ground the wind surrounding his frame protecting him from the speed he is going at which is currently 210, Sharingan eyes narrow upon the Blue haired and Red eyed individual  having caught a glimpse of him on his way to Yukigakure and thus stopping. He growls and the wind in the area begins bearing down erratically, the jewel embedded in his collar gleaming a deeper color then normal as his gloved hands make two simultaneous motions.

His right hand sweeps to his right side gently but swiftly tearing the innocent away from the blue haired males most likely dangerous grasp inside a ball of wind, his left palm aims towards the Blue haired Fatty in disguise and his fingers curl inwards wind swirling around the man and forming a condensed ball around his frame expanding slightly before contracting, if all goes as planned the blue haired man is crushed his arms and legs snapping while tendrils of wind form inwards and wrap around the mans neck.
With the speed and power of the wind this all occurs with a speed of 420 the mans speed being 130 with his gear present upon his frame. Simultaneously with these actions that will most likely take place the Jinchuuriki growls out in a loud bellowing voice "YOU FAT BASTARD!!!!" And if all goes as planned the wind tendril constricts itself and snaps the mans neck his weapons also being destroyed by the power and speed of the wind if the man is infact captured which is the most likely event considering the speed and power of the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki's wind.

[Stopping the exit and attacking Near, if all goes through then the character is crushed and is thus deceased.]

Takehiko was just starting to wonder why the leader of Iwa was on the borders of snow and sky when all of the sudden, shit went down. The wind go really strong, like, capable of picking up and moving Takehiko strong. Oh, and killing the leader of Iwa strong. But Takehiko didn't notice that at first, he was to busy freaking out and trying to figure out what was going on.

Then he heard someone yelling, and then some weird noises. He looked over to where the leader of the Iwa, Resonate, had been standing, and there was.... well he didn't want to talk about what was there. Something had crushed his limbs, snapped his neck. It didn't look good. He was gonna wlak over and ask if he was okay, but then he remembered this guy probably wasn't like Den, and couldn't just repair his limbs and snap his neck back into place. He's....dead. But what killed him. Confused, Takehiko started looking around, and eventually he found the killer, who was just floating there.

"How....?" he didn't sound overly concerned, or scared, just very very confused. Den and Toma both could manipulate wind to some degree, but whatever this man had pulled off..... well it was in a league far beyond anything takehiko had ever seen.

The Jinchuuriki allows the wind to flow lighter still protecting his frame as he slowly floats towards the ice half of the lake, nonchalantly dropping the corpse to the ice he glances towards the innocent bystander that he managed to avoid slaughtering in his roaring rampage...It seems the Jinchuuriki is making progress...This time a map won't need to be updated...

Echo breathes a sigh of relief before hearing the man speak and he calmly answers "Magic." Before he lifts the body of the Iwagakure leader up with a calm gesture of his left hand, wind swirling around the corpses frame while his right hand blurs and he swipes it across the thin bruised lump of flesh that use to be the mans neck, he grabs the severed head by the top of it's hair. Turning his goggle obscured gaze back towards what he assumes is simply a random Shinobi he states "You're lucky I showed up when I did, this guy was a total psycho even by Shinobi standards, I heard he had a few kids locked up in his basement that fit your description." Echo lies smoothly shuddering at the thought while intentionally spreading a scandal about the now deceased Tsuchikage. "You Yuki or Tenga??" He asks calmly still grasping the head and grimacing in annoyance as some blood drips onto his shoe, he groans in annoyance before spying the tattered remains of the flag, he hums before leaning over it and tearing it from what remains of that spear and wrapping the head in it tying it into a sack for easy carrying.

The Tsuchikage was a pedophile? That was news to Takehiko. How could someone like that be allowed to gain so much power? Damn, this world was strange, and disturbing. The head of the now deceased pedophile Village leader was now held in the hand of this guy that seemed to have mastered Wind Release, was he gonna take it somewhere to collect a bounty or something?

"I'm a chunin from Tenga." Takehiko was still so confused. Pedophile kage, flying dudes that appeared out of no where and killed them. And Den said Sanctuary was a strange place? Nah, this place was fairly weird.
