Meditating and what not

God, how old was Den now? He didn’t know, but he still looked young. So many years in Sanctuary, doing paperwork, studying bloodlines, fucking up his dna and turning himself into a monster. Well, he sorta was one already, it was years ago for him but he still remembered the time he had attacked Min and slammed her into a tree because he couldn’t control himself. So, he supposed he had been a monster since he was 12, now he just wasn’t a snake monster. He was a monster that had to meditate in order to store nature energy so he could transform. Sitting in his office, eyes closed, probably looking like he was asleep.

God, he hoped Haru didn’t walk in and demand a raise. The janitor one, he was pretty sure he didn’t pay the one that was an anbu. The janitor had been demanding that he should be paid more ever since Toma started periodically destroying some of the other offices on Den’s floor, but being the cheap bastard he was Den wasn’t really keen on giving out more money than he had to.

Den was vaguely aware of Yuudai shifting from foot to foot at the other end of the office, the dragon obviously didn’t enjoy the cramped space. But hey, Den could use some company. Takehiko was off somewhere in the borders, and Toma was making plans to trash Haru’s house soon. The anbu, not the janitor. He made that guy’s life miserable enough.

Nature chakra felt weird, like, sorta strange. As den sat in his chair, dressed in his Kage uniform, looking like he was passed the fuck out, he sorta felt one with nature. Which was weird, because he was in a giant skyscraper, in the least nature loving village. Deciding that he had stored enough chakra for now, Den opened his eyes, deciding he should probably take Yuudai back to Sanctuary.
