Retriving Youka

The member 'Youka Tau' has done the following action : Roll Dice/Flip Coin

Maku pretty much ignored everything that was said while he was focusing, including the demon's incurable whining.  He would not allow such things to disrupt his concentration.  Only at the sound of the coin hitting the ground did he glance over.  Seeing the heads marker, he knew he would be uninterrupted and the demon would be stuck.  Having touched the top of Youka's head, he now moved over to the demon.  Looking at the frothing demon in front of him, he reached his index finger out, and touched the demon between the eyes.  

If left uninterrupted  then spectral claws would shot forth from the house, all black with long razered claws at the end.  THe would pierce into the back of the demon, and pulll him from the ground.  Dragging him across the bridge and into the open doors.  As soon as he was through the doors would slam shut.  The bridge and the house would shimmer in and out, and as they dissapeared, the world around them started to fall apart.  Rushing over to the demon, he clasped his hand, causing a red aura to form around their hands.  "Guess your coming with me boss."  As he held onto the hand, the world shimmered and completely dissipated.  Leaving them back into the real world.

A black key with a black cat face was in Maku's hand, and he looked over towards Youka.  Effectively he had neutralized two of the entities in Youka's mind.  Walking over to his friend, he would kneel and see if he was coming around.  

IN Maku's head he heard a small voice in ringing tones, "A splendid game indeed, I look forward to the next one."

Youka came to and as he did he couldn't hold his body back from coughing and gasping for breath for the first few moments. Everything that had happened he had been awake for and watched helplessly as he couldn't do anything to stop the entire thing. In between his coughing and gasping he notcied Maku closing in on his location, he didn't want the Demon to attack Maku again and he tried to fend Maku off by holding up his right hand as he coughed. That's when he realized he had control over his body again.

"Mak....Maku, thank you, I can actually move my own body"

Youka stayed sitting on the snow, his mind and everything else on him still in pain from the wear of having his mentality split among st four different beings all in one body. Verbal communication wouldn't be the best thing for him right now and as he brought his left hand to his face he slowly detached the demons mask that covered his face and for the first time he felt the sting of the cold air. Perhaps the best thing though was that the Demon no longer could be heard in his mind, only the soft hums of the one that had no care in the world.

Maku looked at his friend.  He was coughing and had not attacked, so he only assumed this was the real Youka when he spoke.  That confirmed it, this was Youka.  Walking over to his friend, he kneeled in the snow next to him.  Taking one of his friends hands, he placed the key in his palm.  "This key can unlock the demon.  You have the strength to control the evil in your mind, and in your heart."  He said placing a hand over Youka's heart, his real heart.  "In the end your fate is no one's decision but your own, even from entities such as these inside your  mind.  In time, focus the hate, the rage, the terror the demon can produce and channel it into a single target and focus to be strong.  Until then, keep him locked away."  He smiled at his friend, clearly showing he had fogiven him.  Patting Youka's shoulder, he stood and addressed the genin.

"Bravery, that is what you all showed.  My girls can escort you all to the hospital for recovery.  Hold no ill will towards the proceedings of this day, as they were unfortunate, but shall produce bountiful fruit for us in the future.  My ninja are young, but you all have showed even youth can take a stand against anything.  In this moment you have brought honor unto yourselves and the village of Yukigakure no Sato.  Now go, prepare yourselves.  Any shame you feel today will be wiped from this earth in the coming days, and the coming months.  I will bring all of you honor and glory, if you follow me a bit longer."  Looking back towards Youka, he would attempt to help the man up.  Unless stoped he would half carry Youka towards his office, he would summon a medic there to have his wounds looked at.  The rest would do both of them well.  Maku had used a great amount of energy up in the fight, and he had to admit he needed the rest as well.  He had learned a lot of the demon though, and his encounter had led to the creation of a new jutsu.

Youka was passing in and out of consiousness as his old friend talked to him in his ear. The only times he was mostly there was when his friend handed him a key and said something about using it when he needed to and the like. The man was tired and his body ached he simply needed rest, and he would apologize later for the things he had done.

Approving Maku

Daiyuki would look as the two men left. Makus speech about shame and honor did nothing for him because what hw exhibited was fear in the face of danger. He so badly wished his punishment was death but the fact Youka allowed him to live would prove a more severe punishment.  Daiyuki would leave with his escort but needing to recover in a hospital was something he didn't need.

Kiru could tell the battle had ended. He had turned out to care a little, and had watched most of the fight. He never had a doubt of Maku's victory, but was surprised at the demon's sudden saneness. He attempted to stand on his own, but as he unwound his chains to use his injured arm, he heard a sickening crack. His skin was deformed where the demon had pressed, and the bone was shattered. Pieces stuck out of his skin, and blood run down his arm. A bit sickened, he re-wrapped his arm. He accepted help up, and figured he wouldn't need to inform the woman of his need to be hospitalized. The pain was horrifyingly brutal, and he grinded his teeth to not cry out, or show the pain in any way. He arm was broken. There was a good chance it couldn't be healed. Medical jutsu could heal broken bones, but his bone had been shattered. He could feel the fracture all the way up to his shoulder. By all rights, his arm shouldn't move anymore. It was finished. He had to lean on the woman to get to the hospital. Through all of his strength, the pain was simply too much to bear. He was angry at himself. Maku had said that he should feel Honorable, but he didn't. If there was no way to repair his arm, what would he be but a broken toy in this playbox of a town. He had told Maku he could be useful, but what use was he know?

 Broken and alone in the world was how he felt. His friends had all just been barely injured. Kiru had gotten a possible crippling injury. He walked through the town, no one seemed to be about. The clash outside would likely have sent them all into their homes.  They would just live on with their lives, not knowing how close they had come to being destroyed. They wouldn't know of Kiru's failure, nor of his injury. Could he even fight anymore? Would he go on a mission, just to let down his comrades due to an injury? A realization hit him, with a weight that blocked out his self pity. He had to be strong for them. The people of the city, his comrades. Even if he couldn't fight, he would find some way to support them. If he could fight, he would defeat this injury, and prove to Maku in battle that he could be a true help to this village. He wouldn't be stopped by any injury or self-doubt. He would find a way to make his own strength, he would forge forward in his own destiny. Someday, he would even reach for leading this village. That was the biggest goal he could think of, so he would follow it. He set his path to the highest position he could, and he would obtain it by any means. He would do his best to help his comrades, and protect the village. He swore this on the arm that was wrapped in  chains. This was his binding oath.
