Warming up [Private,NK]
Tue Jun 03, 2014 12:17 pm
Remus woke up with the breeze coming from the top of the mountain. Today was the day he would have been starting his training as a new Genin-ranked ninja of the village hidden in the clouds. This place, after all other places he has been to, was where he decided to "settle down" in order to start a new life where he would not be bothered by the useless lot. This place was where he assumed the ninja life was the most silent and also the most literal. He got up, got dressed and went outside to start his training and perhaps make some new friends. After all, he did not like crowds or most people, but he indeed did like having some friends.
He went into a corner of the large field and started stretching his body. He was rather old for a Genin and rather weak for someone his age, but he was very, very tempted...

Aya silently rose from her bed, and set her feet on the warm wooden floor of her room. Silently as she was able, the young ninja padded to her wardrobe and changed as quickly and quietly as she could. She managed to get to the window before an unimpressed and exaggerated ahem shot through the silence like the crack of a whip. Silently cursing her mothers sixth sense, the teen slowly looked to the now open door.
"And where do you think you're going?" her mother asked, a storm brewing behind her calm words and seemingly innocent question. She was leaning against the door-frame with her arms crossed and an eyebrow raised. Seriously, it was impossible to sneak pass this woman.
"To... meet with someone, for training..." she said slowly, hoping her mother would fall for her half-lie. Even if it was pretty lame. Several seconds passed in silence, the tension was almost palatable. Finally, her mother only sighed and grunted out a very unladylike sound.
"Ninja-kids" she muttered before nodding with a resigned smile "Be back before dinner, and preferably not with you being carried home at ungodly hours and unconscious" Aya blushed at her mother words and grumbled about it not being her fault she was so dedicated to helping -hopefully- a friend.
"No promises, mother. But I'll try!" she said cheerily before leaping out the window. Jumping from rooftop to rooftop, the teen made her way not to her usual training grounds, but the more mountainous area. Shivering slightly, the young medic-to-be regulated her chakra until her body was sufficiently warm. Sighing in relief, the redhead sent out a wave of chakra and was surprised to sense a chakra signature. Then, since she had decided to go somewhere else to train, maybe she shouldn't be surprised.
Out of habit, she started going through her stretches and katas. Making sure her tendons were loose and ready, and her muscles were stretched and pulled and her circulatory system was flooding with warm blood, ready to do some work. Sitting down, she straightened her leg and bent to hold her foot, rocking a bit to help adjust to the slightly stinging sensation of her limbs being pulled taut. She repeated it with the other leg, and repeated it a few more times before rolling into a handstand and began her push-ups. Silently counting under her breath.
