Held in a small arena built specifically for this. Stone floor, circular 25 meter diameter arena, 10 foot high walls surrounding with a viewing area above. No rooftop to save on expenses. After the Tenkage had announced the rules and sat, the bell that indicated the match to begin chimed.

The crowd was growing restless. Objects were being thrown into the arena in distaste at the lack of action. Takeo himself sat, resting his chin on his hand. It seemed that the combatants had not arrived for their second fight. This was not only an insult to Takeo himself, but also to the people who had come to witness the glorious ninja of Tengakure duking it out. With anger in his voice Takeo announced the fight to end, counting as a loss on both of the fighters parts. The crowd quietened down somewhat at the verdict, though one could tell that the hostility for them would not fade quickly.

[Neither combatant has posted, thus the fights end with a loss for them both.
