The psychotic boy would be standing by a tree, the area he was currently at was spaced out, only a few trees little bushes. At the end was a cliff that could be dangerous. But the fall could on be at least four feet of bone breaking. Today Neikan was looking for some prey, but then again, he was trying to gather himself together, making a fist the rubber sound from his finger-less gloves would be heard. he was dressing in a tank top with some grey jean shorts and some black boots. Though, instead of trying to kill someone today, he thought he would train? or even find a lonely training just like him. Reaching in his front left pocket, he would pull out a single cigarette, placing it on his lips, not bothering to light it, instead, he would stand there and look cool. 
He wondered, why did he turn out like this? his family his history? disgrace! but Neikan had to take this upon himself and try to stand strong by his name. but only if he wasn't so damn weak, he would be able to accomplish more things. 

But that wasn't the point as up to now, he was just a heartless person looking for ryo and fame! One day he shall be known.

Denkiteki was dressed in his gear, which looked much like that worn by the typical jounin or chunin of a village. However he wore no headband, and his gear was hidden for the most part by the black cloak he wore.

He was currently on the border of two of the quieter countries, Den forgot their names but he knew these two countries hadn't been involved in any of the recent wars or battles. He had just left a small village, and was walking up a path that led to a cliff. Locals said it was a nice place to watch the sun set, and that's what Den planned on doing. He walked up the path, however about 50 meters from the cliff edge he noticed there was another person nearby, he could hear the breathing of another man standing near a tree. Den used chakra sensory to deduce whether or not the man was a threat, but found a weak chakra source so decided that he was fine.

Den walked until he was about 5 meters from the edge of the cliff and then he sat on a rock, watching the sun slowly go down. There were a lot of clouds in the sky, it had been raining earlier in fact and there were puddles here and there.

Den was just trying to relax, especially seeing as the Gobi was being quiet for once. He really hoped that the other nearby individual didn't want to to talk to him, he just wanted to enjoy the silence, but still if the man did approach he would probably greet him nicely enough.

Neikan noticed a man that kept forward to sit at the edge of the cliff on a rock? Neikan would smile. " new friend?" Neikan would approach the man and sit directly by him on the other side of the rock. Neikan thought this was awkward by him doing this,but he couldn't help it, he noticed that this boy didn't have a headband. Perhaps he was just like Neikan? though, once the boy took a seat, he would turn down to the boy pocket. he noticed a small stack sticking out it looked to be approximately five to six thousand ryo. This guy was a baller. while sitting by the man, Neikan would begin to speak. " Yo man! SUP!" neikan stated out loud so his voice could echo down the cliff and beyond. 

catching this unknown guy attention, the boy would introduce himself. " I'm neikan! who is you? it's not rare I see people out here!" The teen would slide his hand by the guy pocket just he wouldn't notice, due to the two sitting by each other with barely enough room, Neikan would continue to look into the guy eyes. " so what brings you out here?"
Though the boy felt some type of way with trying to steal someone's ryo or even attempt. Placing his hand back on his lap, he would move to the other rock. this is so the guy next to him could have some room and not feel awkward.

Den didn't allow the boy to sit next to him. As the boy went to sit Den's arm would move at 25 speed, reaching up to the boys shoulder and grabbing it firmly. If the boy didn't dodge this, Den would then push the boy away from him, with a strength of 55. If the boy was unable to stop this he would be sent flying for 10 meters before falling to the ground, hopefully face first.

Den only had the 6k ryo on him, the rest was in Sanctuary and as he got up he made sure to stuff it further into his pocket. Den would walk over to the boy who had tried to sit next to him, and would stand over him if he didn't get up.

"What do you want?" Den's voice didn't hide his annoyance at all, he was not in a good mood now. He just wanted to relax alone, not meet new people.

Neikan would be thrown by the man, landing on his back, he would place his hands at the back of his head. He would make it out of this with only a cut on his index left hand finger. Just before he could even stand, he noticed the man rushing over to this destination:

"What do you want?"

" Whatchu got?" neikan said as he stood up and dusted off his clothing. " I was just admiring that nice fat stack in your pocket, sorry if I aggravated you in any type of way. I'm Neikan, if ya don't mind, who you be?" Neikan would simply ask for the guy name, he looked fairly on and stressed out for some type of reason. Perhaps he needed rest? But Neikan is not the one to judge, he got a few problems of his own.

What kind of voice is that? the man spoke weird, that was for sure. Den was so used to the Gobi speaking in his mind that he didn't freak out now that it had spoken now after hours of silence.

"I'm nobody." Den kinda wanted to beat the shit out of the guy in front of him, because he was in a bad mood and the guy was 'admiring his fat stacks'. But he choice against it, the guy was odd but he hadn't tried to threaten Den or anything, and due to Den pushing him off the rock earlier the boy had never moved in such a way that Den thought he was going to pickpocket him.

"Why are you here?" Den's voice still sounded annoyed, but less so and with a hint of curiosity in it. He stood about 2 meters away from the boy, and waited for his response.

"I'm nobody."

Neikan would laugh. " EW! Attitude, I  can understand that awkwardly." 

"Why are you here?"

" Free world! hahaha no I'm kidding with ya. I'm just out here looking for someone to kill, rob, I'm homeless and crazy, I have nowhere to go, these clothes will last a few weeks on me before the bugs start sticking. I need ryo to survive, a home, a life! But that is obviously not for me If all I want to do is kill, and take shit from other people that's not mine. But aye you gotta do whatcha gotta do."

Neikan simply stated.

I'm almost tempted to tell you to put the poor thing down, or at least break it's jaw. Please. The Gobi seemed to be annoyed by the boy, but somehow also pitied him. It was weird, but Den wasn't really thinking much of it.

The two meters between Den and the boy could be crossed effortlessly, Den could easily kill the boy with his bare hands, or he could use a weapon or even use the Rasengan.

But was it worth it? Did he really meant what he said, did he intend to murder people? Den was not in the mood to do this much thinking, and so he decided to go with his gut reaction.

Closing the distance between himself and the boy quickly enough, Den's fist would disappear from existence for a moment in Neikan's eyes, Denkitkei was moving so quickly that the boy's eyes could not see his arm. Unless the boy managed to somehow dodge, Den's fist would hit him straight in the center of his face, breaking his nose and sending him backwards another 3 meters. Den didn't use all of his strength in the punch, that would probably have destroyed the boy's skull, but he didn't want to listen to this crazy guy anymore.

If the hit landed, which Den was confident it would, Den would then begin to head back to the village he had been visiting. He was not pleased that his sunset watching had been interrupted, and wanted to leave. Den moved at 50 speed as he headed bac to the village, hopefully fast enough that this guy couldn't follow him.
