Angel Was distraught by what she knew. Stumbling about through the village. The dreams hadn’t been just dreams. They couldn’t have been because of the knowledge she now possessed. Her future self-had inserted knowledge and memories of the future into her mind and Angel was terrified into a trance state.
Her wandering had brought her to the prison. As a Jounin she was allowed access to the prisoners in the cells without much resistance. The guards today were not paying attention or else they would have noticed the blank gaze on her face. But they didn’t and let her in. Her mind raced with the possibilities of how the future could have been so destroyed by such a minor person. She almost began to believe that she herself had gone mental. What if she had gone mental. What if that was the reason behind the dreams. But she kept coming back to the same thing. If she had only been dreaming she would not be able to know what she knew. She wasn’t able to make this stuff up.
Angel walked down one row of cells after another till she arrived at a specific cell block and a specific cell. She didn’t hear the cat calls or the pleas she really didn’t hear much of anything but the beating of her own heart. She couldn’t believe she was about to do this. The kid had done nothing yet but she knew that this was the last chance she had to prevent it. He would escape tomorrow and go on to tip the scales toward apocalypse. If she didn’t stop him now he would close the window that she had to find her father. Time is a very funny thing that tends to go in very strange directions.
Unfortunately this was the moment that her other self, had mentioned. If she did what she thought was right for the village it would brand her a traitor. And a fugitive. Angel couldn’t worry about that. Soon enough the bonds of “village” would break apart and crumble into nothing. Hopefully her master will understand. “Of course he won’t understand he doesn’t know. All he knows is I went crazy” angel said quietly to herself. Before sitting down on a bench across from the cell she that she could talk to the young boy who had been thrown in jail for merely trying to leave the village. Her master had apprehended him leaving and the boy tried to fighr him. Wasn’t a good idea but that landed him here. Angel was surprised that someone like that had been left to live at all. Not that she would be the one to kill… her village was just really strict.
“Hanten Siranui. Ten years old, 105 cm tall, likes magic and bad art. Currently a genin and a moron for getting himself locked up in here.” She spoke quietly but loud enough to catch his attention. “Why did you have to go do it?”

The Boy seemed to think this was all about him. Angel sat there on the bench staring at the floor trying to piece everything together. the images of the lost ninja, her friends and the war to end all wars. All because this kid had an entitlement issue. But he was just a kid. He didn’t know any better. And no one knew what she knew. It wouldn’t be so hard if she could just tell someone to be able to keep the kid under more careful watch. Or even have him killed for the crimes he had never committed. But She couldn’t do that. It was morally wrong. Not to mention crazy to bring up charges that someone had never even committed. On top of that it was crazy. No one would believe her and they would lock her up in here while he went out and destroyed the world. And that was even another thing. He was the thing that set the whole thing in motion but could not be blamed for he didn’t know the future consequences of his actions.
“Shut up and let me think.” Invisible chakra threads would silently slide through the bars and wrap around his throat silencing him and lifting him up of the ground in the middle of the cell. It would prevent him from making noise while she finished thinking. What if she was able to make the right choice but not let anybody know that she was the one to do it. It would be a pretty simple task. Kill him store the body in a scroll. Have her insect clone play Hanten for a day and then have them return to her after she had left and the guards saw that Hanten was still there. Seemed easy, piece of cake. But Angel wondered about the nagging thought in the back of her head. It was a skill she had been taught through the mental information her future self, had given her. It was the ability to turn a human body into that of a puppet. It had to be alive when the body was turned into the puppet to preserve it’s chakra network in order to allow the skills and jutsu the person had known before it was a puppet. Angel paused in thought and looked over at the boy she held in the air. His struggling was growing fainter he would pass out soon.
Sending her insects into the cell through the shadows on the floor Angel. Had to be carefull. Allowing her insect to drain the kid of energy until she was sure he was out. She would then begin the work on the body. She used mainly her insects and her chakra threads to preserve the body and remove the organs and crap that a puppet didn’t need, sealing the extra stuff as well as her new puppet in a scroll. Angel nodded to the insects who formed into a clone of Hanten and laid down on his cot. Angel would then walk out of the prison. She had done a terrible thing today….But she knew the future was better off now.
Little did she know that the escape of the prisoner “Hanten” was actually orchestrated by her. She didn’t know it yet but she had just set into motion the events that she had wanted to prevent.
