Toma nodded, it definitely felt nicer here than it did in most villages. Toma actually didn't think he would mind it here, it felt nicer than Tenga had, and while climbing skyscrapers was cool Toma thought surfing and hanging out at a beach would be fun pass times too.

The guy would look over at the site they were working on, while Toma continued to think of the ocean. He barely even noticed the guy had started walking again, till he offered for Toma to follow. They began walking towards the same direction as before, presumably the man's office.

While they walked the man realized they hadn't officially introduced themselves, and he told Toma his name was Naoki Gekou.

"My names Toma...... Hayato?" He said the surname as though it was a question, he actually wasn't sure if he had one. He was pretty sure that Den had registered Toma and Takehiko as his brothers in Tenga, so he guessed that using Den's surname made sense.

As Toma answered the firefly looking things returned to Naoki, and once more Toma wondered what those things were. Part of some combat style of this man's or just a parlor trick he used to impress children?

Naoki noted the boy saying his surname as if he was uncertain, but he did not feel appropriate to pressure it, it would be left as just a noticed moment somewhere in the back of his head, a detail that maybe will add up to something later. "Nice to meet you, Toma." As they arrived at their destination Naoki continued with the previous, he needed to know in what manner Denkiteki intended to appear. "So, I assume you know how your master will get here. Tell me if I should wait for him, if he will just pop up next to you without warning, or maybe there will be some sort of warning and I could let you go until then?" Because if not, then Naoki would have to keep the boy company, or assign someone to him until the guest arrived.

"Oh, welllll he said he'd arrive soon after me, that's all I know." Den had mentioend that he would hopefully be done dealing with whatever mutation he had before arriving, telling Toma that hopefully he would teleport to Shima within a few hours of Toma's arrival, "And I guess he'd appear me..."

Toma was cut off as a chakra signature seemingly appeared behind him, about 5 meters or so away from Tioma, and at least that at well away from Naoki. He instantly recognized the chakra to be Denkiteki's.

Den appeared dressed in his jounin gear, as well as his Stealth Cloak. His weapon pouches were in their usual spots, and Shapeless was strapped to his right hip. He didn't look heavily armed, merely armed, as a traveler might be in order to defend themselves from bandits and what not, hopefully him appearing out of nowhere wound't cause any trouble. Den's hands would be out of his cloak as he appeared, held up to show they weren't holding any weapons and that he wasn't reaching for any.

"Terribly sorry for appearing out of the blue like this, are you the village leader?" Den would address Naoki with the question, the man had a high chakra signature so Den assumed that this man was the leader.

Toma was cut off explaining as someone very powerful, based on chakra, suddenly appeared not too far from him. Naoki identified Denkiteki, who appeared armed, but his gesture was peaceful, suggesting he was not hostile. When he decided to invite the man into the village, the Uchiha had already made his mind and accepted the risks, of course it was not safe to do this, he was ignoring the protocol he himself established with this. The gamble was worth it, if this works as he planned, then Shimagakure would become stronger, possibly to the point where it should not even fear an attack. If it were to go sideways at some point, that would be on Naoki though.

For now it seemed like his decision was right. He trusted the man this far, might as well show him that. The leader would step closer to the legendary med-nin and offer a handshake. "That I am. Naoki Gekou and you must be Denkiteki, a real pleasure to meet you." If his gesture was accepted, he would continue talking, but not before leaving a small, undetectable mark on the man. "Why don't we talk inside? Also, will Toma participate? If not, I can assign an escort to him so he may enjoy the sights of the village in the mean time."

Den had teleported a small distance away from Naoki, so he wasn't alarmed when he walked closer. The hand shake, initially, alarmed den however. Den had become more accustomed to physical contact since befriending Eva, but still didn't like the idea of touching someone he had just met. This was a village leader though, and he couldn't be disrespectful and decline. Not showing any of the alarm he had felt, Den simply extended his arm out as well and gave the man a firm hand shake.

It was unfortunate, that for some reason it was whenever Den believed it would be fine to break one of the 'rules' he had created for himself to ensure his survival, something happened. This hopefully wouldn't end as badly as when he got robbed whilst receiving a hug. The mark would most likely be placed on one of his fingers, as his gear did include the finger less gloves most Jounins wore.

Naoki asked if Toma would be participating, but Den was unsure how to answer the question as he still wasn't sure why the village leader had sent for him, "Well, do you think that we will have need of him?" Den didn't bother to ask the man what he wanted, as he already mentioned wishing to talk inside. While it could still be something simple, Den was starting to be under the assumption that whatever the man wanted from him was something he wanted kept secret.

Toma decided to remain quiet as his 'fate' for this part of his current adventure was decided, would he go with Den and Naoki and hopefully see something cool? Or hang out at the beach and have fun? He didn't really know which one he wanted, he figured it depended on what Naoki was gonna show Den, if it was something boring he'd probably prefer to go to the beach.

Den replied with a question, though a rather simple one. Would they need him? No, probably not. At first Naoki wanted to just talk, lay out his proposal and see if it's overall possible, then come to an arrangement. The boy was not needed. A single sunfly would appear from Naoki's hand and he addressed Toma with a smile "This light will bring your escort shortly. I trust you won't run off until then, yes?" With that the orb flew away, the Uchiha sensed one of his Jounins nearby. All of them knew about his Sunfly technique enough to recognize it and understand that Naoki calls them when one is floating in front of them. "Please tell him he is to escort you anywhere you wish to go within the village boundaries for a couple hours. Then you are to return here, unless we come get you before then." If everything was cleared, Naoki would then gesture for Denkiteki to enter the building and let him into his office.

Before seating himself the leader would offer his guest a seat as well. Shortly the sunfly would return after having brought Toma his escort. Now they could talk and Naoki would begin. "First I would like to say that I expect this conversation not to be mentioned outside this room, for both of our sakes, I hope you understand. From what I hear, you are considered the foremost expert on Kekkei Genkai and medical ninjutsu. Trusting that, I hope you could help me with something. You see, I seek a very specific ability prized to be heritage of the Senju clan. Unlike you, I know little of Kekkei Genkai and hope that gaining this power will help me advance my own ability." Based on the man's response Naoki would chose if he should add more to this. For now this seemed to be enough.

Toma listened carefully as Naoki made the firefly thing again, he explained that an escort would come along to show Toma around the island, which was fine with him. At least he didn't have to risk seeing anything boring. So while Naoki and Den entered the building Toma waited outside, wondering when his escort will arrive.

Den followed Naoki, still curious as to what the mans request was. He took the seat offered to him and sat comfortably in it. As the sunfly was returned ot Naoki he seemed ready to talk, and Den listened as this village leader explained his interest in Den's studies, particularly on his study of Kekkai Genkai. As the man explained that he was seeking out the Senju bloodline, Den's thoughts went to the corpse within his dimension, the well preserved former leader of the Senju clan Rin.

Den paused a moment before responding, debating internally on how he wished to go about it. He wanted the man to trust that he would help him, as Den was very intrigued by this man's pursuit, but he was unsure as to how much of his work he should reveal.

"I take it you are referring to their ability to combine water and earth chakra to form Wood Release?" Den decided against revealing he had obtained that power, at least for now, "If you acquired the DNA of a Senju.... a transplant could certainly be done. Whether you obtained this ability, well, it could take some time." He hoped his answer was sufficient.

Naoki would nod at the mention of Wood Release. From what he could tell Den appeared interested, but it was somewhat difficult to get a read on the man. "So it can be done. And I assume acquiring enough DNA might be problematic? Would you happen to have some spare? Of course I would be willing to compensate you." The Uchiha's mind jumped to the living Senju he kept in a cell. Based on this info alone he could probably try something with his medical staff, but Denkiteki obviously knew what he was talking about, so maybe an even better scenario could be reached. "If you have an idea, please don't hold back."

Den wondered what sort of reputation he had that people would ask if he has spares of things such as DNA. Still, he supposed that his book did sort of reveal that he had looked at the DNA of a number of clans, so perhaps it was a fair assumption. [/color=red]And a true one.[/color] The voice of the Gobi rang in his head, the beast of course chiming in to try and insult him.

Den ignored it however, and instead spoke, "I do actually. I am in possession of a known wood release users corpse." Den didn't like saying it, as he felt bad for having kept the body, but perhaps he could use the body to help people like he had hoped.

"I could transplant you an arm, even make it so this new arm looked and felt the same as your old one." But what should he receive as compensation? He thought about that mutation he had been researching, what if he could test it out on this man's arm in return for the new one? He, perhaps, could do that anyway however, so he waited to see what the man offered as compensation first before bringing up this offer.

"Interesting... I assume you will want to speak about what you would get in return. If you have something on your mind, then I would hear it. Otherwise the resources of this village as well as my personal knowledge are on the table as long as it is reasonable, of course. Anything that would not hurt my people, I hope you understand." Naoki was under the impression that a person like Denkiteki cared little for money, unless they needed it for something specific.
