Task: A little boy climbed a large tree in the forest , 40 meters high, but one of the branches he used to get up the tree broke and now can’t get down. Your mission is to use your skills to get him down the tree to safely. Be warned though, ninja were assigned to the mission because of a hornets nest in the tree, so keep that in mind.
It was back to the silly missions again, it seemed. Ryusei was currently tasked with getting a little boy down from a really, really big tree. The issue was not even that the tree was 40 meters high. The problem, the only reason a ninja had to be called into service, was that the tree had a average sized hornet’s nest, on one of the lowest branches, out on the end. Apparently, this was not going to scare that kid who was perfectly fine climbing up on his own, but was more than enough to keep him from coming down again. For crying out loud, that kid didn’t even do it on a dare. Ryusei grumbled, as this had been the only mission that was left at the office. He had completed several others, and everyone else who had seen this mission had not accepted it, thinking it was ludicrous and the kid needed to learn. Ryusei just wanted the money for what should be an easy job. Of course, he would still probably give the kid a lecture about thinking over the potential consequences of doing certain actions, since he was nearly stuck up there indefinitely.
Ryusei arrived at the scene, and rolled his eyes. The kid was shaking like a leaf still, partially from cold, and partially from fear of the hornets. The shaking probably had nothing to do with the woman who could only be his mother, standing at the foot of the tree, screaming at the top of her lungs at the kid, proclaiming to the world, or at least all that could hear, that her foolish buy kept doing silly things like this, and she was going to let him stay up there next time he did something as dumb as that. Ryusei tried not to laugh, and tuned her out, until she turned to face him as he reached the base of the tree as well. She turned to Ryusei and apologized for her son, and asked him to please take that kid down from his perch.
Ryusei cleared everyone away from the base of the tree, in case he fell, or the hornets became more active. When everyone was at a safe distance away, he clambered up the tree, walking up the side. He walked straight up for the most part, occasionally having to walk partially around the trunk, as it gradually grew thinner, and branches got in his way. Ryusei eventually got to the kid, who was clinging to a branch for dear life, as it swayed in the wind. Ryusei thought this kid resembled an earlier one who he had caught painting the Hokage rock, but he couldn’t be sure. Ryusei gently pulled the kid off of the tree branch, explaining that he was there to help, for only then did the kid relax. Ryusei carefully walked down the tree, careful not to walk too fast lest he drop the kid, or he himself slip.
As they walked down, the kid was quiet, until they were near the bottom. The kid started babbling, about the hornets, apparently having headed down earlier but clambered back up upon remembering the hornets. At the last 20 feet, Ryusei ran down before the kid could start bawling with fear, safely delivering the frightened child to his parent.
