Meeting a friend (closed, nk)

Makussu watched both of his new sparring partner's settle into their battle stances, Kasai into one with his hands close too his chest, signifying he would be going on the aggressive side, meanwhile Tatsuya settled into one with a strong, well balanced one, something that wouldn't be good for what jutsu he used. Eventually settling on Kasai as his target, he would quickly gathered wind chakra into his throat and yell, "Wind Style:Great Breakthrough!" The attack would send his opponent away sprawling and he would shunshin away from the situation if not intercepted in order to gain room and see how his opponents would react with space now between them.

Tatsuya looks closely to what Makussu would do. He hears the jutsu that he yells out and as it is facing Kasai. Tatsuya wonders how Kasai will react as this jutsu is powerful. He then observes Makussu begin to form another jutsu but this time Tatsuya will react. Quickly Tatsuya kneels down and preform the Rat seal and his shadow soon extends quickly from Tatsuya towards Makussu. As Tatsuya had much chakura the shadow is able to reach Makussu faster then Makussu is able to move him self. No matter what is done Makussu is not able to escape from the binding powers of his jutsu. "Capture complete." Tatsuya mutters. Now turning his attention to Kasai he wonders how he will doge the wind. Kasai could probably out run it but it was a wide wind gust  and as it was wind it would be harder to see. With that as Tatsuya holds the rat hand seal he stands up as Makussu's body alters as well following how Tatsuya moves. He wont do anything foolish but now wants too see if Kasai will attack Makussu or Tatsuya. If he decided in attacking Makussu Tatsuya would relies the jutsu allowing Makussu to move freely and then be able to respond to an attack.  If Kasai decides to attack Tatsuya then he will respond accordingly. "All right Kasai your move."

Kasai watched as Makussu launched his jutsu.
For a moment, he thought about what an addition to the team this would be. Kasai, focusing in fire, would be greatly aided by Makussu's wind jutsu in any fight. Together, he realized that the wind would only amplify his fire attacks, and send them even further. Perhaps they could make a great team, the three of them. Tatsuya playing a defensive role in fights, while Kasai himself would launch a strong offensive, and Makussu would only make it stronger. Yes, the three of them could become a great and powerful team, if they wanted.
"How very clever," he said blandly, his mind racing for a solution in the few seconds before the wind blast hit him. It was sent only at him, no doubt due to Tatsuya's strong defensive stance.
In the end, Kasai determined that he would not be able to avoid the blast, so he might as well simply take as minimal damage as possible.
He crouched for a moment, preparing himself. Then, at the exact moment that the wind blast would hit him, he would jump backwards, but as high as possible. Therefore, he would be jumping with the wind, and high enough that it would not slam him into the ground. He was hoping that doing so would simply carry him up and backwards, where he could land softly in a flip, but a considerable distance away from Makussu and Tatsuya. 
If successful, he would then start to plan his attack.

Makussu struggled helplessly against the hold that Tatsuya had gained against him with his shadow technique to no avail. It was a very useful technique, he decided, as an immobilized enemy was a dead one. This time however, he was the one unable to move and as he watched Kasai crouch as though to jump, quickly realizing his intentions to use his jutsu to avoid as much damage as he would have received head on. A smart move, one he could not stop. It was up to Tatsuya to react to the situation now.

As Kasai had not reacted right away Tatsuya has to stay were he is. Holding the position he has no trouble with keeping the jutsu going. Will Kasai attack? He was sure of it but the question was who would he target. Kasai might see Makussu in a very vulnerable position and want to take advantage of that fact but at the same time this might gain sympathy from this situation as well. If that were the case then Kasai would attack Tatsuya and Tatsuya would have time to react because of the large space between them. No matter what if this were a real battle then Tatsuya would surly have the upper hand. But if no one acts and Kasai stays idle then Tatsuya would change up what he was doing.

Kasai lands nicely, with no damage to himself, and upon looking up, sees quite the sight. 
Tatsuya had apparently disabled Makussu using his shadow jutsu, however, this also caused himself to be immobile. 
Briefly, Kasai had a vision of what could be. Their team, perhaps years from now. Very powerful and strong. Tatsuya, not playing a classic support role, but rather a disable support. Grabbing a ninja with his jutsu, he would render them useless. Then, Kasai, perhaps the main offensive and risky of the team, would be able to blast fire without chance of missing. Yet, Makussu would also be there, as a kind of boosting support, using his wind jutsu in combination with Kasai's fire to create a tempest of fire, where before it would simply have been a puff of flame. It was a terrifying idea, but an exhilarating one indeed. Such a combination could be nearly unstoppable.
Kasai then laughed, as he walked towards Tatsuya. 
"Is this it, friend? Are you both unable to move?"
He asked, before thinking of something fun to do. 
Kasai's hands flew to create the hand-sign that was all too well known to him.
Half-Tiger.
He rushed Tatsuya then, flames flying from his mouth in a single, smooth stream. He however would aim it neither at Tatsuya or Makussu, but rather in a figure-eight around them, leaving a smoldering circle around the two of them, but also changing the lighting, and thus breaking the shadow which held Makussu at the mercy of Tatsuya.

Makussu watched with a small sense of apprehension as Kasai made a hand seal and aimed in a area between him and Tatsuya, sure it was a wide range attack meant to take out both of them at once. What he soon found instead was his ability to move given back as the flames that sprouted from his mouth banished the shadowily hold Tatsuya had on him earlier. Channeling chakra through his legs, he didn't bother speaking it would only waste valuable seconds as he shunshined towards Kasai before the flames completed the design around him, fist cocked back in order to strike a blow on the ninja who had managed to escape his blow. Perhaps it was a bit overkill, but he wanted to at least get some damage in on him to make up for his earlier dodging of his jutsu.

Kasai is far away but he quickly starts running towards them. Because of this distance Tatsuya could easily run away with  Makussu but decides to see what Kasai plans to do. The fire begins to flow out of Kasai's mouth as he begins to form the figure eight around them. The jutsu was quite pretty to watch. In normal shadows the fire would have completely changed the way the shadows faced but his were different. This was the first time Tatsuyas shadows were tested by there famous fire styles so it would be interesting to see what happen. The flames grew close to the shadow and the closer the flame got the thinner the shadow became. Tatsuya had to put more effort into keeping the shadow alive. Soon the flames would pass and the shadowed remained for it was stronger then the flames.

(Just as a note the power of the shadows is half of Tatsuyas chakura stat witch is higher then the power of the fire style.)


The flame may have not broken the jutsu but it had started to make the temperature rise. Feeling the heat he lets go of the jutsu and Makussu is set free. With this now cut down in concentration Tatsuya feels better and the flames do not feel as bad. Tatsuya begins to think about going into the woods soon but decides to wait to see what happens.

Kasai was shocked with the speed Makussu moved at after using his jutsu. He was moving at twice the speed that Kasai could. It was incredible. Kasai realized that, as soon as Makussu began, perhaps Kasai had finally met his match in speed. He also realized that he had to learn the body flicker jutsu as well. 
Quickly, Kasai began to weave his hands into another series of signs, seeing Makussu's fist raise. Moving his hands from the seal that they previously were, he begins to make another sign. 
He knew he would not be able to escape the whole blow, but perhaps make it out of there with a simple scratch. 
Tiger. Boar. Ox. Dog. Snake.
He felt himself begin to exchange places with a log, as Makussu's fist came in. He felt it graze his side, perhaps even leaving a bruise, but, before the entire force of the fist hit him, Kasai's substitution justsu kicked in. 
A log taking his place, Kasai appears back in the place where he was before charging Tatsuya. 
"You got me on that one, friend. Barley, but your attack hit its mark. You are very fast."
He said this, tilting his head to the side, wondering who would move next. Tatsuya, or Makussu again.

Makussu felt his blow hit solid flesh, before suddenly the feel changed into wood and suddenly pain exploded through his hand as Kasai as he was replaced by the great and powerful Log in a poof of smoke. "Dear Log, why have you forsaken me?" Makussu muttered under his breath, cradling his hand for a few seconds and got into a fighting stance with his right foot in front of his left, hands close to his chest for protection along with ease for jutsu if he needed to make a quick escape. For now both of them were unknowns for their intents of attack or defense and he needed to be careful as they had already seen his only offensive move, which they now would has figured out how to dodge thanks to Kasai's earlier escape. Keeping a careful eye on the duo, he made no move and watched their actions so he could react quickly in case he was a target.
