Mitsui does some exploration of Sunagakure

Mitsui since he was in a rather empty village, decided to try learning this new jutsu. This jutsu was called hiding like camouflage. This was not a common jutsu so Mitsui guessed that it would be hard to find someone who knew this jutsu. Mitsui would go to the always trusted place which is known as the library. Mitsui would find that this library was well, rather empty. A few old people who look like historians should interview them to learn centuries of first hand information. Mitsui looked and they looked dead. The only way to tell that they were alive was the fact that they would turn a page. Mitsui wondered what kind of stuff that people would look at that age. Mitsui would proceed to walk around looking through the jutsu section. Mitsui would proceed to look around at the jutsu. Mitsui would look and find that there is not a single book that was actually about the jutsu. Mitsui found that all the books were only about jutsu that were under at highest c rank. Mitsui would give up and find a nother section. After about an hour of looking, Mitsui would see that there is another section called advanced jutsu. Mitsui would look at the books and all of the jutsu were still at B rank. Mitsui would start to get annoyed. Mitsui would continue looking around to see that these books would still not go away. Mitsui would proceed to look around more and accidentally bump into a book shelf. This would do nothing good to Mitsui as suddenly, all these books would fall over. This falling book shelf would start knocking others over. Mitsui would then be pretty buried. Mitsui would be pretty pissed off now since he is covered in books. This would not be pretty at all. Mitsui would proceed to use hiding like a mole to show up outside of the library since Mitsui had no interest in cleaning up the mess. Mitsui would continue walking down the street. Mitsui would see this all you can eat ramen shop so, Mitsui would walk in. Mitsui would feel exhalted probably because he has all these weapons on him. This would mean though, that he would not have much to trouble doing anything. Mitsui would sit down at the table. Then, he would put all his stuff down and walk to the nearest buffet table. Mitsui would see these trays so Mitsui would use the ram hand seal to make 2 more clones. Then, Mitsui would have all the clones get 2 trays each. Mitsui would be doing this as well. Mitsui and the clones would grab all the noodles as they were in the pans. Then, Mitsui would grab all the pizza and all the meat. Mitsui would then walk back to his table with this immensly huge pile of food. Mitsui would then start by grabbing one of the bowls of ramen and dumping it into Mitsui's mouth. This would be the first of about 15 bowls or so. Then, Mitsui would shove a slice of pizza into Mitsui's mouth again. Then, Mitsui would proceed to have a huge pile of food shoved into his huge mouth. Mitsui would wait about 15 minutes for all the food to go down. Once the food was down, then, Mitsui would get the next few bowls. Mitsui would take about an hour to eat all 15 bowls. It was delicious but for only such a small amount of ryo, Mitsui knew that the buffet did not turn a profit on Mitsui. Mitsui would walk out after about an hour of eating everything there and would wonder where to learn about that jutsu. Mitsui would continue on with this wondering and would go back to the library.
School had let out and Mitsui saw that these kids were so hungry. Yep, Mitsui wanted control of this place because of the fact that there was nobody who looked healthy. Mitsui saw that the food he ate was actually all the buffet had for food. Mitsui would walk around to see this hospital. Normally it would be ok but instead, the hospital was over flowing and people were dying sometimes in the waiting room. Mitsui would find that this was a place which needed leadership. Mitsui would look at the kage chambers to find that the place was empty. Mitsui would take liberty in looking at the documents and would find that the whole office has not had a single recent document. The most recent document inside the file cabinet was over a year ago. This had made Mitsui decide that he really wanted this. Mitsui recognized taking this village over as a major opportunity to get stronger and gain responsibility. Mitsui would continue looking and find that the place needs someone who can lead. Mitsui would wonder if there was a revolution that happened. Mitsui would look at the buildings in general and find that there probably was no money to keep them maintained. Mitsui would realize that this place needs a strong leader and that would be Mitsui. Mitsui would be wondering if there was a reason that the previous kage left. Mitsui would guess that he abandoned the village. He then guessed that these people were rather poorly off. This would mean that Mitsui would need to first strengthen their spirits. Mitsui knew that wind country did border with the see so he probably could tell that the water must be used to improve the farming.
Mitsui would proceed to rent a small apartment so for now, Mitsui would be able to rest for the night. One last time of the day, Mitsui would think about what he needed to do for the hiding like camouflage. Mitsui knew about its potential as it can improve Mitsui's stealth abilities since Mitsui does not have any and he often has to do very dirty tricks to win. Mitsui would do this for an hour and then go to bed.
