Fire in The Night

Twas a late night for little ol' Risako. She managed to find her way to the training grounds in the dark using the stars. Man, she should be a tracker or some shit. Anyway, she looked up into the sky to admire the billions of twinkling little stars, and the big round moon that cast a dim glow on everything. How peaceful. Too bad she came to fuck shit up. Or... well.... as much as a genin could at least. 

Tonight's agenda was to go from making a wimpy little stream of fire, to making a rather large fire ball. She was pretty sure she could handle it since she "mastered" the little streams of fire. She would start flipping her notepad a few pages, and memorizing the hand seals required to perform this immaculate fire jutsu. "Horse, tiger. Horse, tiger..." She would mutter to her self. Once she built up the concentration and quit talking to her self like a weirdo, she would quickly perform the hand seals, and start kneading her chakra in her chest. She could feel the heat rise up from her throat as she puffed her chest out, exhaling she would spew a small fire ball from her face. Twas not as big as she had hoped (only half a meter in diameter), but at least it wasn't just a stream, and boy did that sucker get some distance. She watched as it trailed off into the sky twenty meters before it dissipated.

She was still a new ninja though, and a technique like that took a lot out of her. After a few more tries however, she should be good to go. Take two. After she recovered she had the idea that if she started kneading the chakra before she did the handseals, she could get more built up, and hopefully create a more spectacular fire ball. She started kneading as she slowed down the hand signs, horse, then tiger. Her lungs began to grow warmer with each paspassing second, she inhaled deeply, arching her back, and let loose with a fire ball about a meter and a half in diameter. She watched as the orange flames licked at the sky around them. The little one looked pretty, but this one was like an illegal fire work being set off in the sky. What? This world doesn't have illegal fireworks? Well too god damn bad. 

She was pretty impressed with that fire ball, but she overdid it on the chakra. She collapsed to the ground, heaving as her vision faded a bit. She laid still for at least thirty minutes, mostly because she's lazy and over dramatic. She still thought she could do better and decided that one more go would be necessary. She "recharged" her chakra by munching on the sticky sweet cinnamon roll she brought. This time, she spent a good minute just gathering and kneading her chakra before performing the Horse and Tiger hand seals. When she exhaled, a fire ball emerged from her mouth that would put Mario to shame. For real? He doesn't exist here either? Fuck me. Well that's 523 out of 2000 words to go.

It was warm and sunny and Tatsuya was relaxing in a tree. He was planning on taking the Chunin exams as soon as Kasai returned to Konoha. Tatsuya thought it best to hang around and relax his body.
Leaning back in the tree his eyes became heavy but would soon be lifted with the sigh of a bright fiery color in the corner of his eye.
Making Tatusya jump he falls out of the tree and hits the ground with a thump.

"God dammit." He says ans he feels a small bump begin to form on his head.   

He look up to see a ball of fire rolling across the training grounds. Looking to where it originated from he sees the girl who he had met on once before. She was expelling a very impressive jutsu. One that he remembered having to fight against.

She looked like she was hard at work and he did not want to interrupted her. So Tatsuya just sat cross legged with his back leaning against the tree's trunk. Tatsuya could probably not offer her much assistance as the fire element only went as far as the Will Of fire for Tatusya.
Watching her Tatsuya feels inspired to do some training of his own. Tatusya did not want to stand up and to anything super physical at the moment so decides he should work on his chakura infusion.

Remaining in a sitting position he bring his ring forth and put an oz of chakura into it. Then out comes his Katana. It was a shiny gold with a nice sharp edge. The putting more chakura into it the sword begins to glow blue. It was hard to keep it going and Tatusya lost it quickly.
Thinking about the concept of the skill he decides it would be best to meditate on his chakura first.

It was nice and relaxing in the shade under a large tree where Jason had been sitting. He had been thinking a lot lately about getting stronger. His only goal at the moment was to become a Chunin. Jason was glad at his progress this far since becoming a Genin but to his dismay it wasn't good enough for him. His absent minded thinking was cut short by a fiery light in the sky.


 "What is that?" he said shielding his eyes from the bright glow.


When the light finally faded enough for Jason to see, he noticed that the annoyingly bright light was caused by his friend Risako doing some fire style training. Not too far away from her it looked like their other friend Tatsuya was also doing some training with a crazy gold katana. Jason had no idea where he produced it from because he swore it was nowhere in sight a few seconds ago. "I guess everybody is at the training grounds today. Come on Nami lets go say hi." he said to his fox as he stood up and headed over to Risako to see what she was doing. On his way over to her he called out to Tatsuya "Hey man what's up? Cool sword. What'cha doin by yourself?"

Risako's little mind was greatly distracted by her training, and she did noticed the two boys, but she would only gI've them a small nod before getting back on track. Usually, Risake was a carefree happy go lucky kinda girl, but, she was training, and had no time for socializing. Unless... they wanted to be potential targets. Moving on. The girl was beginning to compare herself to some of the low ranking Uchiha, which she shouldn't have, because they had something she didnt. Real skill. She began concentratin the chakra in her chest, this time building up a large amount so she wouldn't wear herself out. She performed the handseals rather quickly, and tried to compress the chakra, so as to use a smaller amount to make a larger fireball. It seemed to work, as she created a ball the same size as the third, using half the chakra, and sent it flaring into the night sky. The only bad thing about living in the village hidden in the leaves, was the leaves. Well.... if you needed to practice fire anyway. She wondered what to do next, as she used all the available debris last week when she learned the less advanced fire stream Jutsu. Well, she did have a plan, at least. Turning towards Jason and Tatsuya, she would begin kneading the chakra in chest. As she performed the hand seals, she would yell "Heads up!" She would then inhale, and exhale spewing the flaming ball of death from her face. Luckily for the other two, they were ten meters out of the range. Her hope was that one of the two would take that as a challenge, and she would finally be able to test it out on someone.

Peaking an eye open he sees that it was his new friend Jason. Tatusya had manage to focus his consideration  into stabilizing his chakura but it was now all lost. Looking up to his friend he describes what he was doing.

"I am managing to prefect the chakura..."

Tatsuya's words were cut short as Risako called out. Looking up Tatusya sees the fire ball coming towards them.  Tatusya was unsure of the rang of the fire ball only the speed at witch it was travailing at. Wile seated Tatusya claps his hand together and touches the ground. Erupting about 10m away was a  3m by 3m earth pillar that would rise into the night sky by about 10m. As the fire ball approached the stone pillar Tatusya would make a dash to the top of the pillar.

The fire ball made contact with the pillar and exploded into a blazing red hot mass as soon as Tatsuya got to the top of the pillar. The hot air makes Tatsuya's hair fly back and he stared down at Risako in an almost picturesque way.

With having the fire ball stopped by the earthen pillar Tatusya says.

"You know Risako if that fire ball made contact with the trees there would definitely been some trouble on your hands."

Tatusya remains serious and dramatic with embers still flying around. But soon Tatsuya smiles to assure Risako that it was only partly a joke. If the fire ball did make contact with the trees then there would have definitely been a problem but no matter that did not happen. Tatusya thinks.

Tatusya remains on top of the pillar for a response but he will soon jump down.

"I am managing to prefect the chakura..."

Tatsuya's answer was cut short by Risako calling out and then a fireball coming straight for them. Jason wasn't sure of the jutsus range so he didn't take any chances. He made the ram hand seal to activate his body flicker and move at a speed of 85 around the fire ball to Risako's side. At the same moment it seemed Tatsuya used an earth style jutsu to make a large wall in the fireball's path and then dash to the top of the wall.

"You know Risako if the fireball made contact with the trees there would definitely been some trouble on your hands." Tatsuya would say to her half jokingly looking all dramatic and cool on top of his earth wall.

Luckily Jason didn't see any escaping flames so the trees were safe for now. Now that he was standing next to Risako, without taking his eyes off of Tatsuya he said "Jeez Risako if you wanted to fight you could have just said so. You know I'm always down for a sparring match. Looks like your fire style jutsu is getting stronger." He had arrived at her side so quickly he hoped he didn't startle her. So much for his calm relaxing evening. He should have known better than to think he would be able to relax by coming to the training fields in the first place. It just happened to be the place Jason could think the clearest. It was strange that the three of them would happen to run into each other again like this. It was as if something was pulling them together for something. Coming back from his thoughts Jason waited for Risako to react to him, while still looking at Tatsuya, trying to look just as cool as he did up on top of his earth wall.

Tatsuya said from the top of an earth pillar he made to block the fire ball. He appeared to be scolding her, but he quickly changed his attitude, because he knew better than to invoke the fiery wrath of Risako. At the same time, Jason body flicked his away next to her. She had enough of that in the forest earlier today, and refused to jump. "Jeez Risako if you wanted to fight you could have just said so. You know I'm always down for a sparring match. Looks like your fire style jutsu is getting stronger." She would cross her arms and smirk "Bite me," she said playfully. "And thanks, I worked hard on that. I still need to practice it though."


It appeared that both boys knew she was still weaker than them or maybe, challenging both of them at the same time was a mistake, as she was still below them in terms of skill and strength... and the ability to make a bad ass scene. Well, she did help on that last part. But... 

She felt like being stubborn today, and she felt like a three man free for all. "How about a three man brawl?" 

Now. One of three things could happen. Number one being that they would both turn down her offer, number two being that they would both accept, and number three being that only one would agree. Should option one go down, she would turn around and go back to her training. Should option two go down, she would swing her right backwards toward Jason, and start kneading the fire chakra in her chest. She would begin to back pedal, as to try and avoid whatever attack they had planned. Should option three go down, she would step back and start the fight like a normal person. Finally, should they react in a way not listed above, she would just wait and see what they did.

Making a show of him self Tatusya remains at the top of his perch listening to Risako's words.

"You have much energy and spirit at the center of your blazing sole and I will take you up on this offer."
Now of course Tatusya would not go full blast on the girl for that would be plain mean and unfair but she was the type of person who could handle it. She may not have much skill in jutsu but she sure had a strong personality.

Looking at Jason Tatsuya did not want him to simply slither away so Tatusya would force Jason to play as well.
As soon as Tatusya had finished what he had said to Risako he beings out his right hand. There lies his silver ring.
Placing only a bit of pressure into it a blade pops out. In a flash Tatusya cuts his thumb and slams it to the ground Yelling. 

"Summoning Jutsu!"

He would be summoning his friend Daichi. He comes to life right behind the two genin with a large snarl on its face.
He was a quite a bit larger then the two, being 3m tall and could give some one a ferocious bite.
The cat was not too powerful but could still knock some one around. 

Once the cat was summon his tail soon whips around at top speed and strength to come in contact with Risako's and Jason's side. In hope if it were not dodged they would be knocked to the side by a couple of meters. 
Depending on their responses Tatusya may stay on the rock for a bit longer watching what happens.
However there was a higher chance that Tatusya will get down and get closer to the fight.

Well even if Jason had wanted to sit this one out it didn't look like Tatsuya was going to give him the chance. He had managed to summon a large cat and its tail was coming straight at Jason and Risako. Jason mentally slapped himself for getting so close to Risako and then all of his possible options flew threw his mind in an instant, trying to decide which was the best plan of attack. He didn't have mmuch time to think or act so he was grateful his mind raced in situations like this. It looked like Risako had already started back pedaling and was aiming a jutsu at Jason. He had no choice. He chose the easiest escape route and then performed the Tiger hand seal. Instantly a thick mist covered a 25m circle with Jason at the center. He then used the Ram hand seal to perform Body Flicker again and move to the edge of his mist, 20m diagonal to Tatsuya's left and 15m behind Risako.

"I guess I'm going to have to join in this three way brawl as well. Hm, this should be fun." he would say to himself while wrapping an exploding tag around one of his arrows and knocking it on his bow string. He would then lessen the mist just enough to see Risako and Tatsuya so that he could react accordingly to whatever they did next. It was the first time he had to worry about two enemies at once, but he believed he was ready for them.

Risako's plan of back peddling her way out of melee range with Jason didn't work, as Tatsuya summoned a rather large cat beast thing. Having already used the great fire ball technique twice before, [40AP] she would have to pay attention to her chakra levels. But before she could worry about all that, she would suddenly be unable to see due to a rather large amount of mist. Damn you Jason! She plopped to the ground and covered her head as to not be hit by anything. It was a lucky maneuver too, as she heard something go over head through the mist. She figured it was a good of time as any to make a break for it, so she jumped up and darted off through the mist. The mist seemed to dissipate right as she found herself face to face with Tatsuya's earth pillar. Risako couldn't see the top, so she didn't know if Tatsuya had moved or not yet. She would place her back to the pillar, searching for a sign of life. She would see Jason with his bow drawn, and the cat. Neither seemed like a match she could take at the moment, so she would run to the other side of the pillar and take cover. What she didn't know was that the arrow Jason was using had an explosive tag so maybe hiding behind the pillar wasn't the best idea. She would begin kneading her chakra incase she had to use it defensively, having her hands ready, she would only need to perform the hand seals to launch another fireball.
