Kozai walked into the black market, a sheaf of papers under his arm. This was the data he had collected on all the ninja and events from Konoha. Indeed, it seemed that the village was now leader-less as a result of the death of this guy named "Navi"... had this guy been the one who had met with Arcanis so long ago? Who knew? At any rate, he turned in the information on Konoha to the shady black market people.
(Since I did indeed infil Konoha and get info on it and its current state, claiming the Infiltrate Konoha mission rewards)
