A Hopeful Hokage, and a Crazed Kunochi (nk, Jason)

Coco wei returned to the training fields and once more began to stretch it'd done her good in her last match. He her brown hair was styled closely to her head. Her emerald eyes glanced around the field for her challenger, and her limber body was all swaddled up in her maid armor. The first fight in his village had been more than a little disappointing, but she was hoping this next one would prove to be a true test of what she could do. She sent a request to the hokage himself and to her knowledge he'd accepted the invitation.

She was in the same field, and had all the same gear as she did last time. An umbrella at her waste, A scroll on either leg, and a look that said she meant business!

The noon day sun was bright and the air was warm. Warm as if someone had opened an oven and wafted the heat down into the village of Konoha. As Jason walked on the muddy brown dirt road that lead to the training fields he watched as the trees swayed in the wind as if they were limber gymnasts stretching for their performance. The sky was blue as the sea, or at least what Jason thought the sea would look like since he had never been there. Earlier that day he had received a request for a friendly spar from the Kumo Chuunin that had embarrassed two of his ninja just days before. Apparently either she was a pretty tough fighter or his ninja needed a lot more training. Now that he thought about it Jason decided it was probably a bit of both. 

As he stepped on to the grassy green training fields he would notice the Chuunin in question stretching for their match. As far as Jason could see she was wearing some sort of maid outfit. He thought it was strange for someone to fight dressed as if they were ready to clean all six stories of the Hokage building before bringing Jason his slippers and pipe but he wasn't going to question her choice of dress. Jason sauntered onto the training grounds stopping fifteen meters away from Coco who was still stretching. Jason wore his custom made armor that resembled the armor his ancestor Hashirama Senju once wore. Hanging from his neck, not visible underneath his armor and the white shirt underneath it, was Jason's special necklace. He never took it off. On his back rested his quiver, the permanently strung bow his father had given him as a gift was tucked neatly inside the quiver along with the arrows. Twenty of them to be exact. His hands were covered with the gloves that had been made for him personally, infused with special seals.

Jason smiled as he stopped. Now that he was closer Jason could tell that this challenger was in fact very pretty. She looked to be in peak physical condition too judging from her muscular arms and legs. He was certain that what he had assumed was a maid outfit was probably some form of armor she had designed or been gifted with. If Jason remembered the reports of her entrance correctly she seemed to certainly be eccentric. He couldn't help wondering how this fight would go. He had tested himself against Chuunin and Jounin from his own village but this would be the first time he had fought anyone from outside of Konoha before. "Hello. I'm Jason, the Hokage. Are you ready for this little spar you requested?"

The hokage had arrived. Coco did her best not to stare but this guy was awfully young to be a kage. Then again so was Li, then again Li wasn't a kage. So the point stands. Coco came out of her split and rose to her full height. She supposed that he was handsome, in his own way. Nothing compared to her beloved Akira, but a looker all the same. She'd almost forgotten what normal people looked like from spending so much time in Kumo. He eyes worked overtime analyzing what this guy had going on. sturdy enough looking armor, and a Bow. Probably a long ranged fighter like herself. This could be interesting. Not like her fighting the Kage of another nation wouldn't be. This was without a doubt one of the biggest fights of her life.

She bowed to the higher ranking ninja. "Thank you for your village's hospitality and for agreeing to this fight. I only hope that I can keep things interesting for you. Yes let's begin." Coco would jump a meter up and to her left at a speed of 45, and form four hand seals before a gust of wind picked her up and kept her from actually touching the ground again. The Gust of wind would take her around to Jason's right at a speed of 75. She'd stay the fifteen meters away from him, but she'd circle around until given reason not to.

"Alright Coco we're all linked up. Just let me know when you make your clones and I'll link them up. Good luck, and show them what a ninja of ame can do!"

Li would be meditating in his office back in Ame, focusing on Coco's mind as she went into battle. Her and any identical Chakra signatures he'd link up mentally so they could silently share information with each other while she sparred with the kage.

Jason watched, poised for any action he might need to take, as Coco jumped a meter up into the air and to her left. A few hand seals were formed and there was a gust of wind that carried the girl fairly quickly around Jason aiming for his left but still staying the fifteen meter distance. Jason would turn, angling his body so that he continued to face Coco head on as she circled around him in the air. The world around him seemed to slow down as Jason exerted his chakra, gaining more insight as he activated his new technique. 

As he watched Coco circling in the air above, Jason would perform a series of hand seals. Bird-Rat-Ox-Monkey-Rat-Snake. When he was finished the sky would begin to darken. Clouds seemingly appeared out of nowhere in what had previously been a sunny bright blue sky. A single drop of water could be felt on Jason's face as the technique began to take effect. As soon as the raindrop had fell another followed in it's tracks, then another and another until the whole field was beginning to flood from the torrent of water that Jason had summoned forth. He watched Coco carefully still, ready to react to any slight movement.

'Thanks Li, I'll do what I can!'

Seeing Mr. Hokage forming Handseals Coco would counter with her own. She had enough confidence in her speed while in slip stream to avoid an attack that he could produce. With her super duper fast fingers she'd finish her hand signs at the same time as Jason. She'd cross her arms and in a short puff of smoke the scrolls legs would eject and unravel around her. At a speed of 200  she'd grip the scrolls and twist her arms to flick the unfurling pages at Jason. From the paper Three Kunai, and Four Shuriken would fly at Jason at a speed of 250. One Kunai for the head. Two Shuriken for the straps on his armor that kept up his chest plate, and the other Shuriken and kunai would be for his lower abdominal area. Stomach and such.  She'd save the other three projectiles to aim at where ever Jason would move to try to avoid the shot and aim it there. She'd be able to accurately gauge the flight paths of the shinobi and the shuriken aiming for the sweet spot.  With the Shurikens going five times what Jason could move at the moment they would most likely hit him. Even if Jason could... oh let's say see the future, these Shuriken were traveling at Light Speed! He'd probably get the feeling that they were going to pierce him, after they did so. Relativity and all that. 

She'd still be maintaining her circling motion and distance from Jason. If he could dodge this Coco would seriously consider declaring Jason the winner. If he could dodge something going that fast, well there was hardly a point in continuing!  But she'd try and stick it out. She'd never know just how great their power gap was just by one attack.

Speed of Projectiles =300. 130 strength +150 speed scaling for Twin Dragons is +90 strength +100 speed. 220 strength +250 speed = 470/2 = 235 +40 = 275 throwing Speed. +25 to projectiles for Scroll of the Heron =300.  :p woops

Projectile Sharpness =120 before twin rising dragons, and 143 after.

250 throwing speed is what I got when I just mathed it using all your stats, the booster, and your item.

When you did your math did you half your wep tech potency due to being under a stat booster?

Jason watched as Coco began to perform some acrobatics in the air just after summoning some strange scrolls. Of course the maid outfit wasn't enough, she had to be a damn acrobat too. And doing so in mid air nonetheless. As Coco was performing her little flips, her maid outfit flipped upward revealing not only the metal plate beneath the outfit but a sight that nearly made Jason's nose bleed as he blushed and looked away for an instant. That instant seemed to be all Coco needed. Just as Jason calmed himself and looked back up at his opponent, he was struck by several thrown weapons. Two of which hit the straps holding up his armor and making it fall from his shoulders as he suddenly felt a twinge of pain between his eyes and never felt anything again. There was a blackness. Nothingness. He did not have his life flash before his eyes as is rumored happens before ones death. No. The last thing Jason would ever see was Coco's underpants. 

The scene changed, Coco had just summoned her scrolls and Jason was still very much alive. His visions always scarred him a little bit, though that was to be expected after seeing your own death. If it weren't for his intense training before becoming Hokage he was pretty sure seeing visions of his own death would slowly turn him insane. Coco would continue to perform the acrobatics that Jason had seen in his vision, sending the kunai and shuriken flying straight toward Jason at a speed that he certainly couldn't beat. He could see them coming perfectly fine and knew where they were aimed but dodging by normal means was completely out of the question. Even performing a counter attack would take too long. The ninja tools would pierce Jason before he even had a chance to finish his hand seals or throw his arms up to block his face and other vitals. No. There was only one option he had. Luckily this training ground had been the location of a few spars he had had with both Hideyoshi and the Hyuuga boy Draconis. That was to Jason's advantage. In those fights he had clearly marked the training field with his unique teleportation jutsu formula. 

These thoughts barely took a fraction of a second to pass through Jason's mind. He had become quite adept at analyzing situations on the fly and using his Senken no Mei technique he knew what he had to do. Milliseconds before the ninja tools reached Jason, and by milliseconds I mean immediately before they touched him, Jason would disappear in a flash of yellow light, reappearing exactly twenty five meters away from Coco. Underneath Jason's left foot was the same flying thunder god formula seal that he had placed in his first fight against Hideyoshi. Jason was very lucky that the seals were permanent once placed, unless of course they were removed by some kind of unsealing technique. Anyway immediately after reappearing, Jason would waste no time in his actions. He would immediately throw a kunai marked with his flying thunder god formula at Coco who was still in mid air and perform the hand seals Ram-Rat-Bird-Boar-Tiger. The one kunai that had been thrown would suddenly multiply into one thousand kunai in a brief cloud of smoke. Jason's hazel green orbs that were reminiscent of the forest that he was so fond of would spiral on take on a red hue with a single black pupil in the form of a tomoe would adorn the outer rim of the sea of red.

The Rain started to fall down from the sky, and Coco's face turned the shade of a nice tomato. Rain? In the land of fire! She couldn't escape it! She was forever cursed to have a downpour over her! She felt the umbrella on her side and sighed inwardly. It was going to seriously hamper her fighting ability, but if it meant she could get out of this situation dry then it was probably worth it. She'd have to wait for twin rising dragons to finish up though. Speaking of which.

A beat of nervous sweat rolled down Coco's forehead when Jason vanished just before her projectiles were able to hit. Well darn, she'd chalked it all up as a win for her already. People called her fast, but Whatever he just pulled was not human. Moving Ten meters backwards faster than Her Shuriken, from a stopped position? Now that was a kage level skill! It was so skillful that Coco didn't even expect the shuriken to hit him on their second assault on him. Even if they were going at the same speed from only ten meters away now, and Jason was in the same position he was in earlier only an extra ten meters away. By the time the projectiles Coco threw finished traveling into Jason, his own Kunai would be 4.6 meters away. (A little less considering he'd have to be drawn and thrown, and coco's were already in flight.) Coco's, and Jason's would pass each other a few dozen centimeters before Jason's traveled three meters. Which would put Coco's Projectiles past his own before they cloned, and deflected them. But they wouldn't hit before he'd finished cloning them, however it would be very soon after. But coco wasn't worried about him. He was a kage after all. If he could move as quickly as he could earlier, he could theoretically just kite the kunai for a few hundred meters.

Coco would see the Cloud of kunai coming at her, and with both the wind and the scrolls swirling around her, she would ascend further into the sky. Rising up between the swirling pages of her scrolls. She'd also be moving backwards at a speed equal to the kunai 140 so that as she was rising they wouldn't run into her anyway. But seeing that the kunai were flying at an upwards angle from Jason they'd rise ever so slightly with her, but she'd be moving at a sharper angle upwards which would put her far above the Shuriken. Once she was at the proper distance to avoid the cloud of kunai that were coming at her, she'd stop moving backwards and just ascend straight up into the sky. Meaning she'd be far enough above and ahead of the shuriken that if they had explosive seals on them they wouldn't catch her in it. She'd then keep on moving upwards until she was her full height of fifty meters above the ground. She'd summon the remaining three projectiles in her hand and keep an eye out for Jason's next move.
