Once Again The Cloudy Sky Meets Sunshine{NK,P}
Sat Oct 10, 2015 8:44 pm
Chronos was alone at the training grounds which consisted of tall rocks looking to be about 3 meters tall, they were scattered amongst the clearing which had a dense forest on a mountain range behind it. As the wind carried leaves that seemed to lack chlorophyll due to the discoloration of the leaf. It was funny that people saw fall to be beautiful, but it was actual the death of trees except for the decisions of course. These thoughts distracted Chronos from drawing the animals he had marked using his new skill, Mark Seal which was pretty straight forward with the name. As he drew the animals he noticed his detailing was getting better and the artistical vision Chronos liked to call it began to flourish. The artistical vision is when Chronos sees all of the objects around him as hand drawn things by the might God of this world, it intrigued him to think of someone creating all of this life and knew that such a person existed due to chakra being in this world as if it were some gift from the God above.
Again, these were just random thoughts made by Chronos as he began to draw his animals in a sketchbook. The he felt a presence nearing the training grounds, it was pretty immense, but for some reason it felt familiar, intrigued Chronos never left his eyes from the gate and waited upon the person to walk through the black charcoal gate.

A familiar face walked through that gate and Chronos laid eyes on him, he knew it was time to prove himself to that ninja. Although he would not be able to beat him because he had more battle experience and was way faster than Chronos, this time though he would be able to put up a better fight than he had before. A wind blows as if a precursor to the tense spar that was about to happen, Chronos knew not how this spar affected Kozan seeing as he was so strong, but this was as close as he could get to a one on one situation in a war. Eagerly awaiting this spar he jumped off of the rock he sat upon and placed his sketchbook full of animals on top of it. “Hey, Kozan right?” He said body shaking ever so slightly. When he was walking up to him a black crow swoops down to the dying grass and quickly swiveled its neck left and right as if some unofficial referee of sorts.
Chronos had heard this place was haunted, but for what reasons no one said. “Maybe if they talked about it, it would come for them.” Chronos said now scared that he had just spoken about the subject. “Anyhow, you up for the much awaited round two.” Chronos asked still shaking from the battle jitters. Without even waiting his reply Chronos backed up and put a fifteen meter distance between them. “Okay, so the trees are dead, no hiding behind those, we are in the middle of the mountainous clearing and around ten meters from any trees on both sides. In between us are six tall boulders that varied in size, two on my left and four on my right. Lastly I must check behind me.” Chronos turned around to see a rock behind him as well, had he not looked he probably would have bumped into it trying to escape the constant onslaught Kozan would lay upon him. Now that he had found himself all set he looked at Kozan as to signal he was ready.

Expecting another rush Chronos knew not to go straight in and use his distance to his advantage, of course Kozan was smart enough to know that Chronos would do this sort of thing, but he also knew that this was his only chance of landing hits on him. As for the rock behind him he looked back and flipped on it at a speed of 69 landing ever so gracefully on his feet to gain a slight aerial view of the area, looking at it in a different manner he seen some ways that he could possible move. “I will use these rocks as a pivot for each attack.” Chronos said in his mind. As he held out his arm to perform the seal of confrontation he immediately readied his chains so he would not be caught off guard. They were created at a speed of 60 and both protruded from his shoulder blades, anxiously at his side as if they were attack dogs ready to get a prisoner. On both sides they were around one meter from him and half a meter above him, he thought this was the best defensive position he could hope for. “Well, I’m as ready as I’ll ever be!” Chronos said smiling still feeling the battle jitters.
The Crow has now took off from it’s referee-like position and flapped it’s pitch black wings slicing through the sky. Chronos took this as a sign, but he awaited Kozan’s first movements instead of him making the first move. He knew he would be purely on the defensive so he had to watch out for what Kozan hasn’t showed yet. One thing that had popped into his mind was the blade in his possession. “What could it do? How does it work? I know it’s not normal.” Chronos said as he felt the slight murderous intent escape from the sword.

As soon as he jumped it was at a speed of 40 which would make him land just barely above the rock. From the start of his jump he heard a shock wave which he knew wasn't good so he readied himself to what was to come. He was facing up though so, he used Flicker movement using the signs Rat and Boar at a speed of 69 to slow down his personal space making him move at 79 speed and his reaction time was 144. This would give Chronos the time to look at the shock wave and realize that he needed to make the barrier. He made the seal of Confrontation at a speed of 79 and the seal immediately activated three meters above the rock. Chronos now jumped at the speed of 79 two meters above the seal which in total is five meters. As the wave was 1 meter passed him he immediately hooked his chains to the ground at the speed of 50 to reel himself in 3 meters in front of the rock. Now with his chains ready to attack he then launches the right one directly at Kozan’s shoulder that was gripping his sword at a speed of 50, if hit it would cause him to lose feeling in his arms and let go of the sword. Keep in mind that Kozan was As soon as it was to pierce him which Chronos doubted he would retract the chain at a speed of 50 in order for Kozan to not be granted the ability to pull in the chains.

When Chronos had noticed the ninja rush him he had relinquished the gold-tinted chains at a speed of 60 as he knew that long range would no longer be an option. Maybe it was better this way after all, he didn't want to be sliced into pieces. Chronos then puts his hand over his face to reduce the damage of the punch that was to come, when it was delivered Chronos' hand had felt like it met a ton of bricks. Not only did the force penetrate to his hand, it also went to his face although his hand had taken most of the damage. Chronos knew it was little things like this that could decide the battle and the fact that he was able to block a punch sort of, made him a little happier on the inside. Again, he wasn't coming in this fight to win, but to learn, anything that has and will happen Chronos will soak up in an instant and determine ways to stop it from recurring.
When Chronos was younger he remembered a quote from his dad which went like, "If we don't learn history, history will repeat itself." and right he was. Chronos then rolled over on his stomach falling off of the rock in intense pain, the blow did hurt, but Chronos made sure not to overdo the acting. As fell over put one hand under his stomach making sure it his hand was facing the ground if he were to grip a sword which would he would then do by creating a gold-tinted blade at the speed of 60. If he was given the time he knew as soon as he would roll over too attack at the speed of 79, Chronos would be bombarded by Kozan’s speed, with this in his mind Chronos knew he could launch this sword as he rolled to create an arc from the chain that would act as a defensive line between him and Kozan and also an offensive way of attacking. Just like any other speed for the time being he would move the chains at a speed of 46 and the length of ten meters, the actual hilt of the blade was moved at a speed of 79 preparing to try to block any attack that was to come.
He thought maybe if he was to get out of here he could try to summon something, but he wasn’t even close to being able to use them yet. He was only in the drawing phase so, this would be very difficult to do in the timeframe Kozan would allow him to move in.
