Heaven's Sorrow Infused Blade

As Chronos had just bought a ninjato that would seem to have a speed boost effect to it figured he need to be able to infuse some chakra in it to make sure it would not break and have enough chakra in order to slice down his enemies. This ninjato had a blue hilt on it following with black lacing, it was very beautiful and well crafted. He felt as though this was a steal to get from the ninja shop for only 2000, he has 4200 to spare anyway, why not? “I’m so glad I bought this, I’m not well versed in the skills of using weapons, but there isn’t a reason I could learn.” Chronos said with the widest smile of all time. He remembered from the academy where they taught them advanced techniques that involved weapons, but Chronos felt it unnecessary to learn, it was only the extremely basic one anyway. What he wanted to learn was the advanced chakra infusion that would make blades seem unbreakable and they could slice through mountains had the wielder been strong enough. Of course he needed to go to the library where it was encouraged to take the scrolls and learn from them in order to keep ninja from killing each other in the village. It did seem like some ninja had a strange killing fetish and the only people that were around were their fellow ninja. Anyhow this brought him to the thought that he could easily protect himself if need be with this here ninjato, all of this played through his mind as he walked to the library in order to find this jutsu. As he looked through the section of skilled weaponry he seen a black paper scroll that had sparkly blue edges to it, it was as if the blue was caressing the darkness of the scroll in such a beautiful manner.
He knew that scrolls that looked like this were very important so, he picked it up in hopes it would be what he is looking for. As he handled the scroll with great care while picking up the scroll it unraveled it and it read “Chakra Infusion” in big white-inked letters, he knew he had picked the right scroll and went to check it out. As he was walking though he bumped into a man that had a large hay-knitted hat that blocked his face, you could only see unless you was right under him. “Sorry man, I didn’t see you.” Chronos said walking right passed the man. “Is that the chakra infusion scroll.” the man said in a soft deep voice. “Well yeah, but I hope you don’t expect to take it from me. I’d be okay with lending it to you after I’m done.” Chronos said clenching the scroll tightly forgetting about the delicacy of it, the man revealed one eye from the shadow of his hat that resembled a samurai as if he was trying to intimidate Chronos. “How about we see who is the best weapon wielder.” Chronos said in a manner as to tell the man he would not back down. “You, how long have you studied the art of kenjutsu?” the man asked curious enough to hear the answer. “Today will be my first actual battle with my ninjato.” Chronos said looking him in the one eye that was revealed. “Well, you would need many more days after this one to beat me, well come.” The man said. Chronos told the librarian to hold this for him as he would be right back and the old man shook his head to signal he agreed. Chronos then went outside and went to the training grounds, following closely behind the man. As Chronos was looking at his stature and clothes it did seem he was a samurai, he wore a blue flowy dress that Chronos had only read in books he knew not the word for this extravagant looking style, but he knew that it did mean the man was an experienced samurai. Knowing that it would be tough to beat this man Chronos continued his walk towards the training grounds, it seemed it took forever to get there, maybe it was because his nerves were beings jumbled.
When they finally arrived the man sat there in a stance “Attack me whenever you like.” He said in a sitting stance. Of course Chronos would not be taunted so easily so, he walked around the man seeing that he would not move from that spot, Chronos then unsheathed his ninjato from his back and held it in front of him with one hand. He did this because he thought of making his own informal style that he could wield at all times in a quick fashion, after doing this Chronos rushed in with his sword from the front getting ready to slash his just and then he noticed the man grab his sword handle and was about to release it at a quick speed. In a flash of light Chronos had seen the sword coming and was just barely able to dodge it. “You aren’t just all talk, that attack was at 60%” the man said with a faint smile. Chronos quickly dismissed what the man said and rushed in at full speed this time now that he had got a feel for the man's movement, again the man released another flash of speed that seemed to be his sword coming from his sheath.
Chronos then came up with an idea, he would keep rushing the man getting him in a pattern and then attack low throwing the man off. Chronos did exactly this and when it came time to duck going for his lower abdomen he seen the man come down instead of sideways as he usually did, all he heard was “Downward Smash!” The man said swing down at an incredible speed that it seemed Chronos could barely dodge. “Again you escape by a hair, how long will you keep this up.” The man said acknowledging his speed, but thinking there was nothing more. What the man didn’t know is that it usually took Chronos a while to get up to 100%. This would be the downfall of the man, as Chronos went in for his slash at 100% the samurai looked at amazement of the speed, it seemed the samurai was bluffing about going 60% the whole time, that might have been true for the first few times, but noticing he couldn’t get Chronos after the first few swings he ended up going 100%. Chronos slid right through the man slicing the side of his stomach region causing a little blood to squirt out like a crimson water fountain. “It seems I have lost fair and square, you may have the chakra infusion scroll.” He said as he walked away. “Hey, come back in two days it will be there waiting for you then.” Chronos said walking away. “There is no way you can master that skill in two days!” The man said. Chronso continued to walk as if he heard nothing, he strongly disliked people putting him down because of things that they could not do so, he just ignored it this time. He then walked into the library and got the scroll, he immediately went to the training grounds where he had the face off with that strange samurai and unraveled it looking at the description and techniques that were used.
As he read he noticed it say “Allows one to put chakra into any weapon and increases the sharpness and health significantly.” which is exactly what he wanted from this skill. When he noticed that he had to use chakra control he remembered that he almost forgot to do his daily chakra control training so this would help him continue that plus, it seemed that he was gifted at chakra control as he practiced it everyday. He then sat upon a rock which was pretty the norm by now considering how many times he’s done it, as he did everyday he breathe in and then out feeling the flow of his chakra had became nothing to him as if he was numb to the feeling, but there was always that faintness of the feeling like it was residue left behind by a massive effect. After completing his daily chakra control routine he then grabbed his ninjato from his back and pulled it out into his right hand. “Now, I must focus my chakra into the ninjato.” Chronos said in a calm voice he would always get when he controlled his chakra to a certain extent. He then tried to transfer it over to the ninjato, but it seemed as if there was a wall blocking access to the weapon. “How could this be.” Chronos said to himself astonished he couldn’t do it as easily as he thought, this continued happening for some hours until Chronos realized that he had to sit down and see this skill through different angles to be able to master it, doing it over and over again aimlessly wouldn’t suffice for this skill. “Okay, the wall keeps blocking me from the weapon, or at least this is what I feel as I try to transfer my sword.” Chronos says as he scratches his head trying to figure out what it could be that is stopping him from completing the jutsu. Then he noticed that he didn’t consider the ninjato as apart of his body, it wasn’t an extension of him. Him and the ninjato were two different entities according to Chronos’ conscious, he had to bond with this sword before he could begin to use the chakra infusion skill. Now knowing this valuable information Chronos went around for hours just holding his ninjato slicing it through the air and cutting leaves and branches off of trees trying to get a feel for the ninjato as just a longer arm. After hours of doing this and it was now night time he noticed that as he swung the sword it was like he was swinging his arm through the air. The same went with everything else he did with the weapon, this is how he knew he had become one with the weapon and he should be able to use the skill this time bypassing the wall he had previously faced.
Chronos then unraveled the scroll onto a nearby rock and reread the scroll for more understanding of the jutsu, as he gripped his ninjato he transferred chakra into the sword almost flawlessly. There was still a bit of edginess that he felt while doing this meaning he needed more time to bond with his weapon, but for now it was better than nothing. As Chronos transferred more and more chakra into it until it felt as though it was at full capacity he noticed that there was a blue glow around the weapon that he felt was his arm by this point of the training. Now that he had this down he began to cut through trees, previously he could only get about one third of the way through a tree, but he had finally made it cleanly through the tree causing it to fall, but directly back on the man-made tree stump. It looked as though nothing had even cut through it, but when he pushed it with all of his strength he seen the tree falling. “Timber!” Chronos said as the tree fell. He then tried the same technique on rock which would usually bounce off the ninjato as if it were nothing, when Chronos lined up with the rock he ran with his enhanced speed and sliced through the rock. It seemed to cut through nicely and left no sign of being cut, Chronos was proud that he had completed this jutsu and considered the rest to be done over week and months of practice.
He went to return the scroll the day he promised the samurai that it would be there and when he arrived the samurai was there patiently waiting for Chronos’ arrival. “Did you really infuse your ninjato with chakra already.” The samurai said dumbfounded and slightly skeptical. “Well here you go.” Chronos said as he threw the sword in the air and as the samurai went to grab it Chronos acted as if he was about to cut the samurai down. “See.” Chronos said startling the samurai and raising up his ninjato. He then walked away and considered that skill to be finished, but not mastered. And thus another training down in the books, who knew how this would help Chronos in the future.
