Wandering the Village: Chance Encounter! (IO, NK,)
Sat Sep 03, 2016 11:48 am
Hiro wasn't in the mood to train today, and decided to walk around the village. He was examining random things such as market stalls, buildings, the sky. He was incredibly bored, and didn't really know what he should do, as most of the time he was training, and when he never really did anything other than that and missions in his free time. He had bought one thing, a strange fruit he had never tried before. It tasted very sweet, and was pretty solid, but tasted good. Kind of like an orange, but sweeter, solider, and red. As he continued walking, he decided he would do another thing that could make him better, without training. He was going to look for tools that he could buy, like advanced ninja tools. He didn't really find any in the stalls, as most of those sell to normal people, and sell normal things, like this amazing fruit. If one were to see him, it would be obvious he was looking for something that wasn't here.

The Jounin was sitting on a bench along the side of a street within the village when he saw something interesting. A young Genin that looked a little lost. It was pretty obvious to Jay that the kid was searching for something to do. He kept looking around at his surroundings and searching through the stalls before moving on to the next one. It was kind of amusing to watch. After about ten minutes or so of just observing the kid, the Aburame decided to get up from his seat and go introduce himself. Perhaps he would be able to help.
He walked over at a leisurely pace, hands in the pockets of his black pants as he went. His grey jacket was zipped nearly to the top, but not quite all the way. The hood was down today, his black sunglasses covering the male's eyes. When he got within a few feet of his target, he would finally announce himself. "You look lost kid. Maybe I can help you with something?"

Somewhat surprised to have someone just approach him, Hiro would reply. I was just looking for something to train or someone to train me. You seem to fit that description, so would you happen to know Wind Bullets or Chakra Infusion? I've been wanting to learn those for range and my sword. With this, he would gesture to the katana on his back. Waiting for a reply, he would start examining the jounin. He was a ninja, jounin according to his headband. He was sort of familiar from around the village, but Hiro didn't really know who he was, but he was pretty sure his name was Jayden or something. Anyway, hopefully he actually knew what he needed to learn.

Well, that was awfully specific. The kid just kind of blurted out that he was looking for someone to train him. Train him some things that Jaytori actually did know how to do. It was like it was planned out in some other dimension by two people pretending to be ninjas on a roleplaying site or something, whatever that is. The Aburame was a bit bored and loved helping the young ninja of Suna though, so of course he told the boy he could him. "Well I really don't think you can find someone to train you hidden away in a pile of fruit on that stand." he said in a teasing tone. "But, yes, I can train you how to do that. Come on, let's head over to the training grounds." Jay would then turn and start walking toward his new destination, just assuming the kid would follow him.
As they walked he decided to introduce himself and find out who the kid was. "The name's Jaytori Aburame. Jounin. What's yours? And why so interested in wind bullets?" he would ask.

Happy that the ninja had accepted his request, Hiro replied quickly, My name is Hiro, Genin, and Im interested in wind bullets because its a good offensive jutsu for the only element I have. Yeah, I guess it would be better to head to the training grounds, that way we don't hurt anyone. Ya know, the basic issue of not getting arrested. He would then follow Jaytori to the training groung. Jay, he decided, was a better thing to call him. Shorter, saved time.

They arrived at their destination relatively quickly. The spot Jay had found Hiro wasn't very far from the training grounds, thankfully. When they arrived he found a relatively spacious area for them to practice, a few boulders here and there among the sea of sand. Perfect for targets. Looking around to make sure he as satisfied with the spot he chose, he nodded once, a smirk on his face before beginning.
"Ok. This jutsu is fairly simple to learn. Basically you're going to want to channel your wind element chakra into your chest. Let it build up until you feel like it's ready to burst. Then, after making the Bird hand seal," he said, forming the seal as he said it so that the boy would see, "You take a deep breath and release the chakra through your mouth in several small bursts, forming it into projectiles. Watch."
Jay turned to face one of the boulders not far from him. He built up his chakra slowly and formed the Bird seal. Then, he released several small spheres of air at his intended target, destroying the boulder one piece at a time as the jutsu hit its mark. "Alright. Give it a try." he said, now watching the Genin and ready to step in to advise him when necessary.

Stepping up next to Jay, Hiro watched as he destroyed most of a boulder with his wind bullets. It was actually pretty surprising, considering the fact that it took nearly nothing out of him, and was nearly instant. Pooling his chakra into his lungs, Hiro would then make the bird seal and try the same thing, but the only thing that came out was a burst of wind, slightly stronger than normal wind, but not quite strong enough to push your average academy student over. Damn, this is more difficult then I thought. I'm used to forming my chakra with my hands, not my mouth, so the control is going to be a bit of an issue. He would try again, this time trying to focus the chakra into a more condensed form, trying to cause small bursts. This resulted in a slightly better, but still not good result. It sent 4 small gusts of wind, still weak, unable to push people or rocks, let alone smash boulders. On his next attempt, he cause one bullet, but it was weak, and only went about 5 meters.
As this was starting to get annoying, he got a little angry, and pushed more chakra into it, causing 2 bullets, slightly larger than the other one, that exploded at 5 meters, causing a small amount of wind to be felt by both Hiro and Jay. This wasn't what was supposed to happen, and took more chakra than it should have to make two bullets. As a result, Hiro was slightly angrier, as he had let the anger he felt earlier get the better of him. This was more of a calm anger, as that was what he needed to actually succeed at this. Focusing on the bullets, not letting any emotion through, he repeated what he had done, using the excess chakra to make a third bullet instead of overpowering his bullets, causing him to create 3 bullets that went 8 meters, his most successful attempt yet. Well, I'm improving, thats good. With 2 more attempts, he had gotten the bullets to travel 10 meters, and decided it was time for a quick break.
Sitting down, he would look at his target. It was the same boulder Ichiro had almost destroyed, and Hiro intended to destroy it the rest of the way, as soon as he got his bullets strong enough to. So, he would stand up, facing his enemy, the boulder. Filling his lungs with chakra, he would push out his chakra, forming 4 bullets, 3 going all the way with minimal damage, and the fourth not making it all the way to the boulder. He had to make all four bullets go all the way with full force, which none of them had done, the fourth one not even going all the way. He would continue pushing himself, until he had gotten all four to hit the rock. While they had done minimal damage, they had still reached the rock, which showed that all he had to do now was put more force into their impact, meaning he needed to use more chakra, or condense the bullets into a smaller form. Deciding the second would be much easier, Hiro began making the balls smaller, slowly decreasing their size down to the proper amount until they were able to cause higher damage than they had been doing. Using the jutsu again, he damaged a smaller rock, then again, finishing the rock off, reducing it to tiny rubble.
That was so incredibly annoying. I guess from here its just repitition until I get it right? Regardless of the answer he received, Hiro would continue blasting, this time aiming at a bigger rock, repeatedly his bullets would hit it, dealing almost no damage. As he worked, Jay would be able to notice that his bullets were getting stronger, dealing more damage to the rock than they originally had, until he fell over, apparently deciding he was going to take a break. Leaning up a bit, Hiro would look at the rock, noticing the many tiny craters his bullets had made, and that the rock had been reduced to about half its original size. Yay progress. He would say sarcastically to Ichiro. Then he would sit up, doing performing the jutsu from a sitting position from now on, going back to his simple repetitive training. Blasting bursts of wind got old quickly, so he started trying to make it more fun, causing them to move in a pincer position, up and hitting the top of the rock, down and hitting it just above the ground. It was important to know how to do these things anyway, as this would let him get past different defenses and obstacles. He also started making little pictures with his craters, although they looked sort of ugly, with him not having full directional control over the bullets yet. He just finished a smiley face with an eye where its nose should be, and a crooked smile. He ought to have full control over them after some more accuracy training.
Standing back up, Hiro would then start rapid firing, focusing on making all of his bullets hit specific spots, missing most of them by at least half a foot. Slowly, with more and more repitition, he reduced the distance. Repitition seemed to be all he did in his training, just repeating the same thing over and over again, no matter what jutsu he was learning. He wished he could learn something that let you actually have fun, rather than be so boring. He had gotten the distance down to three inches, but he wanted it to be perfect, otherwise he could fail in an important situation that required accuracy. So, he continued training, until he could hit the same spot with all 4 bullets, within an inch of accuracy. Looking to Ichiro, he simply asked, So, whats next? He was more tired than when he started, but was definitely able to keep training.

The kid picked it up quickly. Jay didn't even need to give him any more instruction on how to mold or release his chakra. "Very good. Alright. Next we wi-" His words were cut off as he disappeared in a puff of smoke. The memories of the day's events flooding into Jaytori's mind. "Oops. Didn't realize my clone was training some kid. Oh well." he said aloud as he continued tinkering with a new puppet.

Well, he had learned a jutsu, and his teacher dissappeared. Hiro considered this to be a perfectly fin reason to end his training for the day. So, he would head home, going to sleep shortly after arriving.
