Re: Dull, Monotonous, Uneventful.

Learning to deal with the aftermath of the Jounin meeting was a process, Shina had learned. A process which required no small amount of booze and mornings hungover. But the kunoichi was a professional, she had taken exactly two days to sulk and drown her sorrows before she was back to work, and back to work meant patrolling the village as she'd always done.
That morning however she was summoned to the palace by order of the Princess Tehniyat. Cussing internally, the fuin user had wondered why she was still the royal errand girl when Princess Tehniyat had a fully functional chunin of her own. It became clear however when she arrived at the palace that it was exactly this chunin her royal highness was missing.
Whether Atem had gotten her too used to his presence or because the princess was fretful in general these days, Shina didn't know. All she did know was that she had to follow orders so, chakra sensory on, the kunoichi made her way through the village, arriving where the three ninja were gathered just before Atem had the chance to topple the tree in order to make the Genin strong.
Any other day, Shina wouldn't have minded seeing the Princess's guard bash a Genin into the ground, it built character. It might have even won Atem points with the brunette personally but today she had a job to do. Already having built up momentum from searching for the royal guard, Shina was able to move at her full speed to halt Atem before he reached to topple the tree.
"Sorry boys," she called out, the sincerity of her words ringing true. It would have been a great scene too had it unfolded but it seemed lately, the kunoichi was shit out of luck.
"The Royal Princess Tehniyat has summoned you to the palace," she informed Atem in a soft voice in case he didn't want the Genin to overhear. "I suggest you go now, she seems worried."
Turning to the younger ninja, she said "It seems you'll have to find someone else to train with Kid. Sorry about that, look me up sometime if you want. Though mind you I hit harder then he does." Hopefully her words could be enough to scare the boy away.
If Atem agreed, Shina wooed shunshin with him all the way back to the palace, leaving Shouhei to go his own way.
(Exit Shina with Atem. Timeline wise I'm not sure if Lucien is in the topic yet but if he is, he's free to exit too. <3)

”Sorry boys.” Shouhei looked around to see the voice calling them out only to see a woman. She looked like a confident person, and like she had hurried on her way here. What had Atem planned to do that she needed to call a stop to it was a thing Shouhei wondered. “Oh.” He proclaimed as she said Atem needed to get back the princess. The one he had meet. Not that he knew her that well only having meet her in a professional setting.
Her eyes turned towards him up there in his spot in the tree. “I might do that,” he answered thinking her small threat (or should we call it a scare tactic?), as banter rather than what she intended it to be. However, before he could ask her for a name or location to meet her, she transported herself away along with Atem. “How continent an offer,” his tone deadpan as he jumped down the tree to reacquire the scrolls he had brought with him along with his backpack. Looking around to a place probably desolated, and his spirit slightly on the apathetic 'I don’t want to do anything but sleep right now' side of things, it was probably best that he go home and sleep. Tomorrow there is another day to conquered, and you do not conquer your strengths and your weaknesses in one day. Putting the scrolls back in his backpack, he left the area and walked home.
