Going through the motions [P, NK, Hikari]

Miyamoto watched as the ball of chakra was being made by Hikari some 40 meters away.  He had to think quick as she began to speak he did a quick scan with his eyes as he found what he needed about half the distance away.  His body shifted as he stood there in anticipation.  He waited as Hikari announced that this was her strongest technique.  Miyamoto watched as the world seemed to slow down as if he had stepped into some sort of time/space rip as he focused on the task at hand, he could not screw this up or he would be in a bad spot for sure.  His mind was clear and his his target was within range as he saw the attack come.  It was slower than what he originally thought as he quickly removed the thought from his head and made his move.

Performing the hand signs he would make a quick glance to a thick branch as he would perform the Body Flicker jutsu as fast as he could (speed of 60) as he watched the attack hit him Miyamoto performed the technique as he would move at a speed of 130 just as the technique would be within a meter of him.  He was now safely in a tree at half the distance between them with a quick gust of wind ruffling the leaves of the tree indicating what had happened before he let his attack loose.



Making the bird hand seal he would unleash one of his powerful techniques, Earth Flow Spears as the ground would jut out at a speed of 69 as four spears would extend for about three meters all pointing to Hikari, stopping about a meter in any direction as Miyamoto would surround her by spears at about forty five degrees.  They would have a health stat of 69 and a power of 69 as they would most likely to imprison someone that was dangerous.  Of course if Hikari were to dodge, then all of the attack would be moot.  However if the attack worked and Hikari did not dodge, then he would hop off the tree and walk towards her in a non threatening way.



“That was impressive, if it were a little faster, I would have been hurt for sure.  I would not move if I were you, the attack I just used is a bit witchy for a few minutes.  What styles of Chakra do you currently use?  What is your speciality in combat?”  He would ask as he would go to one of the spears and sit on the side of one looking like a cat toying with a mouse.

As Miyamoto was able to run out of the way, Hikari was unable to see him, and would look around, trying to locate him. After looking around for a few seconds, Hikari would see him in a tree, forming the hand sign of the bird. Hikari would think that she recognized the technique as the wind style, wind bullets technique that she had used earlier on. Hikari would abandon the jutsu and instead fall to the ground, hitting the deck in order to dodge the air bullets. To her surprise however, the technique wouldn’t be the same wind style, wind bullets jutsu that was what she had done earlier in her spar, but instead, four spears would erupt from the ground and entrap the place that Hikari had been standing a few seconds ago. Namikaze would start to pant, not only did she use a powerful technique, but she also had to quickly hit the dirt right after it, adrenaline was coursing through her veins, partly out of excitement, but mostly out of fear. She would look up and see the boy drop from the tree he was in and would start to walk toward her, in a slow unmenicing manner. Hikari would raise her hands and sort give a nervous smile in a sign of surrender. She didn’t know how many times the boy could do it, and was supper scared about getting impaled by the small Shinobi’s spears. Hikari would listen to what the boy was saying.

Hikari would sigh, she had lost and she knew it, so she answered the boy’s questions. “I am a wind fire style user. I specialize in long distance ninjutsu. I try to bring down firepower from a long distance. I’m not that great with fire style yet, but I should be able to have it mastered soon.”

Hikari would take note of the spears that were coming out at her, they were large and sharp, She as supper glad that she hadn’t been impaled by one of those large rock spears.

As Hikari spoke the spears would begin to recede slowly as Miyamoto would yawn, the technique was a strain for sure, but it was not impossible to keep doing over and over if the situation needed it. Upon Hikari filling him on the fact that they shared one common chakra nature Miyamoto would smile and snap his fingers as orange chakra would appear at the top of his thumb as it would simulate a small flame before he extinguished it.

“I have something I can teach you then before we go any farther, unless you wish to continue this spar...I have a pretty good gauge of your ability so far.” He would say as he would walk about a meter from where Hikari was standing.

If Hikari were to agree, Miyamoto would laugh before bringing his hands up, performing the three hand seals slowly; Dog, Horse, Tiger. Then as he fed the fire chakra from his body to his hands he would hold the tiger seal in front of him as ten demonic looking flaming heads would appear around Miyamoto. Their sizes were less than .50 meters(about 1.5 feet) as they floated around him. The look on his face showed that the technique fed off of his chakra heavily as he took aim at a training dummy. He would send one head speeding towards the dummy at a speed of 55 as it would strike the dummy at center mass and explode dramatically. After which he would look back to Hikari.

“This are the Demon Lanterns of the Demon Lantern Fire Release. They can travel at a pretty average speed, but the kicker is when they explode…” He would point back to the dummy as there would be nothing left except for a smoldering crater.
“And best of all the range and duration of the technique is one to be heavily aware of since I can keep this up for about five minutes and send them about forty meters in any direction I choose.” He would smile as he would cancel the technique and watch as the oni looking fires would fade away into nothingness.
“The seals for this technique are Dog, Horse, and Tiger. Be careful, and give it a try on summoning just one lantern before we move on.” Miyamoto would say as he would sit in the grass and watch Hikari.

As Hikari Namikaze would put her hands up, the spears would disperse and Hikari would take a deep sigh of relief. She couldn’t believe how exciting that sparring was! As they faded the boy would say that he understood her abilities, and they could either continue sparring, or he could teach her a new tecnique. With all honesty, Hikari kind of wanted to go to the hospital and have her leg checked out, but that wasn’t really an option here.
“Yeah… learning something new would be fun!” Hikari would breath and slowly start to get up, taking some time to make sure that she didn’t hurt her leg any more. She would stand up, and would watch what the ten-year-old shinobi was doing. He would start to perform three hand seals slowly; Dog, Horse, Tiger. As he did, ten demonic looking faces would appear infront of her. They were red and looked very evil and creepy. Hikari Would shiver a little bit seeing them, and they would look at her, almost as if they were looking through her and into her very soul. The heads were about half the size of a meter and was made of fire. After a minute, they would all speed away at the speed of 55 and hit a training dummy, making it into a massive crater.
He would explain that he could keep up the technique for about 5 minutes and make up to 40 of them. Hikari would take a deep breath as he explained the hand signs needed (dog, horse, and tiger) and would back away from the young maiden and would lay on his back on the soft grass.

Well, here goes nothing! Hikari would think to herself as she would form the hand signs quite slowly, (Like speed of 20 slow) and would focus on the fire chakra she had in her. She would form it and start to slowly let it leak from her pores and come out into the air and start to form it into a single Demonic face. The face would form a meter away from her. Hikari would have the hand flow around a few feet before sending it straight up and making it explode in the air at the speed of 55 and at the power of 55. It would explode in the air, and Hikari would smile, glad that she was able to use it.

Hikari would try again, she would form the hand signs quite slowly again, (but would pick up the speed to 30) and would focus on the fire chakra she had in her. She would form it and start to slowly let it leak from her pores and come out into the air and start to form it into a single Demonic facen and then a second demonic face, and a third, and a forth, and a fifth. Suddenly, Hikari was surrounded by 5 of these demonic faces. It made her feel quite uncomfortable and Hikari would shoot out the five demonic faces up into the air, at a speed of 55 and would explode with a power of 55. As Hikari would do this, she would feel the heat of the jutsu come back down on her, heating up the entire area. Hikari would take a deep breath, trying to regain the oxygen she used up in the last jutsu, and would look over to Miyamoto, wondering if that was to his satisfaction.

Miyamoto watched as Hikari was able to pick up the basics of the technique easily enough. He was making sure to watch her form as she moved to perform the jutsu. She was a fast learner, that much he could gather just from how she was able to summon a single head without much effort. When she launched it into the air and detonated it it made him smile, for once he was the one helping someone instead of someone helping him.

“You are doing good kid, keep it up and you will be a good teacher.” Worr said inside of Miyamoto’s head.
“Or if he washes out he could you know, kill everyone and go missing-nin.” His less than helpful self doubt decided to chime in.

Miyamoto did not answer the two voices, but the acknowledgement of them being there made them both shut up after their quips. Next he spoke up just as Hikari was beginning to try the technique once more.

“Be sure to take it slow, this technique can drain you if you are not careful, and can seriously injure you if you are caught in the blast radius.” He would say before watching her again as she showed an understanding of the technique like Miyamoto did when he learned it.

Miyamoto watched as Hikari was taking no time to breathe so when she was able to pump out five of the demon lanterns, it was an impressive sight. He clapped his hands and when she shot them up into the air and detonated them...it was spectacular, and made Miyamoto think back of the time when he learned the technique a few weeks back...things were bleak, but he pushed through it, and now here he was. Then when she began to breathe a bit hard, he noticed she was catching herself after expending a large amount of chakra.

“You did splendid Hikari, a bit more practice and you will be able to summon up to ten. Is there anything else you would like to know, perhaps something sensory wise so that you can track chakra?” He would say before giving her a soft smile and wait for a reply.

Hikari would smile, as she looked at the boy as he started to clap his hands. Well, at least I think I did a good job! As the boy clapped, he would explain how it is a draining tecnique (Hikari had noticed, but it wasn’t as bad as her spiral ring jutsu, but she still felt that this wasn’t a tecnique she could use that often.) Hikari also listen as he would say that the explosion was bad enough that it could hurt you if you were to close to it. As for that, Hikari would think that was obvious, but then think for a second, she might be able to use this to her advantage. If she used a clone to use the technique, she could draw an enemy into close range to make them think they were safe as long as they were close, and then, BOOM! goes the heads. Hikari smiled, she knew she had come up with a tecnique. On top of that, the tecnique was a b-rank jutsu (Which she knew she needed more of, less chakra than an A-jutsu, More damage than a b rank jutsu.) So that was a bonus! Hikari would listen to the rest of the boy’s comments, and would think for a second. She did want to learn more about sensing chakra, but at the same time knew that she needed to get off her injured leg. Rubbing it, she would take a deep breath and respond with. [color=pink] “Thank you so much! However, It’s been a long rough day, I was hoping that I could call it a day and go home and do some reading. However, I don’t know where you learned it, but if you have some notes on it, I can read about it in my down time and have it learned pretty quickly.” Hikari would say, she did her best to hide the injury, it wasn’t bad by any stretch of the imagination, but Hikari (Who only has 10 health) didn’t want to make it look like she was a wimp.

Hearing Hikari happy made his day, he smiled as he listened to her reply to his questions.  When she declined to learn anymore today he could not blame her, their small spar showed just how much he needed to grow as well.  He pulled out a piece of paper and wrote a few things down in relation to teaching someone the chakra sensory skill;  First visualization of chakra, then moving it past the physical limitations so that it almost permeates the air with your chakra.  Finally leveling out and being able to feel the presence of something or someone nearby that has a chakra signature.  He handed Hikari the paper and smiled again before bowing.

“Today was fun, thank you for the spar and allowing me to teach you a little something from my own moveset.  I hope that everything gets to feeling better, you took a bit of a blow to your leg, but I was not trying to hurt you.  If I can help again in the future, please feel free to seek me out.”  Miyamoto finished before finishing his bow and he would turn to walk away as he would yawn and look up to the sky.

He would leave on that note unless he was stopped, there was nothing more to be said or be done so he felt it was time to get home and perhaps help his mother if she was home.

Hikari Namikaze would hold her leg a little bit as it was still hurting her. Suddenly, she would see Miyamoto take something out and jot down a few notes on it. He would do this for some time before handing the note to Hikari. Hikari would quickly skim it and get the basics of what was being said. Basicly, it would give step by step instruction on how to seek out chakra, memorize certain chakra signatures and how to pick those chakra signatures out in a crowd. Hikari would read over the notes before bagging her note. She would smile and listen to how he would say today was so fun for him, and was glad that he could show her some of the moves in his arsenal. He would also say that he knew about her injured leg and would say he was sorry and not trying to hurt the young chestnut haired girl. He would then say if she ever needed help in the future to seek him out, and bow to the young tea shop waitress. Hikari would smile and bow back to him, “Ok, I understand, I know you weren’t trying to hurt me. Also, thank you so much for today’s lesson! I had so much fun as well! I also learned that technique that will prove valuable to my jutsu knowledge pool. And thank you again, I will come to you if I have any more questions!” With that, Miyamoto would walk off, yawning as he did. Hikari would go to a knee and look at her injured leg, it was bruised, but not badly. She would need to Ice it tonight, but she would be ok by tomorrow. With that, she would stand back up and head out. She would debate whether or not she should go to the hospital or not, but as for now, she would probably not. Hikari would think about the jutsu she had learned. It was a good jutsu for her to learn. She needed more jutsu of this level, less chakra than her spiraling ring jutsu, more damage than a great fire ball. It was a good mixture of power, of speed, and of chakra usage. She would smile and start to head out toward her house.
