Travel To Hoshi
Thu Mar 16, 2017 2:04 am
Ayumu stood on the outskirts of the lightning country, it had been fun but, it was time to leave. He looked backwards to try and see Kumogakure, but he couldn't. Facing back forwards he walked. Not knowing where he'll end up, or where he is going.

On the borders of Kumogakure, a slumbering beast awoke. Kazuo Kemuri, who had laid dormant for years now, remaining inactive and immobile. Now, he was too angry to stay at the black market forever. Now, Kazuo Kemuri had to move. He didn’t know where or why, but he had to do something. He was tired of living out his days among the wretched scum of humanity, as punishment for a crime he did not commit. He resented others like him, for they had earned the wretched brand as criminals.
So, when the path of the wandering swordsman crossed with another who appeared to carry the equipment of the shinobi, yet sported no headband, Kazuo knew what to do. Each of his hands fell to the highest of the three blades that adorned either of his sides, stacked on his belt, reserves for if he should require a new blade. He stood there before the boy, the path empty of all but the two of them, with Kazuo just 10 meters away.
”What brings you to the borders, kid?” He asked, straight-faced.

Ayumu was instantly wary of this strange person in front of him, there was indeed a huge power difference, probably to much for Ayumu to even fathom, he wouldn't stand a chance if it came to a fight.
"I am travelling to Hoshi, i've heard that they accept refugees like me so i hope to be accepted," Sweat formed on his brow, this man's stare was scary.

The sweat on the boy's brow was evidence of his guilt. Innocent men don't fear a simple question of their intentions. Stalking closer, Kazuo began to close the distance between them, so that there was just 5 meters now, coming nearer and nearer to him.
"Refugee, huh?" He asked, a bit of sarcasm in his voice. "What sort of refugee are you, coming from Kumogakure, and carrying the tools of a Shinobi?" He asked, a thin smile forming across his face. "Really, I'm surprised you'd leave on your own, if you were a village ninja."

As the man walked closer to Ayumu he seemed to shrink, what had he done wrong? Was this man a missing ninja like him?
"I have never been a shinobi in my life, if you want i could recount my life story, but i doubt you would want to hear that, it's been a pretty dull life." Ayumu said this with a bold tone. Sure, he was scared, his parents had always told him to be wary of strangers.

Ah, and there was the lie. The boy's insistence upon not being a Shinobi was enough for Kazuo, who was toying with his prey. By now, there was a mere meter between them, as Kazuo had leisurely walked towards him, closing the distance, death drew nearer and nearer still. Kazuo's right blade would surge out of its sheathe, into a diagonal cut that would slash across Ayumu's side and through his chest, rupturing his heart, and emerging through his right shoulder. Kazuo's left blade would follow suit, mirroring the cut, and slashing an "X" across the boy's body, reminding him who was gon' give it to him.
Both blades would be glowing brightly with chakra as Kazuo brought them both down in a diagonal slash nearly at the same time, cutting the boy at the shoulders and the hips, dismantling him entirely, alternating from right blade to left with each swing, and finally returning his right blade to its home, sheathed at his side, while his left sword remained raised up above him dramatically. Ayumu would not be able to perceive any of this, for the technique he used was the legendary Flashblade. He was already dead, before he even knew it. To him, it would appear as if Kazuo had teleported in place.
As the boy's remains fell to the ground, a smile would cross Kazuo's face. This had been a good warm up.
