The Road Ahead
Fri Jun 09, 2017 1:11 pm
With every passing day the village became more of a ghost town. Now that it was common knowledge that the village was being taken over, citizens and shinboi alike were making their way out of the village to find a new home. Those who decided to remain could only wait to see what their faith would be. Nobunaga, being one of them could only assume he would be assimilated into the Kumogakure no Sato forces. Only Kyson truly knew the faith of the Suna faithful and that is why Nobunaga requested a meet with his leader. Some time now had passed since Kyson informed Nobunaga on the events that took place and now the Hiyu wanted to be updated on the events of the take over.
Therefore he found himself standing on a balcony of an abandoned building that overlooked the Kazekage's tower. Unflinching as a cool nighttime breeze brushed across his face, the former Anbu patiently and silently waited as he pondered his future. His massive frame was clad with a weather worn black cloak that covered everything except for his head, feet and the massive handle of his great sword that poked out over his right shoulder. With the blade of his sword and his armor hidden underneath his cloak, Nobunaga now travelled always prepared for a confrontation. With their forces depleted and an unknown individual now in charge it was better to be prepared in the event that something did happen.
Once Kyson arrived and after Nobunaga was up to date, Nobunaga fully intended and sparring with his leader. If Kyson was going to lead Nobunaga he would need to know the kids skill level and vice versa. Therefore a good fight would be much needed to also take their mind off of everything going on around him.

Sitting on top on one of the highest buildings in the village. It tends to be Kyson's little hang out spot after everything went to hell. He see's it as a place to just cool down and clear his head. It doesn't help too much but any help is better than nothing. As he lays on his back on the roof of the building, he begins to sit up and takes and looks down at the village. he see's someone standing on a balcony from a far. Can't really see the person, village has been losing people every day. Not much people go outside. So Kyson was a bit curious to see who it was. As he used chakra sensory, judging from the signature. It was nobunaga. Kyson would then run down the side of the building. As he gains momentum, he begins to jump from roof to roof to reach the same balcony he was on.
Once he reached Nobunaga, Kyson would speak. "How's it going?" Kyson would say as he stands on the rail of the balcony. Gently hopping down and standing about 3 meters to the right of Nobunaga. Waiting for a response. The boy would lean against the rail of the balcony and turning his head to the side just getting a good look at a village he once called home.

Enjoying the cool night breeze brushing against his exposed face, the Hiyu would raise his right arm out from underneath his black cloak and rub the scar that ran down from his left temple down to the right side of his jaw. It was a scar that would have mutilated most people's faces but thanks to the near perfect cellular manipulation his kekki genkai granted him over his body he was able to keep his facial structure as it would be normally. But he kept the scar, it was a part of his past and added to his character. Crossing his arms, causing his cloak to split and reveal a portion of his armor, Nobunaga picked up the chakra signature of Kyson fast approaching.
Slowly Nobunaga would shift his stance, turning to face his leader just as the kid landed onto the railing rimming the balcony. Nobunaga would shrug his shoulders in response and said "As good as can be." In all honesty there was not much to do now with almost everyone gone. "I find myself just waiting. You? How goes the takeover?" asked the Anbu in his hoarse voice, knowing Kyson was probably in the process of fleshing out the finals terms with Maku. Nobunaga was curious to see if Kyson would be sent back to Kumo or be put in the front lines of their military forces for he would follow the Hozuki wherever he went.

Sitting against the railing of the balcony. Kyson paused for a moment, there was a lot that happened in the last meeting with Maku. On top of that, he was a bit busy with how things are going on. And he was in a bit of a hurry to get things done. "Well I just met with Maku this evening. Basically, we're heading to a place called Hoshi. You and a few shinobi are coming with me. He said we will leave in the morning around 7 am." Kyson would say. he would pause to give the man a chance to respond to his statement and then he would continue to tell more.
"Also, where something a bit more professional. Apparently he doesn't want his men wearing plain ole shinobi attire. So wear something simple, clean, and bit more professional. Red and balck will be our colors. I'm kind of in a hurry to get things done. So we'll catch up in the morning." Kyson would say. He would then jump off the balcony on to another roof of a building and continue to get everything set up before the trip.

"Hoshi.." Thought the Hiyu. He had never herd of such a place. Was it a hidden village, a castle of some sort, maybe a base of operations for Kumo's invasion forces? Nobunaga was about to ask his leader what this Hoshi place was however Kyson appeared to be in a hurry therefore the brute remained silent and continued listening. He would inevitably find out later. Nobunaga slightly frowned as Kyson informed him that Maku was instructing them to be more professional for he did not like having "shinobi" looking people around him. He found this very odd indeed for they were shinobi werent they? "I am no business man." honestly grunted the Anbu in his usual gritty, experienced voice. "I will wear what I please." Nobunaga couldnt care less what this Maku thought of of his clothing. He did not know this man nor did he trust him therefore he would sport his armor and his great sword as he usually did. He was a solider, that was all he knew. However he could get a new cloak of some sort. His current one was old, weather worn, riddled with rips and tears at the bottom and due for a replacement. "Aye, tomorrow it is." Bowing to the Hozuki he would remained on the balcony as Kyson left, gazing once more at the kage tower.
