Declaration (P,solo)

The letter was sent, the hawk carrying the packet of information was lost in the clouds flying high above.  Yazu had successfully maintained contact with Xyxer throughout the mission relaying all information gathered, including the fact that Ren Tsubasa had never gone to Konohagakure no Sato.  Informing the leader that, though he had not successfully tracked him down as of yet, the feminine boy was not where he was assigned.  Due to this Yazu was urged to open the packet handed to him prior to the mission.  Yazu sat hidden in a tree within the borders, still wearing the decorative and deadly armor gifted him with the sharingan active and scanning the area to avoid ambush.  He would slide a finger under the cover of the envelope and rip the top open. The letter read:

"This Parcel hereby officially declares Ren Tsubasa an enemy of Kirigakure no Sato, for the crime of treason and dereliction of duty.  I, Xyxer Gyojin, demand the immediate return of the criminal Ren Tsubasa to Kirigakure. If the shinobi is guilty of crimes within your country a messenger has been sent to recover him and expedite him, however trust that his crimes will be properly punished and enforced following our strict code of justice."

The parcel held an official stamp one recognized by every shinobi village in the world, securing its authenticity, and signed in a small red ink by the mizukage.

The package held several copies of this same paper it seemed close to a dozen, Yazu would pocket one for himself, and would proceed to deliver the letters to all available agencies necessary, allowing the declaration to be passed to every major village and would be notable among bounty hunters in the local area. In a few days there would be no major party who would not be informed of Ren's misdeeds, and he would be labelled a missing ninja.



Instant travel to borders, and officially declaring Ren a MN as he no longer has the support of his village and thus is no longer a wanderer.
