Document Retrieval[IO]

Max would watch as Kyson used his strange looking blade to bite chunks out of his enemies and then force a small sphere of what looked like chakra to explode and finish off others. An interesting array of abilities. He would also watch the liquefying of Kyson’s face protection. The ability was all too familiar to Max, as it was the same ability that Komori had access to. The Hozuki bloodline ability to morph one’s body into water. A powerful ability indeed. Kyson would be one to watch out for, as his abilities would be strong and he was not as close to Max as Komori had been. Though such things are concern for another time.
 
Max would then hear communication in his head through their telepathy seals, speaking of how easy this had been. “Yes, it would seem that this was merely a stalling tactic used by our enemies. There is no way that these people could have moved into Kumo and stolen documents. They aren’t trained well enough to pull off such a feat.” Max would say before he would look around, trying to locate the scroll in the ones he was near. He didn’t see it anywhere, and so he would pick the remaining warrior that attacked them (the one he crushed the limbs on) by his arm and dangle him in front of the others. “This one may know something. Might be worth questioning at some point.”
 
The clones of Komori seemed to disperse and scan the area and Komon seemed to have a lock on to something with his impressive eyes. Half of a mile? Did he just say mile? That was… really far. Maybe there was much more power to those eyes of his than even Max had expected. Further study would be necessary to gather more information and better analyze the Byakugan.
 
If they were that far ahead, the group would need to get a move on. Komori would shift his body using some sort of strange technique. Was he able to manipulate his body as Komori could? That is a strange trait, but no stranger than turning to water. Perhaps Komon had received more abilities than originally thought. After that he would form the seal to use Body Flicker and be gone, telling Max that we could catch up soon if we sprint.
 

Max would follow along, the large puppet moving as fast as it can initially. Max could get the puppet to use Body Flicker, but that would require him activating systems that haven’t been fully tested. He didn’t want those systems to malfunction or become overworked on the way. No, he would wait to use such an ability. The massive puppet would spring off towards Komon (Speed 60). This would also put some distance between them and place Max in his middle position in the group. Max would shift to his Heat Sensors and try to scan the area. They might try to flank the group and this would help prevent it. 

 

The warrior that was in his hand was still there unless one of the others interacted with him. Max didn’t care much about whether or not this was uncomfortable for the man. His life and wellness was forfeit once he decided it was a good idea to stand against Kumo. He should be happy he is alive… for now.

OoC: The dialogue in this is via Tele-Seal (since Max can't say much inside Dread Knight). Max will offer the crippled man to anybody that seeks interaction with him.

After Kyson finished off his four enemies without a sweat. He walked back towards the group with his helmet off as he was waiting to see what was up next. Komori used his clones to search the dead bodies. As they searched each and everyone of them, it turned out the files still weren't there. This was odd but not surprising. This was a bit too easy, so it wouldn't come as a surprise if it was a diversion. Komon, the twin with the byakugan stated there was someone else up ahead. Kyson Hydrificated his armor, taking it off for now. But still have the blade in his hand. As Max was holding a hostage. Kyson walked up to it as he put his blade towards the hostage's face.

The demons on his blade began to snap their teeth at him as they were about 6 inches from his face. The man was terrified as they were inches from tearing his face off. "They're kinda hungry, I'd start talking if I were you.." He said with a straight face. The man was terrified and began to scream.


"Alright alright! I'll tell you all I know! Just please get them away from me!" The man said as Kyson put his blade down for a moment. Waiting for the man to spill out the information he knows. "Like he said, the one with the actually document is up ahead. So this was just a diversion. But I don't know who really has it though, I was just paid to take you guys out and escape with them." The man said as he was still terrified. He sucked his teeth as it seems they wasted a little time fighting these guys. "Yeah, lets move out then." He said as he ran in the direction Komon body flicked. He would then follow behind Max as they followed Komon. 

As they began to trail them and if Komori were to run with them or body flick ahead to his brother. Kyson heard something as they were chasing after the person with the real documents. It sounded like really quiet foot steps that were approaching them. As He heard a projectile coming straight for the them. He would take out a kunai and turn around and intersect the path of the Kunai that was aiming at Max. As he ignored the Kunai coming at him, as it just pass through him as he hydrificated. He looking back to see who it was, it was 10 shinobi trailing the two. He would begin to stop running as he quickly turned around to face the ambush. 

"You guys go on ahead, I'll take care of these guys." Kyson said as he shouted so they could hear him. If anyone tried to stay as well, He would decline them and tell them move on. "We can't let those guys  retrieve that information. Besides, there might be more abushes up ahead." He said as he began twirling his sword in his hand as he was getting ready to face 10 shinobi on. "Well, I guess this  is where the real fight starts. Your other friends weren't much of a challenge. So hopefully I can break a little sweat with you guys." He said as he let off a smirk on his face. These guys didn't look like they were as weak as the others. Its either their gonna lose or he's taking them all out with him.

Battle Music:

Max would reach his full stride while inside Dread Knight, sprinting towards his comrades. A kunai would be launched from behind them, and before Max would do anything to block the attack Kyson seemed to have it under control, deflecting the incoming Kunai with his own and then standing his ground against the group of assailants. He seemed confident he could handle them, and if they were anything like the others so far it would likely prove to be an easy win for the Hozuki.

"An enemy army of disorganized, untrained rabble maybe. They don't seem to care about their own lives. Why would anyone try this hard and sacrifice this much to try and cause Kumo harm." Max would ask through the seal, though he knew that Kumo had few friends in the shinobi world. Several conquered countries, all filled with people that despised us and wanted our heads on spikes. And that was only if the offense we committed was recent, as Lord Mortarion is sure to have many enemies out in the shinobi world. 

Max would watch as they were all dispatched with ease by a large volley of kunai forming to dice them to shreds. Several of them would 'poof' as the kunai connect, leading Max to believe that there are clones at work here. In fact, many of the attackers all looked rather similar. That meant that maybe some of their ranks were bolstered with a few shinobi able to perform Shadow Clones. Max knew that such a technique was advanced, but not beyond what a mere genin could perform (as the twins had access to clones when only genin). If that was the best they had, they must have really underestimated Kumo. Either that or they had outdated information regarding the return of the Kumo army.

Was this all just some sort of feeble attempt at revenge? How pathetic... if one wanted revenge it would have to be planned out and much more coordinated than this. Of course, while the enemy may be more capable than a genin, they had been terribly ineffective at showing the group anything otherwise. 

Max would listen to the orders of the senior shinobi with him. Max would rapidly run up to them until he was in position where he could target them all. This was the prime opportunity to try out the Vacuum Lungs mechanism. The grouping of shinobi would likely all be within 50 meters of Dread Knight, so Max would channel chakra into the mechanism and activate it. A vortex of wind would begin to funnel into the 'lung' of the puppet, picking up any of those targets that were within that 50 meter cone and flinging them towards Dread Knight and Max (at speed 50).

If they didn't do anything (or are not capable), the boy would catch them as they approached and proceed to teach them why it isn't a good idea to steal, ripping into the targets with his sharp, bony fingers and tearing flesh and bone and leaving it in a messy heap at the massive puppets feet. 

If they would react, the boy of course would change this action. Komon is also set up to dispatch them if needed.

As Kyson stopped to buy some time for the others. He heard the comment Komon made. "There's a lot of things I rather do than doing this you know..." Kyson said as he began walking towards the group of shinobi who were about 20 meters away. IN his full body suit of armor and his sword in his left hand, this was going to be a little interesting. As he watched them stare each other down, he was ready. This was the ultimate test to see if he actually has been getting stronger or if he was slacking. As the wind blew as things were beginning to get started. Three of them threw Kunai aiming at hiss chest. He smirked as he saw them being thrown. Guess they didn't learn, "You should know by now that won't w-".
 
Upon further inspection, Kyson noticed the Kunai were engulfed in lightning chakra. He leaned back as far as he could. Bending his back backwards at a 90 degree angle to dodge the Kunai. As they just barely missed him, he began to chuckle as a little bit of sweat came from his face. Guess this was gonna be a little tough than he thought. These guys came prepared unlike the others. Kyson decided it was time to go all out, Taking these guys lightly isn't the best idea at the moment. Fun time was over,he activated his 'surpass limit' technique as he his chakra was at the highest point he could get it (195). The other 10 looked a bit surprised as well, not expecting to face this someone of this caliber when they first saw him. he's smirk had left his face as a much more serious look was now showing. The first shinobi came at him at full speed. So it was decided, he was going to be the first opponent. As they approached each other, the first shinobi tried to slash Kyson with a lightning Kunai. Aiming for his neck with a horizontal slash. Kyson would just duck and deliver a kick that sprung up to his chin. This move was called leaf rising wind. A simple taijutsu technique that got the job done whenever it needed. Launching the first target 10 feet into the hair. He would jump into the air, same height as the shinobi that got hit with the taijutsu technique. He would deliver a straight right kick towards his torso as pushed him back towards his comrades as the first one was knocked out.
 
That seemed a lot easier than he thought it would be. But he just had a feeling that was nothing compared to the others. It seems like these guys plan on making Kyson work for this win. Which was what he was expecting at this point. But this mission was crucial, so he has to stop these guys or die trying. The only advantage is that he knows they aren’t going to use any taijutsu on him. Since it seemed they were aware it wasn’t going to work. The next one was charging at him next. Making three hand seals as he shoots out a huge 5 meter fire ball at him. Coming at a good speed. Kyson would match it by making three hand seals and using water trumpet. Fighting fir with water, causing steam to flood the entire area. He used the mist to his advantage as he used Water camo to camouflage himself within the mist. Things were now going to his advantage. And just as he was about to make a move in the mist. One of the shinobi used a wind style technique to blow away the heavy mist. It was like one thing after another with these guys. Since the mist was gone, he was still hidden pretty well as he was still using his water Camo. But he wouldn’t hide for long. As they were looking for him, they began to check every direction even though he was only about 15 meters away from him. But he had to do something quick since this Camo isn’t completely invisible. So he released the Camo jutsu and took out two kunai and tossed them at two enemies. But he would follow the Kunai with gale palm to increase the strength and power of the kunai. Hitting two eneimes in the chest. But as this was happening, the other 7 shinobi decided they were going to circle around Kyson, giving him no room for escape.
 
He looked all directions as he had to bring out the big guns. With Surpass Limit still activated taking a little toll on his chakra, it was time to use the heavier techniques. This would be pushing it a little since these techniques take up quite a good amount of chakra. But there was no choice at this point. Kyson looked at the eneimies surrounding him. “Alright, 7 left..” Two came at him quick from behind, as he looked towards them. He heard one more that tried to run at him as well. Two coming from the same side and the last one coming from the opposite direction. Kyson pointed both of his fist forward as he performed his shotgun technique. Sending water pellets at the 2 enemies and taking them out quickly. Leaving five more remaining. As the last one continued to come at Kyson with a lighting Kunai. Kyson turned around to take him out, but he left his guard down, as another enemy send a lightning bolt his way. Kyson put his main focus on the lighting bold as he point his right hands towards the jutsu. And sent wind blades to cancel out the power of the jutsu. And with his left hand, he used his sword hit the enemy with the Kunai in his hip at full speed. As he was knocked down, Kyson used water gun jutsu and aimed it at his chest to make sure he doesn’t get back up.
 
Now he was down to four enemies, he’s almost getting there. With his booster still taking a toll on his body and using shotgun. Kyson was beginning to get exhausted. Looking at two eneimes to his left and two to his right. He decided to take another two out at the same time. Only making him a lot more exhausted, he would put his palm out and create a small wind ball of wind. Sending it to his enemies on his left as it exploded right in front of them. Taking them out, but that was it for Kyson. He kneeled down on one knee as his exhaustion was becoming even greater. The two shinobi that were left were up to something. Moving away until they were about 30 meters from Kyson. Kyson doesn’t know what they will pull next. They began to perform 5 hand seals. As they finished, Kyson was waiting to see what would happen and what they were up to. As he hadn’t notice anything, he heard something that came from above. A 10 meteor was coming down from the sky fast. Kyson never seen anything like it as he looked up in shock. To tired to escape in time and not strong enough to destroy. But he had one option left, which was very very risk with the amount of chakra he had left. Making the seal of confrontation, Kyson put his palm on the ground as a huge cloud of smoke appeared. A huge panda appeared, standing over Kyson as he fell to the ground due to fatigue.
 
Seiko analyzed the situation quickly as he braced himself to catch the meteor coming from sky. As it landed in his palms, it pushed him into the ground. Causing him to sink a little as the force was massive, But for someone with his strength, he should be able to pull it off. As his muscles began to tense up more and more and he began sinking into the ground even more. Eventually he was able to stop the massive rock. And with all his strength, he threw the meteor towards the last two enemies as they were too distraught of what just happened. Crushing them both, leaving all 10 enemies defeated. Seiko looked down at Kyson to see if he was still alive. Upon closer examination, he noticed him still breathing. “Taking on so much enemies at once..” Seiko said as he looked around. “Reckless as always, huh Kyson.. and now your laying here knocked out..”
 
 
He would pick Kyson up and put him on his shoulder and carry him back to the village. Hoping the others were successful in completing their mission. Though Kyson would have to probably be hospitalized due to the extreme exhaustion he just went through. Using so much high level techniques at once. If this was about 3 months ago, that would have been nothing to him. But since he hasn’t been fighting in a while, it seems he was out of shape. As Seiko reached back to the village gates. Seiko would speak to anyone that was at the gates as began to put Kyson down gently. “Take him to the hospital, his chakra is very low and he willl need some rest. I’ll whip him back into shape once he wakes.” Seiko said as two shinobi carried him away into the village and Seiko was summoned back to his home.

As Komori dealt with the apparent mustached leader of the group Max and Komon would chase after the four mysterious carriers. The young puppeteer would act first, using what appeared to be a new puppet, or at least one that Komon had yet to see. Interesting The hyuuga would think to himself as he watched it in action, drawing in the four of the bandits close. As none of them could resist its strength, and they where all forced inwards helplessly Komon would launch himself into the battle with warhammer in hand, hitting one in the stomach with the spike of his axe and twirling the hammer so that he'd send the same man flying into another. The one that was stabbed would be dead on impact from both impalement and the pure force of the hammer.

The one that was hit with the dead mans body would be trapped under the weight of his dead friend, and watch helplessly as Komon walked towards him with his hammer dragging in the dirt. Komon assumed max would cover him from the other two, or had already dealt with them. He was a chuunin, and should be fully capable of such a task. Bringing his hammer over his head he'd look into the frightful eyes of the bandit that had infiltrated his village, offering no mercy as he swung it downward, into the mans head, leaving nothing but a pool of shattered bone, and blood in its wake.

If max hadn't finished off his two by now Komon would of course help, but if he had the two of them would make their way back to the village gates before speaking with Komori, where they would be informed that this was perhaps the first of many attacks from a mysterious organization. "Someone should report this to the village" Komon would say to his brother as he began to walk back to the raikages office, to report his mission over and to inform the village of what they had learned.
