Higuto vs Ren

Higuto had been nervously expecting his name to be called up ever since he got into the arena and had to wait in an area that looked down upon the field. This was it. These were the exams that he had been wanting to attend for quite some time and he was ready to show everyone what he could do. He had watched the fight between his teammates, the very first fight of the tournament, and was still amazed at what had happened that he stood shocked for a little bit. That was until he heard his name called and the name of someone he did not recognize which made him feel a bit stupid considering they were of another well known clan name. He didn't show his shock yet, though, as he closed his eyes and took a deep breath while allowing his insects to fly out of his sleeves and make their way down to the field.

The insects would swarm by the hundreds and begin to rapidly encircle a certain spot of the field, a place in the center of the arena where he was to come down to in order to begin his match, as he formed the ram seal with one hand and used the body flicker technique to move into the center of his custom made insect tornado. With a thought he dispersed his insects as they moved back to reveal Higuto standing in the spot where they had gathered. His jacket on, Leaf headband on his right sleeve, with his hoodie down to allow his hair to show he looked up the arena at the stands that watched him and felt a bit intimidated. He would not falter though as the 11 year old Genin took in another deep breath and looked around for Ren.

(Assuming you have no problems with the name change, I’ll be NPCing your exam with an old character of mine, if you do I mean I guess I can go create a new stat page but it’ll be a hassle and this if more fun lemme know)

“I don’t see how Ren and Sento sound anything alike” The white haired, gold eyed genin would say as he began to emerge from the tunnel and into the view of the spectators. Although none of them seemed to be looking in his direction.

Confused he’d part his white hair with his left hand, as his golden eyes followed the eyes of the spectators towards a cloud of bugs near the center of the 100 meter arena. Gross Sento would think to himself as the bugs dispersed and revealed a young boy in a hoodie.

Taking no more notice of the boy sento would stop about 10 meters into the arena before taking the time to set the record straight. “Its Sento! Sento Senju! Get it right” He’d shout towards the commentators box, pointing an accusatory finger.

Higuto watched this white haired boy he had never met before enter the arena and stand about 10 meters away from him within the center of the arena. His chakra senses immediately alerted him that this guy had way more chakra potency then he did. This made him nervous though he kept a straight face as he watched the boy shout up to the ones who had announced his name... incorrectly. Getting a person's name wrong in the Chuunin Exams? Even Higuto thought that was a bit rude and gave the audience that had gathered to watch their battle an incorrect assessment. He thus couldn't help but feel sorry for Sento as he took his hands out of his pockets and gave the boy a bow while also giving him a kind smile.

"Pleasure to meet you, Sento. I'm very sorry that they got your name wrong. Though I'm very certain that our battle will more than likely make your name one to remember for ages to everyone in attendance. I wish you luck and may the better ninja win."

He would stand back up straight as he continued to watch the boy, his chakra senses continuing to alert him, as strategies worked around within his head about how best to go about things. For now, though, he would continue to stand there before Sento and allow him to prepare himself if he needed.

It quickly became apparent that Higuto was well mannered, a skill that sento was more than lacking in. Truth be told the genin had always been a bit of a clutz, both in the literal sense and in terms of mannerisms. He'd give a quick bow back, before shrugging at his apology. "Not you're fault the village doesn't do its research" He'd laugh while scratching the back of his head.

"I wish you luck and may the better ninja win" The auburame would wish him luck, and sento would simply nod. "I intend to" He'd quip as it became more and more apparent that the battle was about to start. Still 10 meters away from the boy he'd begin to run clockwise to the left, keeping a distance of 10 meters all the while. "Let's do this"

Higuto would give a nod back, putting his hands back in his pockets, as the Senju suddenly began to run clockwise around him. Keeping track of how far away he was away Higuto would keep his chakra signature within his senses as he closed his eyes and took a deep breath while standing still. As he did so one of his hands within his pockets would be rapidly forming seals, hidden from the eyes of the Senju, as he formed the seals of Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, and Ram at his top speed. Upon forming the Ram seal the sky directly above Higuto would darken as heat slowly began to befall the entire field due to a giant ball of fire falling down upon the two Genin and everyone in attendance. It was so large it surpassed the arena in terms of size as there was no doubt that upon contact the arena would be destroyed along with everyone within it.

If this caused distraction Higuto would bring his hood up over his head, his body shrouded in shadow thanks to the brightness of the fireball, before charging straight at Sento with his fist drawn back looking to punch him in the gut at full speed and strength.

"Are you freakin crazy! Sento would shout at the boy as the large fireball came into view. Of course to the crowd he'd be the one to look insane, not Higuto but at the moment he had no doubt that the technique could do serious damage and would instantly react. 3 hand seals was all it took, and a dome of wood would grow to protect him. Or half of one, the locking wall would form inbetween him and his opponent higuto at a speed of 81 and a health of 90, while also growing over him, and covering him from the firey ball of death that was currently in free fall.

The wall now protected Sento from Higuto, so he'd turn around and cover the opening in the back in case the auburame got any funny idea's about looping around. Frustrated that he'd already been forced into cover he'd pull a kunai out of his weapons pouch with his right hand.

- 40 AP for Wood Locking Wall

Higuto watched the Senju react exactly in the way he hoped he would as he charged towards the Senju as he prepared his wall. Unfortunately for the Senju, while the wall was fast enough to form as protection from the falling ball of fire, it wasn't fast enough in forming when it came to Higuto and his speed. His RT was more than enough to keep track of the speed the dome formed, forming at 81 speed, as he quickly ran straight through the still forming dome, Higuto moving at a speed of 125, and would manage to get his punch in before Sento could lower his hands from the formation of his Tiger seal. The strength, if contact was met, would be enough to shatter through the Senju's health and knock him out as the fireball continued to descend. Higuto would look down at the Senju as, being that the fireball was in his mind, it would disappear due to him being unconscious.

If Sento had somehow managed to reach for his kunai and draw it upon finishing his hand seals Higuto would draw his own kunai out of his sleeve and bring it forth to clash with the Senju's kunai as the ball of fire would hit the field and seemingly disperse harmlessly over the two of them.

As higuto blitzed towards him it quickly became apparent he'd be able to make it past the wood construct in time. As he grew closer Sento realized that this action would give the aburame nowhere to run, the walls would collide behind him leaving him trapped, and sento would be covering the only exit. Smiling he'd realize his hand was already in the tiger seal from his last jutsu, when higuto was 2 meters away he'd begin to activate the jutsu, when higuto was 1 meter away the wooden walls would close behind him, sealing his exit.

And suiton suidenha a jutsu that requires only the tiger seal would rush at him with 90 speed and enough power to knock higuto out. The auburame had nowhere to run, his only exit was in front of him, past the powerful stream of water and his opponent sento.

Being that Sento was well inside his dome to the point where he was 1 meter inside the two meter large dome Higuto was closer to Sento then he had calculated due to Higuto being able to get inside the dome with ease thanks to his speed of 125. Before Sento even had a chance to blink Higuto was able to get a punch into his gut which caused all the air to leave Sento's lungs and make him drop his Tiger seal before he could gather the chakra into his stomach necessary to use his jutsu. Higuto would strike with enough strength to knock him out as he stood over Sento.
