Generic Bar Topic (P, Toshi)

The bar was a dilapidated place, the smell of mildew, sweat, and smoke very prevalent in the air. The swinging doors creaked every time they moved. It was likely that they haven't seen any cleaning or oil for several years. She made her way across the small room, seemingly ignorant of the beady, lecherous eyes that eyed her small, gray clothed form. Her hair was down today, something that was unusual for the girl, but she took care to brush and style it anyways. After a couple seconds of walking, she sat towards the corner of the bar, near the back- a place that she had agreed to meet Toshi at yesterday. It was nearing the designated time, and she found herself wondering if he'd show up on time or late. She usually arrived early to every event- not out of some misguided sense of timeliness, but rather because she simply preferred to get things over with as soon as possible, even if that meant starting them early. A jutsu scroll was clenched in her hands- it was specifically for a technique called genjutsu release. By forming a tiger hand seal and disrupting one's own chakra flow, you could release yourself from most genjutsu. Supposedly, advanced users of this technique could do it without the hand seal, but... She wasn't among them. A shiver crept up her spine- someone was watching her.
She tensed sharply and turned around, catching the eyes of a man with graying hair. She maintained eye contact for a few moments before turning back around, careful to keep her eyes on a glass bottle that was a few feet to her side. It was relatively small, but reflective enough that she could see anything immediately behind her, should he try anything. She swallowed to herself. The young Meijin wasn't particularly nervous- she rarely stressed over anything at all. Waiting in silence for the next few moments, she carefully considered her next course of action. A small creak echoed throughout the room- was it someone adjusting their seating, or someone pushing their chair in? She eyed the bottle intently. She couldn't tell if the liquid was sloshing inside or if someone was moving behind her- the instant she felt hot breath on her neck, she whipped around, accidentally elbowing the stranger in the ribs. He flinched slightly, and that was her cue to scramble out of the seat. She clenched her fists tightly. Smoke began to trail upwards. At first, it was a small wisp, but it continuously increased in power until her hands felt uncomfortably hot. She whipped out her hands and slapped his shoulder, where he let out a cry. The area of impact was an angry, blistering red. Had she done that? She looked at the palms of her hands. Nothing looked different (well, save for the smoke). She reached out with one hand, pressing it against his forehead. Her palms grew uncomfortably hot, and soon the man was left writhing on the floor. After kicking his shin for good measure, she made her way outside. Maybe she'd have an easier time spotting Toshi then...?

Something every shinobi in this world should have. Situational awareness. The male had sat in the bar for some time watching the scene as it were since he was supposed to be here to meet the woman who was like a sister to him in a sense. Careful eyes watched the entirety of the ran down bar for any ill types looking to make a quick buck off of an unsuspecting person..and as soon as they did he would as well. Not even a few moments after he had been watching, the object of his adoration walked in and looked around missing him by an single turn of her head. After all even in the darkest of corners one could hide a full mane of white. He watched as she came in and looked around sitting down probably waiting for him to arrive- Should have looked a little better. For the better portion of his time he merely observed the situation until a man thought he could play grabby hands with her...That was a bad mistake.
As the altercation escalated and she literally burned him and walked out what she didn't realize was that he had friends. As the young girl walked out, the men stood up and checked on their fellow brigand before making their way to the door and that's when he stood up. Toshizou made his way behind the first male, grabbing him by the shoulder and jabbing something between his ribcage. The first rule of a bar was simple. Never leave sharp objects around people. As he stabbed once...twice...three times, the other caught wind and now turned to him. The fight was beginning. The second male stood there with a simply "what the fuck" look on his face as the first went down in a bloody mess and the only thing Toshi had to was," Shall we continue." He wasn't expecting a bar fight like this but as he flicked the knife he had in his hands into a reverse grip and motioned.
The second came at him with a punch to his face which would have been a good idea if he hadn't had the knife. The blooded steel met flesh as he slid the knife against his outer finger cutting it off and then ducking under the blow itself. With the finger gone, Toshi simply kicked him to the side and let him deal with the blood. The third however was smarter and grabbed a bottle that he broke to try and match the knife. The two exchanged looks before the thug made the first move and made his mistake. It call came back to situational awareness and this time? He had forgotten a key aspect. Barstool. In hindsight, Toshi had seen it at the last moment but used his right foot to nudge it just in front of the male. The following chain reaction caused the male to slip over the stool and into the knife dying on impact as the male smiled and straightened his cloak thing. With a reach into its inner pocket he pulled out a cigarette and walked out of the establishment, putting a hand on Amaterasu's head and inhaling before speaking," Need to work on your situational awareness little one."
