Chuta’s Training Ground ... Training (OPEN)
Tue Aug 27, 2019 2:55 pm
The burning in his lungs increased as Chuta ran back and forth on the training grounds. The marks on the surface of the grass were deprecated by a three meter gap, the grass was scrapped away with a rock showing the brown dirt beneath. The distance was just right as he sprinted from one to another, they called them “suicides” at the academy, he called them hell.
It was only his second set. One round of suicides, pushups, squats, and jack-knifes, then he’ll be off for his three mile run home. His cloths were already soaked with sweat, though, it didn’t smell as of yet. Maybe his lungs just burned deep enough were he no longer cared.
This feet came to a halt and he dropped, did thirty pushups, turned to his back, and continued to work abs. He could almost feel the muscles in his body tearing drastically, a little pain now will protect me from pain in the future.. he thought as he worked. Sometimes he brought music to listen to, but he had gone straight from school to here, and most likely would be there till the sun fell, it was already almost dusk.
Time moved slowly and painful, like rubbing salt on a wound, the pain was there and stung till he was on his way home. Even then he pushed, his lung stung, his side hurt, he tried to ignore it. In his minds eye he found a steady flame, it calmed him, the pain diminished.
The flame arched, as if someone had thrown a strand of hair at it. The flare was bright, the smoke dark, the pain gone.
When he finally got home he took his shirt off, the scars on his body shown as the light to the kitchen flickered to life. The sun had gone down not too long ago and Chuta was ready for a shower.

The shower was long and definitely needed, he could feel the tiredness in his bones wash away slightly but knew when his head hits the pillow, he was going to be out like a light. Long days like it was just made him want to sleep for a month straight. His body was going to hurt the next day and he still had to go back to the academy, Chuta shrugged, it was part of the ninja lifestyle, work hard, get minimal pay, live like a popper most of the time, and maybe you'll become someone great. Someone who leaves an impression. Someone who could touch the world. Chuta could feel his throat tighten. Man I'm tired... getting all emotional... He thought running his hands down his face.
The next morning Chuta preformed the necessary hand seals and ran his hands long his legs and shoulders, they pumped full of chakra, glowing like a light in the dim kitchen. The sun was still rising over the horizon. Chuta could feel some of the strength flowing back into his legs and arms. He was running a little more later than usual, but he would still be able to read a little before class at the academy started.
***
He was trying, really, it wasn't like him to fall asleep during class, but things happen when your that tired. Chuta was still planning on going back to the training grounds latter in the day. He would modify his workout a bit, only doing one set of suicides and pushups, then going on a two mile run, one mile walk. On recovery days he tired not to over work himself. In the end it was the smart thing to do.
Instead of killing himself further, Chuta chose to study about his newfound clan. Apparently they had the ability to 'project' weapons into existence. He wasn't exactly sure how that could be, but if he truly was part of the clan, he would be able to do it also. Maybe it was like the clone technique, pushing his chakra outside of his body, focusing on the looks, the texture, all he could do was try.
After he worked out, forgoing the run, he decided to try it. Thinking about his old sword on the ship, the one his uncle used to let him run around with. It was old, rusted a bit on the hilt, the guard was circular, blade bumpy and dull, the most dangerous part of the weapon was the tip. Its grip was bloated, like a rectangular water-balloon. He focused. Chuta could see the weapon in his mind, he could almost smell the rust, feel the handle. He was currently holding his handout, waiting for the weapon to appear in it. Willing it to appear.
His chakra was pushing. Chuta's hand began to tingle. The form of the sword appeard, its outline was there, he could feel it in his hand, though lighter than he remembered it. In his excitement the weapon vanished.
Sweat beaded on his forehead. He had been at it for an hour or so. This was the most basic technique of the clan, he has to get it right. Every time he attempted it the outline was there, but filling it in was the issue. He couldn't remember the exact material. Was it basic steel? How was it forged and in what century? Maybe if it was a more recent weapon?
The kuni he was picturing was one he had seen and held at the academy many times. Steal. Made within the last few years. Konoha blacksmith markings. Rough and worn handle. Chuta pushed his chakra to his hand, he could see the kuni in his mind's eye, he could picture it perfectly, unlike the sword earlier. The outline traced in his hand. A flicker of steal, it was only for a moment, excitement didn't overtake him. He was sick of standing here staring at an empty hand, he needed a "Kuni!" Chuta shouted. His voice echoed through the wooded area. For a moment he hoped he was the only one there. But finally, he was holding a kuni in his hand. Konoha make markings, steal, wore handle, just like he wanted.
Like he needed.

Chuta ducked and dived and dodged through the trees as he ran through one of the thickest parts of the forest that surrounded the training area. Moving and weaving was all part of the new techniques, part of being a ninja, staying limber was important, not only for health, but safety.
He focused, the chakra built up in his hand and in no time at all he was holding a katana. The sword was steal with a decorative handle and guard, it looked like leaves that had been bent together to protect the hand from other swords, made out of a brass or other shinny metal Chuta would believe they could do their job.
As he moved he swung the sword through the air. There was no one around here, he didn't have to worry about hitting anyone. The katana cut through the air like nothing at all. Chuta was working on his control over the blade, watching it carefully, he could tell that the shape of it was crafted for perfect cuts. The shape of the blade, almost like a crescent, but not as steep, gave the weapon an advantage over straight ones.
The ground was wet from the morning due and his foot slipped. After noticing he attempted to use the momentum to cast a strike forward, but just ended up on the ground, the sword sliding away in the morning dew. It was semi humiliating though Chuta began to chuckle. His cloths were wet now and he still had to go to the academy. His instructor would probably understand, after all, it wasn't like there was a true dress code.
After he got back up he walked over to a post and began to hack at it. Trying to perfect his body movements, pushing the sword through the air, feeling a strike send vibrations through his arms. He felt good. Almost like there was something more too it all. He continued to strike at the wood, gripping his sword with both hands. At first he wasn't sure what had happened. It was like time had passed suddenly, he was lost in thought, day dreaming. That was dangerous with a weapon like this, so he decided to move on.
This time he opened one of his scrolls, something that was old looking, dust and bold dotted the worn pages, but Chuta could make out the writing and some of the pictures. It was all about swordsmanship. How to use it, how to block, how to stand. He stood up and began to mimic some of the movements. Raising his arms, allowing the blade to curve above his head. The book said this technique could block blows from above.
Then he stepped forward, guiding the blade to the right, then spun, guiding the blade to the left. They were all blocks. He wasn't hitting anything of course, but he could definitely see how this could be effective in combat, though almost useless against ninjutsu. A taijutsu artist may be fast enough to block his blows, but at least Chuta was trying, eventually he would be good enough. Eventually he would touch the ninja world and leave his mark.
The book said the art he was learning was called, "The Dance of The Five Shinobi". If it was mastered, he could eventually learn to wield five swords at a time. It was a crazy thought. He could barely lift the one he was holding already. The user of the Dance technique used all of the parts of their body to keep the blades moving around them. Their elbows, shins, feet, head, and of course, hands, all played a roll. They called it, "The Five Shinobi" because it didn't matter what element you chose to use, you could combine the dancing blades into almost anything.
Chuta shook his head. I need to focus on the basics....

Sorry I suppose I failed explaining properly what all can be claimed, however you need the element of the jutsu you're claiming to gain said jutsu. From what I see of your stat page you have water, therefore you can't learn either of these two jutsu.
