Scarlet Hair and a Fiery Attitude {Open}

A few members of the circle had also taken notice of the man that was displaying some flashy moves close by, along with swinging his sword around. Akira watched as Tadashi admit defeat, his sapphire gaze shifting underneath her's as he broke the eye contact. Speaking in a way as if to apologized for responding so arrogantly to attempt to put up against her challenge. Then it wasn't long after that he returned with a confident smile. One that she had seen Snjor display plenty of times. So his actions was just a display of a personality outside of his actual own. Akira found this somewhat disappointing. The facade of his had intrigued her. "How unfortunate, I was enjoying that attitude from you." Akira would respond with a slight pout of the lips.

This first encounter for Pyro had left the little fox overwhelmed with attention. She welcomed all the interactions with softness and glee. Even tilting her head to the side as the ginger haired Tadashi examined her. She stuck her tongue out at the male to indicate a friendly gesture, showing that she appreciates the interest that he shown for her. Then the fox turned her attention towards the one known as Snjor, Akira's partner. After Tadashi's show of his elements, the other ginger felt the need to also show off his abilities.

Akira watched as her partner performed a technique for water, just before manipulating it into one of the advanced elements. From the looks of the sculpture Akira guessed it was ice. Like the polar opposite of her favorite element. Still yet she admired her partner's display. Here he was with so much acquired and yet she didn't have much for show. The red haired kunoichi's potential laid within her on growing strength and passion for fire. Along with her Kitsune ability that she had only began to learn. Akira wasn't one to demonstrate her potential like this in a crowd. She understood why Tadashi chose to put on his show, as he offered to take his time in teaching them. She never encountered anyone who offered to share their knowledge with another. Especially when most would rather think of everything has a competition and keep their knowledge to themselves.

She gratefully accepted the piece of paper that Tadashi handed to her. Akira lowered herself to the ground, into a cross legged sitting position. She paid attention as Tadashi offered his advice to her about how to channel the lightning chakra. Explaining how it was an unrestricted force, much like the element of fire. Perhaps that's why she had such a burning passion for fire. She loved how chaotic the element was. It wasn't compacted into a solid form. It wavered around as if it was alive, with the beloved shade of crimson. As she listened to his words about going with the flow, Pyro would make her way over to sniff the piece of paper before curling up right beside the red haired female. Akira ran her fingers along her familiar's fur before returning her attention onto the paper. She held it before her eyes as she concentrated onto it's fragile essence. Closing her eyes while grasping at the man's words.

Unrestricted force. Fire wavered around like an inferno. Lightning on the other hand, as she had seen with Tadashi's performance, was more like a force of static and sparks. It's essence seemed much more excited as it bounced within it's given boundaries. Akira concentrated onto the words given to her, and was about to try channeling the chakra within the paper just as a voice spoke up. Her eyes would open as concentration broke. The interrupting of a new voice brought her eyes towards the stranger possessing white haire. The one she seen training earlier with the sound. A few moments later Akira would continue back to her chakra concentration. Allowing the others to interact with him.

Sai watched as Tadashi handed Akira the paper to work on her new element, Sai new that the type of shinobi that his team mate was that she would be able to learn it in no time. When Tadashi had step taken a step back Sai made sure to keep his eyes on the hand signs Tadashi was going to form. Sai wasent one to learn jutsu from other people, he ignorantly rather take the hard way. Today was different for him though, after seeing his team enthusiasm he couldnt help but to want to do the same. The enthusiasm that filled the dark haired uchiha was something he wasent use to. Sai was use to doing things alone, it wasent until he had formed his team with Snow and Akira did that change.

Sai couldnt believe how much he was changing. The change was something he needed, Sai needed to be around as many new people as possible. He had to understand different kinds of people in the world, he wouldnt be no use one day as a leader if he couldnt understand the thought patterns of the ones he in charge of. Sai didnt have many lightning jutsu in his arsenal, so he couldnt put into words how much he appreciate what Tadashi was doing for him. He didnt know any other shinobi who could teach him jutsu, so its been a tough for Sai. As Tadashi finished his handsigns, Sai's eyes grew wide. He didnt think something so dangerous could look so amazing. Sai knew he had to learn that jutsu.

As Tadashi stood in his newly form lightning barrier he informed Sai that it was a B ranked technique. It was the perfect kind of motivation for Sai to try his hardest in learning the jutsu. "Thanks Tadashi Ill learn that in no time", Sai said with a smile. Gracefully bowing in thanks to Tadashi for helping him out. Sai would then step off about 13 meters from the rest of his group and began trying his hardest to recreate the barrier Tadashi made. As Sai walked away he could see the ninja who was once by himself walk towards Tadashi. Sai wasent sure what the man wanted nor did he care, Sai was to busy trying to learn the new jutsu he just witnessed.

After a couple failed attempts Sai wandered why he didn use his Sharingan to just copy the jutsu perfectly. He quickly pushed those thoughts out his head, realizing he didnt need anymore help in his training. Sai already was slightly uncomfortable with having someone teach him something, even though Sai was the one who asked. Sai did his best to feel the lightning chakra flow around in him, he just couldnt get to push outwards. Sai was close to giving up until he decided to give it one last try.

Sai concentrated hard, making sure to use all of his focus on doing the jutsu correctly. Sai started to feel the chakra push out of him. The barrier didnt make it that far before Sai concentration broke, causing him to take a quick break on the ground. He looked over at his team mate Akira hoping she was having more luck than he was. Knowing how bad his luck is, it wouldnt be long before he hurt himself.

Tadashi doled out some things for Saizou and Akira to work on. But unfortunately, Tadashi was not going to be able to give Snjor anything to work on, for they were far too different, and Snow was the only non-fire user in the bunch. He watched as both of his teammates began pushing themselves in each of the techniques that they had been shown by Tadashi and Snow was happy to see the two of them having something to work on, something that would allow both of them to get stronger and stronger with their element. Snow watched the two of them work on their techniques for a few minutes, but then he figured that if there was anyone on this field that would be able to show him something that he would actually be able to use. It would be the sword wielder that had walked up onto the field only a few minutes ago.

Snow walked away from the group and walked up to the man with white hair and a sword. Based on the reaction that Tadashi had when he encountered the white haired sword wielder, Snow wasn’t sure if this was a shinobi that he wanted to be associated with for the time being. Luckily for Snow, he was never one to rely on other people’s opinion, he much preferred to make his own based on his observations. When he walked up to the sword wielder, he waved and for the first time, introduced himself. “Hello. My name is Snjor, we have been on a mission together with Fu, but I am not entirely sure we have formally met. Most people call me Snow, which you are welcome to do.” Snow would stretch out his hand, offering to shake his fellow shinobi’s hand.

Tadashi glanced at Akira with a curious glance, his bright smile expanded once he saw her progress. From his prior observations, it seemed like people with Fire affinities had a much easier time learning another intense element such as Lightning Release. It also explained why the ginger saw so many Uchihas learning the Lightning element as a secondary or even tertiary if they hadn't already had it as an original affinity. Looking at Akira's training more, she seemed to be making great progress with her learning; Konoha's Ace was no Elemental Sage or anything as grandiose like that, but rapid advancement like hers was one to be marveled at. Tadashi decided to give her some encouragement so the crimson-haired woman could get some feedback, "Oustanding, Miss Akira!" He flashed a bright smile whilst clasping his hands together in approval. "Keep working on perfecting your performance, and you'll learn Lightning in practically no time." He said, hopefully encouraging the woman enough to keep on working hard. Tadashi learned on countless occasions how hard learning something new was, whether it'd be a new jutsu or specific skill, so he didn't want Akira or Saizou to endure through something like that.

As the ginger finished checking up on the woman, he'd turned to see what Saizou was doing. To his surprise, the young Uchiha had already made huge progress on learning Sphere of Lightning. Tadashi would nod in happiness as the dark-haired boy activated his lightning barrier; it wasn't as big as it should be, but that was way more power, speed, and range than Tadashi originally thought. With a smile, he'd encourage Saizou with a thumbs up and grin, urging him to not give up. "You're doing a great job, man. Though from what I can see, try concentrating more of your chakra around you, then push it out like a defensive barrier instead of just pushing it out in one go." The ginger calmly explained. After witnessing Saizou's lightning barrier, Akira learning Lightning release at a fast pace, and Snjor's mysterious yet marvelous usage of an advanced element a few minutes prior, a look of excitement formed on Tadashi's expression. "Man, these new waves of graduating Academy Students and Genin are some of the most talented people I've seen. If I don't pay attention, then I may be the weakest link out of Konoha's shinobi roster." The Ace of Konoha thought, pondering if he was going to be surpassed by the new Genin. Tadashi didn't let this thought discourage him, as he had his own goals he wanted to achieve that required getting stronger, so he wouldn't let himself fall behind. That also didn't mean that he would neglect the newer waves of shinobi that could benefit from some training.

From the corner of his eye, he saw the white-haired man with a trenchcoat, named Vergil approach the group. The swordsman stopped short of a few meters before the group that was training. Despite the rather wrong-footing between Tadashi and Vergil, the ginger would take no action to stop the man's approach. The boy would look at Vergil with respect and give a small bow towards him due to their difference in age. If Tadashi were to be completely honest, he didn't want to hate Vergil since he did not desire conflict between them. If training together and a planned future confrontation were to patch things up, then the ginger would be eager to start now. As Vergil politely asked the group if he would train alongside them, Tadashi would swallow his pride and nod, "Of course, you're welcome to train with us anytime." He said without malice, yet devoid of overzealous cheerfulness before continuing, "Unless anyone has any objections?" He looked at the group to see if anyone did not want Vergil to be part of the training.

Vergil stood amongst the group while a nagging feeling resonated inside his head how out of place he was to such a group, standing there asking to train alongside them all, as he could see from the look of the only girl of the group she seemed to be trying to call forth lightning chakra nature from within. He could tell she was trying to concentrate so he left her alone as his eyes shifted over to Snjor (weird name) as he nodded in response to his welcoming introduction. Even better Tadashi didn't seem to have any rejection towards Vergil joining them as he looked over to Akira before speaking in his usual tone. "If you're trying to call upon lightning nature you must visualize within yourself a brewing storm. Your chakra network should experience a numbing effect as though lightning powerful enough to paralyze even yourself is flowing consistently through it's channels. Practice that and you'll be able to call upon such power in no time." He then looked over to snow and spoke again. "I am an Uchiha... You seem to have a good grasp on Ice style which makes me think you're a Yuki?"

He didn't bother Saizou as he could tell Saizou didn't seem much in the mood for conversation. It didn't make much difference to Vergil as long as he didn't get in the way. He glanced over to Tadashi who had had his back turned to Vergil due to asking the group if they were ok with Vergil joining as thoughts ran through Vergil's mind of how best to go about a training session with this group.

The she - vixen listened to the words of encouragement that spike from the lips of the admirable red head, who had briefly became her sensei in the teachings of this marvelous element. After the little break of her concentration and focusing the little addition of advice from the man who just now approached the group, her piercing fox like eyes returned to the chakra paper that was gifted from Tadashi. "Hmm I'm enjoying the thought of you being my teacher, mister Takashi~" the words suddenly blurted from her lips as the red haired woman's mind drifted back into the sea of devious thoughts. She lightly clicked her tongue against her teeth, "Will I get some sort of reward if I pass?"

After her declaring the questioning of an reward for having the ability to work through his teachings, despite his fairly exposed torso being quite the distraction for the poor Kitsune woman, Akira would allow herself to close her eyes once more. She had witnessed Sai's progression and have been enlightened by encouragement words from her secret little crush, now it was time that she put more effort in and achieve the final results. The chakra paper held within her fingers as her brows furrowed together at a slight. There was nothing. . . maybe she was doing something wrong. Akira replayed all the advice she had received within the freedom of her thoughts. Being sure not to clutter or crowd her mind.

A few seconds ticked by. . . and then there it was. A light sensation of numbness traveled through her body, and she felt the tiny hairs of her neck raise. The high frequency of her chakra rose into intense vibrations and the paper within her hands would begin to wrinkle, indicating that she had the ability to call forth that sparking affinity. Not long after the wrinkling of the paper given to her, a few sparks would begin to fly within her hands. And then a few more, bouncing around as if static. The woman couldn't help but notice a boost of adrenaline that coaxed through her form as the sparks seemed to grow more intense.

When Snow realized that he had no real purpose of being there, he decided that he was going to go to the other end of the training grounds by himself to get in some training that he would actually be able to benefit from. He moved swiftly through the training grounds and he began to meditate, getting his mind off being shrugged by Tadashi. While he did know that Tadashi probably couldn't teach him very much due to the big differences in elements. Only a short while after he had completed his meditation, he soon realized that he had actually grown quite the appetite in the excitement of the possibility of being trained by a soon to be Chuunin. Snow stood up and he headed into the village and go directly to Ichiraku's.

Sai could hear as Tadashi was coaching him on as he attempted to learn the lightning tech. Sai was actually starting to get the hang of it, after failing enough times. Sai was finnnaly able to grasp the jutsu. It slightly surprised him on how fast he was able to learn it, but he knew it was thanks to having someone teach him the jutsu. Normally when he would be learning something new it would atleast take him a week if not longer to fully have the jutsu down pact. Even though Sai liked to lean new jutsu, he hated the length it took him to learn them. He knew that if he had a teacher to help learn faster, than it was no limit to how much he could learn in a short period of time. Only problem is he had no one like that to help him.

Once Sai was able to learn the tech he though it be best to go home and get some rest. He had spent a lot of chakra trying to learn that jutsu and he was pretty tired. "Hey everyone i think ima get some rest. Im feeling a bit exasuhted",Sai would say with a smile as he body flckered out of the area. He was extreamly grateful for all the help he got that day and would never forgot it. He hoped that one day he would be able to pay back Tadashi for the help he gave out today, especially since he wasent the only member of his team to learn something new.

"Well it looks like it's getting quite late, so I must make my leave. I appreciate your teaches, Tadashi, and hope I can learn more from you in the future." Akira's fox familiar pounces her way towards the red haired kunoichi, ready to head back home. Despite Akira's continuous teasing, she was grateful for learning the new element, Knowing it will provide her some good use in the future.  -EXIT-
