The Return of Fuyo Uchiha/Hyuga

The pouring of water it soaks into Fuyos hair his normally puffy hairs soaks downs to cover his eyes. Fuyos stands up the down pour of the waterfall mutes his hearing his hair blackens his vision the pouring water voids his sense of touch, it's almost like he is floating in nothing almost like his is the only thing that exists that he is in a mindset that can only see himself when he reaches out he feels nothing not even the wind on the wetness of his hand he is no where yet he knows he is somewhere. fuyo opens his eyes and the water pours in to them.
"damn."
He walks out of the downward flow of the water and sits on the shore he trows his hair back and with a thing string he ties his hair back wiping the remaining water on his face. With a small sneeze from the cold and a whistle a cat jumped out of the bushes it had white fur with a faded pink stain on the side of the small body but most interesting thing was her two tails.
"Matatabi come here girl."
Said Fuyo while rubbing his left arm. Fuyo removed the wrappings of his arm and tossed them into the wind revealing the scaring of the arm mostly deep wounds in the shape of chains wrapping around his arm all the way to his wrist. Fuyo plunged his left arm in to the cold water wiping off and dirt or other crap that was sticking in the wounds with a grunt in pain each time he made contact. Taking the arm out he pulled out the last of the wrappings from his back pouch.
*deep exhale* "Damn it. looks like we have to go back"
using he teeth he unrolled the wrapping and held it in place as he started the wrapping. Soon after he grabbed the scruff of Matatabi by the scruff of he neck and put her on top of his head as he walked to the Uchiha district while singing
"There is a house in Konoha They call the Fanning Flame And it's been the ruin of many other poor boys and god, I know, I'm one..."
Matatabi continued
"Your mother was a tailor She sewed your new blue jeans. Your father was a murdering man Down in Konoha..."
the both continue singing walking past Oak and spruce trees having fun on there way back to the village.
Fuyo made himself for a quick stop he looked up at a tall boulder that had a sword with a chain swinging from the top of it sticking out of the top of it the blade was so black that it absorbed all light around it it almost looked like a tear in reality with the void starring through the rip. Fuyo sat down staring at it. It reminded of something that he has using once and he never did it again so he decided to make friends to his summon. he pulled out a scroll and with some chakra and a puff of smoke a average sized bird appeared but the bird looked just like the blade it was so dark that the red eye looked like a blood moon in the night sky. In the  back of fuyos mind while staring at this bird was a breathy voice that said.
"wwhat ddo yyou wwant?"
Fuyo cocked his head and the bird did the same it almost was copying him.
"I want to bond" said fuyo
"I want to bond" replicated the bird.
Fuyos eyes widened
"Did you hear that Matatabi?"
The white cat pounced down from fuyos head and examined the bird
"Matatabi" said the Raven peering at the cat.
"Ya that is my familiar she's a cat."
"Shes a cat mimic" mimics the bird
"What is your name bird?" 
Instead of the bird talking the bird looked into fuyos eyes and in the back of his mind he heard the breathy voice again
"iiI aam hHugin"
"Hugin?" Fuyo replied
The bird hearing its name took to the sky's his magnificent wings shot straight up circling around fuyo above the trees.
"whoa. umm, HUGIN."
on response  the bird dived straight down till about 5 feet above Fuyo flapping his wings anding on fuyos shoulder his head held high.
"I want to bond" said Hugin Fuyo looked into its crimson eye and fuyo smiled. Fuyo nodded his head he was ready to full bond with this bird for hours Fuyo would practice word commands with Hugin.

 When Fuyo says Hugin The bird goes out a certain radius and searches for what fuyo asks for Hugin to search. And when Hugin is out and Fuyo says Hugin he comes straight back to Fuyo.
 When Fuyo says follow and looks at a moving object like Matatabi he will follow them until Fuyo says Hugin again then when Hugin gets back to Fuyo Hugin will tell Fuyo about the target and where it was going.
When Fuyo says confuse Hugin will fly around a specified target and will say words or mimic animal sounds.
When Fuyo says collect Hugin will bring Fuyo objects that are under 10 lbs.
When Fuyo says protect Hugin will survey a 20 ft radius around Fuyo and if unwanted people enter it Hugin will scream and dive bomb towards the target to attack it.
When fuyo says hide me Hugin will allow Fuyo to use the Hiding in the summon Jutsu hiding Allows the user to hide inside the mouth of a summon specifically for this technique.  The user's knowledge in the barrier arts allows them to use a barrier to completely hide their chakra signature from even the most skilled of sensory ninja.  They enter and exit the summon at Fuyo's speed.

After the training Fuyo, Hugin, and Matatabi the three bonded to each other set off to the village with with Hugin in the air Matatabi leading the way and Fuyo following back to the village.

Shibata was fleeing from the village, on his way out as quickly as he could and cutting through the forest near his own house. Giving a warning to Futo Uchiha through him appearing to his familiar, the Nara clan member moved at extreme speed towards his fellow genin, and, knowing that he may raise the alarm of the Rebel Heart's departure from Konohagakure no Sato, in a panicked state Shibata decked the shit out of the other inhabitant of the forests, knocking him out as he surprised and overwhelmed the Uchiha.

Seeing that the uchiha had formed several handsigns, Shibata leaped back for a moment, knowing that he could be walking into a trap, standing 10 feet away from the Uchiha, before snapping him in his shadow imitation jutsu that needed move no distance considering they were both in the same shadow of a tree, freezing Fuyo before he could activate his tempory paralysis, thus breaking the chain of events and preventing the creation of the Iron Maiden. The Rebel Heart then, from these 10 feet away with his opponent paralyzed, let out a snide remark of "Shadow Imitation Jutsu, complete," before keeping his hands at his side and walking towards the genin, making the signs rat-boar-rat-boar, all the while compelling them to get closer before they touched hands and Shibata placed a Paralysis seal on his opponents hand, freezing him, before realeasing his shadow possesion, and striking him in the face at a an extreme speed and strength, knocking him out.

when fuyo saw the man jump back he used the substitution tech that fuyo had mastered with no hand seals and when he used the shadow jutsu. and it made contact with fuyo. fuyos body was replaced with the branch 4 meters above the man then fuyo put the man in temp paral while he was still in the shadow jutsu then continued with his plan with the man stuck  fuyo backed off and created the Iron Maiden to seal the man that had tried to attack fuyo and bury him where he attacked the son of a Uchiha assassin.
"oh wow i thought i was going to die there for a second."
Fuyo laughed to him self as chain shot up through the ground to drag the man and the iron cat into the earth.

Temp paral has low hand seals so it was quick.
Fuyo instantly went 4 meters above the man when he attacked him
Substitution is mastered with no hand seals so i dont have to move to activate and if i do i will activate it when you started hand seals.

(You can't master substitution jutsu, so I guess hit confirmed, also no reason to dodge the shadow possession so yeah, you got got buddy. Gonna go ahead and continue from hit now because the crux of your post should be void)

After he knocked out the Uchiha, Shibata unraveled two scrolls, the first scroll had a  Chakra-Draining Seal (made here) across it, which was placed beneath the unconscious and unmoving Uchiha, draining 90 action points from Fuyo, and restoring 45 action points to the Rebel Heart, the second was blank. The young Nara clan member made the seal of confrontation and placed it upon the empty scroll before pointing to the sleeping Fuyo and using the Four Symbol Sealing method to store the fellow genin into a scroll, binding him before Shibata said, "I'm not trying to kill you, I'm just trying to cover my escape and get the hell out of here."
