Permission fer mission

Arc went to the Kage's office and wrote on the brightly colored bulliten board with the provided pen that was connected to it by a bit of string.  

*Arcanis and Rook* he wrote in the NAME section

*Human Abduction* he wrote in the OUT OF VILLAGE MISSION section.

He would check back periodically to see if someone approved of him going to save the child from the human traffickers out in the borders.  That is if he got permission soon enough to track them down.

Sitting in his office as usual, Kizmaru had been swamped in paperwork as per usual. Sighing to himself, even though he had just gotten a newly appointed advisor to take the brunt of the work, Kizmaru was still saddled with a majority of it at the end of the day. He figured he'd be able to knock out a lot of the paperwork right now before taking a break and going on with his day before coming back here later tonight. Reaching for a sheet of paper, he began to look through the document to see what contents of the sheet presented to him. As usual nothing new, nothing important. Just another sign off in the sea of endless work. Sighing to himself, he got up and began to walk towards the common room at the side of his office in order to get himself a beverage. Wearing his typical Mizukage attire, it consisted of the blue and white robe he wore and the Mizukage hat with the veil that allowed him to conceal his face. Underneath it, he was wearing his usual attire of a yellow button down shirt, navy blue pants and ninja tabi for the comfort of the feet.

He also was wearing his Jounin Flak jacket over his shirt as an added layer of protection for peace of mind. There was a mini-fridge that was half the size of a normal fridge. Opening up the door, he reached for a fruity drink that he had been saving for an occasion such as this, found a straw to sip his drink through and closed the fridge before exiting the common room and heading back to the seat near his desk. Placing the drink on his desk, with the straw inside, he began to take a small sip of it before signing off on the document he had initially picked up and placing it in the completed pile. Before reaching for another document, he noticed something he didn't before. A bulletin board that had been written on by the name of Arcanis and somebody named Rook. He was slightly amused at the lack of respect his own shinobi possessed but he assumed it was because he remembered the name and didn't peg him for a guy that had common sense. Well, it didn't matter to him, he was used to this sort of thing ever since a certain incident and even had to explain to his newly appointed advisor that he didn't want the ground he walked on to be worshiped.

As far as he could tell, the new chuunin wanted to take a mission that happened to be on the borders of the country he governed. Kizmaru tilted his head a bit, drawing back the flesh from the right side of his cheek as if he was simulating wincing in pain. He wasn't too sure what to make of this. The male did come and easily performed an A-ranked mission with little to no problem in the village but he wasn't sure how he would handle leaving the safety of the village. Well, this is what he requested and it seems as if he was an up and coming shinobi on the move so he decided to humor this little request of his. The thing that bother Kizmaru was, who the hell was the person named 'Rook' he's never heard of that name before, not that he keeps track of every shinobi that's ever crossed his path but if he was requesting to leave the village with him. He should have some kind of idea in being able to gauge his ability. He figured he'd have to look into that a bit later but for now, he'd allow them both to go in a duo since he'd feel better sending out a lone chuunin.

Welp, since this was the way they requested his approval, he'd respond in kind. Getting up from his seat, he picked up his drink with his left hand before reaching for the colored sharpie with his right and writing the words 'Approved' onto it. It was nice to have a couple of oddballs as his village shinob i to lighten the mood but he hoped they'd take this mission very seriously as it could mean they could lose their lives if they're not careful. It may not be far from the main village but it's far enough to the point where they could disappear for good and nobody would know what happened to them. Either way, he remembered Arcanis' words of wanting to prove himself and this was a perfectly good way to do so. After writing on the bulletin board, he took another sip of his drink before walking back to the common room, changing into his Jounin attire and exiting the office.
