Defend the Bathhouse

Yosei obliged Kizmaru's request, more than happy to recline in the hot tub at last instead of taking further action in yet another semi-tedious mission.
"Next time, it'll be my treat," Yosei replied to KIzmaru. "Seems only fair."
He deserved this, he told himself. After taking all the time he needed to rest, he watched Kizmaru leave (averting his gaze appropriately, being a gentleman) and realized that he was also fairly curious about who exactly resolved the main conflict of the mission.
He got up and dressed himself in a fluffy white robe, then made his way over to the steam room he'd left the would-be assassins in, passing Kizmaru as he left. Yosei noticed Momochi - who else? - and smiled at her handiwork.
"Just like you to do all the work while the boys enjoy a nice soak." He said. As his eyes wandered over the room, he clocked a senbon lodged in the wall. There were only a limited number of ways she could have smuggled that in there, and Momochi and Yosei had been known to be of one mind in the past on certain things. He cocked his head towards it then gave her a clandestine nod, as if they were part of the same secret society.
Not such a bad visit in the end, Yosei thought. Yosei returned to the tub for a little while to rest up more, but once his skin started to prune he prepared to leave. He would make note of the staff members known to be involved in the attempted takeover so he could include it in the report for the owner to read over. Then he headed over to the closet where he left the unconscious front desk clerk using the Ephemeral genjutsu. The poor man was drooling into the floorboards. Yosei tied his hands behind his back with a tight knot using his robe's belt, and tied them to the radiator. Taking an inkpot off the shelf, he wrote "I'm a vile traitor" across the man's chest with his fingers, followed by a peacock feather doodle as a signature. With that, he redressed himself in his meticulously put together outfit and set off, leaving the bloody mess in the Bathhouse for someone else to clean up.

Momochi scratched her cheek awkwardly as Yosei commented on her situation. There was no way in hell she'd be allowed back into the sauna, much less into the baths themselves. She'd likely have to head back home and wash up there- or otherwise bite the bullet and flagrantly abuse some suiton ninjutsu to clean off quickly. Either way, what had started off as a day off had turned into yet another mission. She just hoped she got paid for it... After he left, she toweled off as much of the blood smears as she could before putting at the very least an undershirt and shorts on. The rest of her clothes were carried in her other arm. Blatantly ignoring the stares and whispers of the spa staff and customers as she exited, she walked the streets at a leisurely pace. Though ninja didn't make up a huge percentage of the population, they were common (and eccentric) enough that the sight of her making her way through the streets in what was essentially undergarments while smeared in blood was not a cause for alarm. Eventually, she made her way back into the Yamanaka clan compound, and more importantly her house.

The shower was not luxurious, but the feeling of grime and viscera peeling off her skin in layers was immensely satisfying. After she'd been rubbed raw by aloe scented wash and subsequently dried off, she ended up sitting by the central pond and canals to observe the wildlife. Tocchan, the giant crocodile who mostly left everyone alone, was sleeping soundly with a few turtles on his back. A few of the local cats were visible out of the corner of her eye- they were otherwise occupied with other things. Around half an hour passed before a small scroll nailed her on the back of her head. She swore aloud, grabbing it before it fell to the ground before noting the color- it was a mission pay scroll. Well, at least something good came from this.
