Task: After the unsettling protest that took place long ago, there has been some unrest within the village, with a majority of the population divided between supporters of the new kage, and those that are not. It is of quick haste that we stop those trying to start what seems to be a rebellion. Your mission is to gather intel on this group of rebels, and find out where their base of operations is. Any other info acquired will only help bring this to an end.
Today, it was time to make someone else take the fall. His slumber had been interrupted by the clattering of his door's mail slot having a scroll shoved into; typical lack of consideration by the ninja responsible for distributing the missions. Within the scroll, instructions on his assignment; he read about it while enjoying a cold glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, contemplating how to go about this mission. He got his black sleeveless tight fitting shirt, pants, weapon pouches and weapons, fitted his eyepatch over his right eye, and tightened his headband over his forehead.
In order to go about this, he came up with a neat plan. He still had the corpse of Ban Uchiha in one of his Corpse Storage Scrolls, and it would be coming in handy. He dropped by the hospital to get a few… supplies, let's say. He then made his way to the holding cells where the brothers he and Kira arrested were being held. It was a ways far off the beaten path, quite removed from the village itself with a few warning signs for any intruders wanting to make a surprise visit. Upon reaching a certain point in the visit, he heard a voice say "clear skies". Without a moment's hesitation, he stated "judge my vow". He didn't bother enabling his byakugan, but the Anbu that tested him for the countersign had already taken off as silently as they had crept up on Kaito, as though they had never been there. If Kaito had hesitated or not known the countersign, he would've likely been dead by now.
The facility itself was disguised as a small hill, with plenty of fake foliage in front of the reinforced steel door. Kaito banged the door a few times, with the free hand in his pocket nonchalantly. He refused to enable his Byakugan in this instance as well, lest some sensory ninja on the other side warned off the others and they offed Kaito. It would be best to wait the few seconds he was warned about, and eventually the door rumbled open. He stepped through and went in slowly; two masked ninja awaited on the other side. Kaito nodded at each one, but there was no reaction in return from either of them. Going down the stairs in apparent haste, turning and going down, turning and going down again, and then a couple times more, he finally made it to the underground bunker. The structure was heavily fortified, and very difficult to get into unless you were a very powerful ninja. Luckily, Kaito had the invitation. He made towards the warden, and slipped him the scroll. The warden read it carefully with an apathetic look, tilted his head at Kaito to indicate for him to follow him, and both made their way through the doors and corridors of the structure.

So far underground, the atmosphere and temperature were… peculiar. It felt cold and dry down here, and Kaito wondered how they ventilated the bunker to keep it aerated. He followed the guard down the concrete and poorly lit bleak corridors, with reinforced black steel heavy doors in front of each holding cell. Two masked ninja were in front of the door he was assigned to visit, probably a standard thing. He would, after all, be locked in once he went inside to proceed with his investigation. Once in front of the door, the guard halted, and one of the masked guards turned a large handle, the metallic whining of the gears pulling back the many locks on the door slowly but surely. A final grunt indicated the mechanism was fully pulled back, and with visible effort the masked ninja swung the door slowly open.
Inside, the sad sight before Kaito curled against the corner of the room. One might confuse the straight jacket for a regular unit used to control a less than stable individual, however these straight jackets were specifically made to hold down ninja. Seals across the jacket suppressed the chakra of the individuals, making them as harmless as a farmer. Not only that, the chains on their ankles secreted a relaxant toxic, not enough to stop their heart, but good enough that they wouldn’t be able to utilize any possible superior strength to escape their condition.
Coming from the outside, it would likely be difficult for Katai Ikeda to make out who just walked in, as he would be against the light and completely immersed in shade. Once the door closed behind him, the metallic bars once again were rolled into their position, locking the two people within the dank cubicle. A buzz of electricity came from the ceiling, and as the coil warmed up, light slowly seeped into the room. Katai turned his head slowly towards Kaito; it seemed like prison didn’t agree with him. He had lost a few pounds, his cheekbones more defined and gaudier, his lips parched and cracked. It didn’t stop him from smiling faintly. “Noboru Kaito. The prodigal bootlicker.”
Kaito snapped his fingers, and a scroll popped into his hand. “How’ve they been treating you, Katai?” Katai looked Kaito deep into his eye. “Is it true you lost your rank to your student?” Kaito’s eye flooded in crimson at the provocation, as Katai probed for a reaction. It was too late. His psyche belonged to Kaito now.
He crouched, and opened the scroll, letting it roll through the floor until it reached its length. Many seals covered the length of the paper, and Kaito just needed to flow some of his chakra in order to activate it. Katai observed the entire thing with confusion and baited breath; Kaito finally performed the summoning technique that allowed him to summon into the room the body of Ban Uchiha, with his punctured heart and loosened bowels, a strong stench of blood and shit flooding the room. Katai’s eyes watered, as he observed this stranger on the floor.

Tears slowly started streaming down the gaunt cheeks of former chunin of the Kumogakure as he looked at the body of the unknown aged individual Kaito had murdered at the gates of the village. While there was no direct relation between the two, and it was unlikely Katai had ever seen Ban Uchiha (although if there was an actual conspiracy, it’s likely they could’ve been linked), the truth is Katai had already fallen victim to Kaito’s genjutsu. Truly a remarkable tool, the Sharingan. Taking advantage of the shadow that shrouded the deep crimson tomoed eye, Kaito had bridged their two minds with the Sharingan, allowing him to manipulate the reality that Katai witnessed. No, even though his eyes saw Ban Uchiha on the floor, his brain interpreted that as his brother, Uki. Bloodied, bruised, missing fingernails and even some fingers. One his feet was unnaturally bent due to the destruction of the kneecap. Of course, he hid away the crown of blood on Ban Uchiha’s chest.
Katai gulped and held back sobbing, averting his sight to the wall in front of him, with Kaito and Ban to his right side. “What’s wrong, Katai?” Kaito squatted next to the body, he looked at Katai and then at Ban Uchiha, which Katai’s brain could only perceive as his brother. His brother was a level down in a special cell, meant to hold brutes. But Katai didn’t need to know that. All he needed to know was what Kaito needed to know. “Come on, Katai. Say something funny.”
“FUCK YOU!” Spittle escaped his lips and landed on the floor between the two. “Katai”, started the redhead, “you know where this is going.” He pulled out a syringe from one of the holsters in his pocket, a clear liquid within. “We did fuck up when treating your brother. Heart attack. I didn’t know he had heart issues, to be honest. Was he a heavy eater?” A wonderful play on words; Uki was a formidable Taijutsu master. Katai, on his hand, seemed to be piecing together what was happening. “What the fuck…”
Kaito sighed. “Katai, you’re actually too stupid to be real, man. Let’s get this over with.” In a flash, Kaito punctured the side of Katai's thigh; so weak was he with the tranquilizer that he couldn’t resist the attempt. He injected the liquid into the thigh of the former chunin, and within seconds, it would start affecting the heart beat of the lad. “This way you won’t die of shock or something. Whatever happened to your brother.” He got up, and walked to the corner of the room. However, Katai didn’t see that. He only saw Kaito’s figure becoming more and more dangerous. “So, Katai. Are you gonna talk?” Katai would hear a buzzing in his ears, bothering him and making it difficult to erase Kaito’s voice from his residual memory.
