The man of the north visits the volcano

Taichi emerged from the ground, excited and ready to find the undead bastard that he once knew only from the disagreements that the two had shared. "Where is that zombie roaming nowadays?" Taichi wandered through the vilage, curious to know where he had gone, where Stein had truly gone and where his next step was going to be. 

Would they join together and begin thrashing through village after village, or would they instead go out into the depths of the world and begin their own cult of miscreants. He didn't know, but he did know that he wanted to get the next chapter ripped right open and begin striking the pavement to get to the next part of his life.

Taichi would walk into one of the taverns right off of the black shores of the volcano island. As he walked in, he observed the other patrons and didn't see anyone that he recognized immediately, but hopefully he would find himself in a conversation with an old friend soon enough. He grabbed himself a seat at the bar and began his drinking, praising the Valkyries with every swig.

Jayden Jaymes Terumi hadn't been a Volcano nin for very long. Only long enough to see his girlfriend die in front of his eyes, and long enough to lose the few friends he had made in Volcano. The young oddball was walking around the village exploring the area. Not like he hadn't seen this area a thousand times already. But the former Team Fuku Kiri member was actually kind of thirsty. He was old enough to drink so why not have some beer. Some really loud guy swinging a beer mug around was quite annoying. Oh well the ninja of few words decided to have a seat beside him.
It was quite annoying that he was so loud so Jayden decided to be mischievous. He knocked the beer mug out of his hand. If this goes through Jayden attempted to turn towards the man and casually knocked the mug out of his hand making it look accidental, and said beer mug would shatter on the floor if unstopped.
"Aw shit man I'm sorry!" Jayden said attempting to sound really apologetic, but inside he was quite relieved.

While in mid swig, the Norseman was interrupted in his merry drinking by someone attempting to knock his drink right out of his hand and onto his clothes. Taichi, of course, would feel the body of the quiet one next to him impact the mug in which he drank out of, causing Taichi to create a second glass out of his hand with his wood release chakra. Taichi then drank the contents out of the wooden glass that turned back into a hand after he was finished with it. Taichi looked over to the sneaky one beside him and wrapped his left arm around the newcomer and began to sing loudly, in the language that he had heard the voice speak to him during his long meditation within the Earth. 

"Halló, vinur minn! Frábært að sjá þig! Frábært að góður víkingur hellir aldrei drykknum sínum!" Taichi would resume his drinking but he would then include the lad that had decided to sit down beside him. "Segðu mér frá þér vinur. Hvað færir þig inn í veröndina á þessum tíma? Kannski til að láta frá sér gufu? Eða kannski til að komast í keppni um pínudrykkju. Hvað segir þú, ha!? The merry Viking would await the lad's response as he took another few swigs from his mug before yelling out for another drink.

What in the hell just happened?!?! Was the first thing that ran through Jayden's mind! His attempt at knocking the mug out of the man's hand failed miserably. And at this point, Jayden was in quite an uncomfortable position and the man's singing was even more annoying! But, what the hell, maybe he should just let this go, after all some alcohol was needed for Jayden to drown his sorrows. His plan is to get so drunk he forgets everything!
Somehow during the loud drinks antics he managed to squeeze out of his grip and order his first drink for the night!

"All hail the Valkyries!" Taichi yelled as he downed yet another mug full of alcohol. He turned slightly to the man beside him and began to speak in a joyful, but less boisterous voice, "Say friend. You look a awful form of miserable, what troubles you today my friend?" Taichi would use a branch growing from his side to grab another bottle from behind the counter, knowing the bartender was far too busy with the other patrons on the other side of the bar. 

"Here ya go." Taichi placed the bottle in front of the miserable lad and popped the top for him. Taichi understood what it was to drink away the pain of one's life, but he figured if he could help in any way, he was more than willing to do so. He would wait for the miserable one to expel exactly what it was that he was trying to forget with the aid of liter upon liter of alcohol that he was sure was soon to pass by the lad's lips.

The Norseman waited for what felt like an appropriate amount of time before realizing that the newcomer to the bar was one that would hold but only a few words. Taichi paid the bartender for his silent friend as well as himself. He thanked everyone at the bar and he proceeded to exit the building. He decided that he was going to leave for his home, then maybe one day return to find that zombie ninja that he once thought of as one worthy of the title "master." But for now, the rag doll seemed to be the one he wanted to speak to more than anyone. 

As Taichi exited the tavern, he quickly merged with the Earth beneath his feet, and he transported himself to the land of wind and sand, Sunagakure no Sato. He would be sure to be civil and respectful and would only go to the gates, for he knew that much had probably changed since he had been there last. Surely no one would remember him, except for the rag doll himself of course. As he merged with the Earth below, he remembered the piles of bodies that once lay there on the walls of the village, and he wondered whether or not the bodies had finally been moved. The Norseman knew why the bodies were there, they were but a signal to would-be invaders that that is exactly what they would have to contend with. The village was hopefully going back to being an actual village, instead of a very large Missing nin hideout, but he figured that only time would tell. 

As he was transporting himself, he remembered the ninja that he had robbed within the forests. He didn't know why, but something pulled him that direction. There was something that wanted to go into that forest once again and find just where that ninja was coming from. He wanted to see that village and maybe, just maybe he would find something of interest for him there. Changing his direction midway to the land of Wind, he transported himself all the way to the thick forests that he had found that poor white haired ninja that day and began hunting for the village that was possibly hidden within the leaves.

It is hard to lose the one you love, espeially if they die practically right in front of you or say, "ill be back later" and then never return because they die. Suddenly the man leaving in an odd fashion snapped him out of it. Jayden shook his head and just left with tears in his eyes.
