Task: The fishermen need help transporting their haul back from their boats into the supply stores. This is a task that ensures the survival of this village, go help them with the hauling and don't screw up.
Staring up at the mission board Kato carefully considered his options. There were a few good options but what to choose? Clean the Mizukage statue? No thanks. The bank was looking for help, that is promising but boring maybe another time he thought to himself as he weighed the different options in front of him. There was a group of fishermen who had requested aid with hauling their goods from their boats to the supply stores, that would do. Being close to the ocean was a much nicer location for a mission, he didn't like the sound of skulking around a bank all day, or climbing The Great Mizukage statue. Kato took the mission scroll from the notice board and began to walk towards the docks with a cheerful look on his face, whistling a little tune he remembered from his time on the water.
"I'm quite looking forward to this job, I could use a work out" Kato thought to himself as he strolled past a collection of stores selling fruits and vegetables. He took a moment to cast his eyes over the fruit on offer and purchased a portion of melon chunks. It was going to be a draining day, he'd need a snack to keep his energy up! Content with his purchase Kato continued along his route "I do love to be close to the ocean, I wonder what the haul will be today?" as he continued his walk to the docks his thoughts drifted to his experience on the water and his journey to get to Kiri in the first place.
Turning a corner he was suddenly brought back to the present as the bright setting sun shone into his eyes. The sun was low but it was still quite some time before sunset. Kato looked down at the docks and took a second to appreciate the view. The low sun caught the waves and the ocean glimmered with beautiful reflected sunlight. "What a view. Looks like I picked the right mission after all." Kato continued down to the docks with a smile on his face and waited for the boats to return, the first couple should be back soon.
While he waited for the first fishing boats to return he put himself through his usual warm up routine, a quick few sprints up and down the beach before a series of stretches to keep his muscles feeling loose and fresh. As Kirigakure was a village in Island country they relied on the docks for a good portion of their custom and the fish that was caught and processed through these docks would help feed the entire village, at least to some degree. Due to this fact Kato knew that a lot of fish was caught daily, today would be a busy one, "but thats the life of a ninja, at least the life of a Genin" he thought to himself as he watched the first couple of fishing boats return to the docks from the surrounding fishing grounds.

Kato felt the anticipation of the mission build as the first boats edged closer and closer to the dock. "Time to give in the mission scroll" Kato thought to himself as he moved his attention away from the incoming boats and began to scan the crowd of people dotted around the docks, looking for the dock master. After scanning for a few minutes he picked out who he assumed to be the dock master, a tall man with bronze skin and a sturdy frame. "Kato Hyuuga reporting in, how is it looking today?" he said to the dock master as he handed over the mission scroll. Accepting the mission scroll the dock master addressed Kato directly "Excellent timing Kato, the first boats are just returning & from the looks of it the good fortune of this fishing season is continuing, looks like another big haul. I hope you're up to the job."
The dock master's words only served to add more fuel to the fire within Kato. "I'd have it no other way, I've been looking for a good workout & to get plenty of fresh air in the process? Simply a bonus". The first boat landed at the docks, so fully stocked with fish to that the boat was sitting especially low in the water, it must have been close to exceeding the weight limit. Good fortune indeed!
The first stage of the job involved hauling the fish from the boat to the dock. There, the fish would be sorted into specific groups depending on the quality and type of fish. Kato wasted no time and hopped onto the newly arrived boat. He knew he'd have to work smartly if he was going to keep up with the demand of the incoming ships & so he focused his chakra and activated his Byakugan. Now he had the ability to easily distinguish between the different types of fish contained within the haul, three different species of fish, not too bad. Kato shouted a few orders to the dock workers who were forming the specific piles "In this haul we've got salmon, tuna, & pufferfish, get three barrels ready with the appropriate labels. I'm going to be moving quickly so I need clear areas to sort the fish, have spare barrels ready so we can keep the flow going." The dock workers quickly heeded Kato's orders and began organising the barrels.
Now that the team that he was working with had their orders Kato got to work. He channelled chakra to both of his feet and his hands, improving his speed and the accuracy at which he could collect and redistribute the fish. He moved at a speed that caught the dock workers off guard, perhaps they had not seen a Hyuuga moving close to his top speed before. Despite the mixture of looks from the dock workers Kato continued his work in a smooth and time-efficient manner and quickly moved through all the ships that had returned, sorting the haul that they returned with. As Kato finished loading the last barrel of salmon he was greeted by the dock master. "Thank you for your work today Kato, it was a pleasure to see a Hyuuga work in such a manner, you must have shaved an hour or two off our usual sorting time! But you're all done now! The barrels will be taken to their various locations but you don't need to worry about that. Here you go" with that the dock master handed the mission scroll back to Kato with the report of his excellent performance.
