Task: There was a meteor shower last night and a local scientist has hired you to recover the meteorite reported to have landed nearby. Be careful though, because you won’t be the only one searching for it.
 
He wakes up in the middle of the night and hops in the shower he takes a nice long bath in warm water and just sits there for a while enjoying the feeling of warmth that came from his bath and wrapped his body and a soothing embrace. He often enjoyed that he lives alone because more often than not he got to have moments like this where he got to have peace, quiet, and tranquility. It was beautiful he just wished he could do it everyday. After an hour he began to clean his body and hair. After he’s done he starts to brush his teeth making sure to get every spot in his mouth, he uses the bathroom, and gets dressed wearing the same thing he wears everyday. He gets the milk, and orange juice from his fridge and cereal that rested on top of his fridge. He sets it all out on the table and before he prepares his breakfast. After finishing his breakfast he grabs the rest of his things for the day and proceeds to head out but not without saying goodbye. He turns to the photo he has of his brother he keeps by the door and says “Hey I won’t be gone for a long time. I’ll be alright, I shouldn’t get hurt or go too far. So there is no need to come with me. I'll be back before you know it alright. Love you.” He heads out of his house making sure to lock his door behind him. He doesn’t have much of value but he doesn’t want to risk anything he does own getting stolen. He begins to head out to the Raikage’s Office to get a Mission for the day. Once he arrives at the Raikage’s office he takes a look at the mission board there's quite a few here wow. After going over all the ones he noticed an interesting one: an S-rank Mission. He looked it over and thought about it. “If i complete this I would probably be on a few peoples radars.” “Next!” He grabbed the Mission File and brought it into the room and handed it to the man. “Are you sure about this one you're just a Genin?” “Yes sir I am very sure.” “Well ok. Approved.” He said as stamped a few things and handed Suimin the Mission file back. “Next!” He left the Raikage's Office with a little pep in his step because he was excited about his first big mission. He ventured to the border of Kumogakure and went to the science lab. “Hey I’m about to head out on a Mission and was wondering if you guys could help?” “What’s the mission?'' Responded one of the scientists. “I have to go collect a piece of a meteorite from the recent meteor shower can I get something to hold it in.” “Well sure let me get you a vial.” The scientist got up and went to a different part of the lab and got a vial for Suimin. “Here you go. Are you sure about this mission” “Yes I’m sure.” He heads out of the science lab and heads for Northern gates to begin his Mission. He begins to arrive at where the meteor shower happened when he stopped to rest and get a drink of water. He noticed he was alone or he just didn’t notice anyone.

Kiyoshi was sitting idly in the outskirts, when suddenly his boss came up to him and pat him on the shoulder. "Kiyoshi, there was a meteor that landed to the south of the camp. It's fairly close to the village, but since it isn't inside the village, it's fair game for us, haha!" The large portly man said, knowing full well that the only reason his band of outlaws could exist was because the young man he just pat was a ninja. Kiyoshi stood up and stretched a bit, before asking this portly pig of a man a couple of questions. "Where exactly is the meteor, and when did it hit the ground?" The old man then explained to him the whereabouts of the meteor and that it landed last night. Kiyoshi nodded before grabbing his weapon pouch and heading off in the direction that was stated. Going through the canyons and the cliffs of lightning country, Kiyoshi soon found himself in a clearing. This clearing was not there the day before, as it was caused by the giant meteorite that crashed into the side of a cliff and toppled it, before making a large impact crater. The crater made a bit of an arena that was 50 meters across, sloping downwards until the lowest point was 10 meters below the highest point. It was a near perfect circle, other than the large impact trail that was to the south of the crater, with was around 5 meters in diameter and went 30 or so meters more to the south, gently sloping upwards until the sloped tunnel was flush with the actual ground. The surrounding environment was simply rocky cliffs with a couple of ditches, excluding the north, which opened up into a forested area with 15 meter high trees densely packed. 

Kiyoshi managed to peak out from the forest, looking downwards at the impact site, and noticed a young man sitting down somewhere, probably on a rock, and taking a few drinks of water. It seemed like Kiyoshi was not the first one there, but the young man had yet to make a move for the meteorite in the center of the crater, so it seemed that he was a bit tired and needed rest. this was the perfect time for Kiyoshi to strike, as the person was resting and drinking water about 20 meters away from him, with him having the cover of the dense trees, the other person would most likely not notice him unless he had some sort of sensory technique or special senses currently active. With a rapid two hand seals, Kiyoshi would activate False Darkness and fire a spear of lightning towards this person that was seemingly unawares, aiming for the upper thigh on his right leg, since that was the side he could see. Regardless of what the person did, Kiyoshi would begin running down the slope into the crater, using the surface walking technique to make sure there was no chance for him to trip and fall.

Kiyoshi would be watching the young man like a hawk, and if the young man managed to dodge the lightning spear, Kiyoshi would fire another one, if the person jumped or used too large of a movement to escape, shooting the spear where the person was going to be, rather than where he was. Kiyoshi would wait for his competitor's response while heading towards the meteorite in a straight line.

Suimin had been sitting inside the crater about 20 meters from the western end. He took his seat on a rock and started drinking from the river inside the crater. There was a lot of debree and dents inside the crater making it a difficult terrain to traverse. He noticed some of the earth was burnt and had a smokey smell to it. As he was sitting he continued to take a few more sips of water. He heard from the western edge of the crater lightning starting to crackle. He turned to see a spear of lightning charging towards him he jumped 10 meteres to left at record speed he activates the Surface Walking technique to catch himself he finds himself at the southern edge of the crater. There were a few rocks near him but none blocking his assailants point of view. He activates his Sharingan in response to his assailiant attacks. "I don't know why you're here but your making a mistake attacking me."

Kiyoshi was surprised at how the person that he was seemingly competing with over the meteorite was apparently quite fast, but it seemed that he was not quite thinking and acting purely on instinct. Kiyoshi was already looking for the person's next action, and had a second spear ready for if the person made a large movement. And as if on queue, the young man made a large jump that seemed to span quite a few meters, ten in fact, and the jump was not obscured by the surrounding rocks either, which made it easy for Kiyoshi to hit him with his already prepared spear. Considering the young man jumped, unless he had some way to maneuver in mid air, he would get struck by the lightning spear that was already ready, right before he hit the ground. Kiyoshi attempted to aim precisely at the young man's mid section, but as he could not quite calculate everything about the jump the young man did, only where he was going to land, it might hit him in the chest or the upper thighs, but it was definitely going to be on target. The spear traveled through the air and hit the young man square, but Kiyoshi did not follow up on this, and took a glance at the meteorite that he was still heading towards. 

He was now about ten meters from the meteorite in question, but still had his eyes on the young man that was now struck with the lightning spear. He had no idea who this young man was, nor his abilities, so it was best to be a bit cautious. You don't survive out in the wilderness like he did where there are shinobi from the villages roaming around doing various things if he wasn't at least a little paranoid. Kiyoshi would wait for the young man, and if he attempted to get up or come towards the meteor, Kiyoshi would fire two more lightning spears in rapid succession, one straight at the young man, and the next one at wherever the young man chose to dodge. Kiyoshi could harry him with these last lightning spears while getting closer to the meteorite if he didn't know what was good for him.

[OOC: It has been far longer than 72 hrs without a response, so unfortunately I will be skipping you and calling a hit, calling this mission to a close.]

It seemed like Kiyoshi was right, as he was swift walking sideways towards the meteorite in the center of the crater, the young man, seemingly inexperienced, made a large jump to the side which Kiyoshi was looking for, and so a second spear whistles and cackled as it flew through the air towards the young man. As Kiyoshi was already aiming for the legs of the young man, the spear would careen through the air and pierce through the young man's right leg's upper thigh area, whish would pierce all the way through and also hit his left leg, digging in but stopping at the bone, before dissipating, leaving a large hole in his right leg that went all the way through, and a smaller, but still moderate, wound in his left leg. This would leave the young man unable to walk properly at all, so Kiyoshi could just head to the meteorite without a problem. 

"Stay down kid, you're out of your league. Stick to missions with a jounin escort next time." Kiyoshi would say triumphantly, but would still side walk towards the meteorite, watching the movements of the young man. If anything happened with the young man, Kiyoshi would not mind giving him a couple of extra wounds in the form of second and third degree burns with a couple of fire jutsu. Kiyoshi then got to the meteorite, which was the size of a softball, but really dense and fairly heavy, but nothing Kiyoshi could not lift and carry out. As soon as he grabbed the meteorite, he held it in the nook of his right arm against his chest so he could perform a series of four hand seals while running towards the forest from whence he came. He very quickly got within ten meters of the tree line before using the jutsu he had just performed hand seals for, which was the substitution technique. There were plenty of logs around that matched the proportions needed to substitute with it, and it would allow Kiyoshi to travel a bit faster out of here.
