Sitting in his office, the Mizukage had heard there was some sort of betting process as a side hustle for the chuunin exams. He can't say he knew any of the genin personally but all he knew was they had all had a small summary of what they were capale of and some feats from their academy student and genin days. With that in mind, Kizmaru began to look over the participants before having his assistant prepare five separate envelopes with the combats he'd bet on, filling them each with some cash and giving them to his assistant, having them deliver it to an overseas courier. He figured he may as well have some fun with this since he wasn't goign to be present to witness the exams with his own eyes.
