WOW! Today is an extra special day. Generally the members of team puppet were stoked to be able to zip about the village, preparing and completing the various tasks required of them as ninja of the village hidden in the mist, but today was something special. For the first time since the clones creation, Pinochio(under extreme protest and grumbling literally the entire time), Ai, and Saya, along with the entire puppet troupe, were heading off to take care of some missions together.

The twins grinning with excitement as they stepped out of the house, wearing their standard mission outfits, but in reverse. Pinochio however, wore a large scaled looking body suit with an elongated face. The clothing accompaniment was a large white robe with the symbol of the land of rain stitched into the back, and a wide triangular hat.

"Uh. What are you two even supposed to be?! This is rediculous." He eyed the girls up and down. While he knew the answer before they said it, He also knew they would pester him the entire mission if he didn't ask.

"I'm Ai."

"I'm Saya"

The two opposite girls and their puppets spoke in perfect unison with the black haired girls claiming to be the puppet princess, and both blonde haired girls claiming to be the older sister.

"What are you supposed to be?!" All four spoke once again in unison, confusion evident on their faces.

"Obviously I'm the illustrious Ram. The Mascot of the village and the mizukage's pet. Or so i've heard. No one i've talked to has ever actually seen the mizukage." With their comparison done, it was finally time for the team to go to work.

Team puppet scoured the entire village. They'd heard that there was talk of some shady figure going around the village. Pinochio really wanted to punch him really hard, despite the girls insistence that there was a much better way. An older lady in the outskirts of the village pointed them to a fisherman. The fisherman pointed them to a daycare. The daycare was closed.

Just outside of the daycare there was a shift, barelly visible paterns of shadow rushing towards the back of a totally creepy alley. Without a second thought Saya rushed off, following what she assumed had to be this cloaked figure. Unfortunately, the alley was a dead end.

There was a loud crashing sound as the girls seached the dark alleyway. Turning their heads they found pinochio had noticed a doorway at the end leading into a totally inconspicuous shipping building. He'd punched it clear off the hinges.

".......It was locked. I solved the problem." All three rushed in--and immediately Ai escorted her little sister out. Within was a pile of bodies still dripping blood. Flies buzzed around the corpses. Taking careful steps pinochio checked the area for any signs of movement, slipped on a patch of still wet blood, and fell face first into the pile of corpses. everything was absolutely ruined.

"Well... I guess ew know something now."

Task: A group of locals are out in costume prowling the village for candy and mischief. Accompany them, make sure they don't cause too much trouble, and wear your best costume! This group may be just you and your mission partners, in which case... don't cause too much trouble yourself.

"Alright. So i dunno what that was but.... Did it--" Saya was cut off. Ai was continuing to almost forcefully walk her out of the alleyway, putting herself between the doorway and the shifting glance of the inquisitive girl.

"Yes. We completed the mission. Want to go trick or treating? I know you've always wanted to actually go, and I feel like with our height people would one hundred percent mistake you for a kid young enough to legally be there. " Ai beamed at her sister, even if it was fabricated. What they'd seen in that room would absolutely haunt her dreams.

"mmmm LIke actual trick or treating? Not going from room to room in the mansion and having staff give me a piece of bread with some honey on it because i'm not supposed to have candy? Cuz while I apreciated the sentiment, that is not what seven year old saya was so excited for..."

"Yes. Forreal trick or treating. Door to door. Pumpkin shaped candy bucket, pinochio checking all your stuff to make sure theres no drugs or blades or anything, and then you can gorge yourself until your belly is so full you can't move. What do ya say?" Saya was ELATED. I mean how could she not be? She'd heard about trick or treating from stories and television, and longed to be one of the kids in cheap plastic costumes with shitty masks that you cant see through.


"OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG YES PLEASE!!!!" saya bounced the rest of the way out of the alleyway, where they waited for pinochio who was wierdly no longer wearing his kage outfit.

"Don't. Ask. I've got another one at the house. " OH no. Ai immediately knew what had happened. He must have found some way to fall into the blood pooling on the floor. THinking about it.... Should they call that in?

With orange candy bucket in hand, and with Pinochio's new mizukage outfit, They rushed off to give Saya another piece of her childhood that was taken from her by her mother. The first few houses were skeptical. They'd seen saya around and knew she was a ninja, but at the end of the day they also knew that the age to graduate the academy was often set up so that genin could go around trick or treating for a year or two between missions. They didn't really care that much.

Ai kept a close leash on the tiny terror. Literally. She got one of those baby leash things--yanno with the teddy bear backpack or whatever. With her small strength there was no way she could actually get out of it, and it helped keep her on task.

The trick or treating was over far too quick for the girls liking. That wasn't true for the other two, but they were at least glad that she'd had a good time. Back at home Pinochio griped and complained as he pressed the button to the floor that the two girls shared, but when they got downstairs he dumped the brimming candy bowl out and checked the contents for Saya.
