The Lil Dragon Who Could(n't) [Hunter]

(Claiming hits on the Dragon for 72 hour rule, total of 110 damage and complete paralysis from Singularity)

While things were just starting to kick up, Hiroki Shimada took notice of his enemy not dodging out of the way from his attacks, thus they would make contact with the man when he was 15 meters away. The dome of lightning would zap him causing electrical burns to eventually start forming, and the gravitational pull from the other tech the youngin sent out would keep him rendered paralyze. Which made this next bit, 10 times easier.

"Now that you are paralyzed, you will stay that way until the moment of death. You are about to witness, the birth of the Raiju of Kumogakure!" Upon saying this, the lads expression began to change. His face wasn't fully transforming by any means, but Hiroki's teeth glinted off the light while snarling, looking forward at the prey. Brows furled, both of his hands moved to form rat, ox, tiger, hare, dragon. From this, his body began to flood over with chakra, and his eyes began to glow a light blue.

After this, the Shimadan quickly would perform some more seals in tandem to this; tiger, then ram, then snake, then monkey, then bird, and lastly, dog. His hands would pause on the way the contorted for the last one, and a blue ball of lightning chakra would emerge forth, making it's way to the ground 3 meters directly in front of him. Once there it would sprout legs, and a canine maw, as well as a chain comprised of the same elemental chakra as the beast itself which connected to the palm of Hiroki's hand. With the lightning hound now out, Roki once again found himself speaking "Achilles," His voice would reverberate off the nearby environment, charged with static. The wolf like snarl then turned to a grin of glorious satisfaction. "Heel!" The construct would then rush forth, attempting to bite the dragon. If it would hit, which it most likely would seeing as he was currently paralyzed from the Kumogakuren's other technique, the older man would find himself under another paralytic effect.

The Dragon had taken the boy for granted and fallen into one of his traps. Fooled by his silly pride and ambition, Ro had found himself caught in a medley of jutsu. One jutsu which distorted time and space and constrained his movements, and another which caused electric burns to begin spreading over his skin. If Ro had been younger, he may have passed out from the pain, but his long years of battle had left him battle hardened and determined to fight to the very end.
 
“Raiju of Kumogakure! We fight till the end!” The Dragon would yell through his stiff mouth, following the boy’s speech. Although Ro’s body had been paralyzed, his years of training had granted him the ability to perform specific jutsu without the need of hand seals.
 

As the Kumogakure shinobi began to formulate hand seals, 5 stalagmites would begin protruding from the ground around him at 5 different locations. These stalagmites each originated 5M away from the boy; one directly behind him, one to both his direct left and right, and the final two in front of him separated by 3 meters in length so that they would be positioned to both his front left and right. Each stalagmite had a sharp point and would begin growing rapidly at a 30-degree angle towards the center where the Kumo shinobi stood. If he failed to avoid this surprise attack, he would be impaled from all sides by the sharp stalagmites that now rushed towards him.

Laser focus was required when battling someone. To be able to be present within the moment, and observe the surrounding area for imminent dangers was the best way to overcome any obstacle. From something as simple, yet oftentimes grand as someone running in your face, to the most miniscule of changes that could have an equally as big of an impact; it all mattered the same. Being grounded in this sense was something Hiko took pride in.

While formulating the hand seals, he was interrupted at the sight of two stalagmites emerging forth from the ground in front of him. This caused him to pause, quickly looking to his left and right, there were at least two more. They all started to rapidly converge in on the ninja, but he dodged by moving diagonally forward, in between the one on his front left and the one to the immediate left, taking up a position that was 5 meters away from his last spot, now 13 meters away from his opponent.

During this movement, his hands switched, performing a different series of motions instead. "You won't be able to pull those kinds of tricks on me." He'd remark, while both right and left hands merged through monkey, ox, snake, and rat. Had the dragon not made it 20 meters away from Hiko, an overwhelming sense of fear would begin to take hold within himself, and would be frozen dead in his tracks.

After this, Hiko would finish with another technique. Red ronin robe flowing, as the sleeves moved briskly while his hands matched each other, creating; monkey, ox, boar, and finally tiger. Upon the last seal, 3 discs of pure lightning would be produced from this, floating gracefully within a triangle like formation. They only hung there for a mere second, before taking off towards the guy. The discs would travel to however far they would have to in order to get within 1 meter of the dragon had he still been within range; one would be targeting a meter above him, the other two would go until they were 1 meter to his direct right or left. The discs wouldn't actually clash with him, but once there, the ninjutsu specialist would seize his opportunity. Whistling the corresponding seal for confrontation, all 3 discs would then explode, expanding outwards until they would reach 2 meters before completely dissipating. Judging how badly injured the opponent was, this would be, at the very least, a near fatal strike which would paralyze in the off chance he still survived.

Once the discs had been launched, it was almost as if the entire world stood still. Holding it's breath, while on the edge of it's seat. Things were silent. Everything turned went from going fast to slow motion in a heartbeat, leaving the only sound to be heard was the slight whooshing made by the breeze blowing through; and a heart beat.

Thump, thump.

Will the discs make it in time?

Thump, thump.

Was this it?

Thump, thump.

Then, the world resumed; in a flash of blue-ish tinted light, the discs with Hiroki Shimada had sent after the now presumed paralyzed dragon had exploded right next to him. Dirt and dust kicked up and swirled around, making it unclear at first as to what the results of the attack were. Looking onward, he would reluctantly drop the genjutsu, watching as the brown air would slowly dissipate into the nothingness of air, and it was seen.

The body of the miscreant. Lying there, motionless upon the ground. Feet shuffling only a meter or two forward, there was no sign of life remaining within the new corpse. It was over. Roki had achieved this victory. For himself, and for the village. In this moment of achievement, there was a pause where one of the mischief makers of the village of Kumogakure would just sort of stand there, waiting for a catch of some kind. But, to no avail, there was nothing.

On his way over to collect the body, Hiroki would say to the dead man "You fought hard, Dragon. But I fight harder." The Raiju of Kumogakure had won. Picking up the body, slinging it over one shoulder, he'd tussle with his messed up black and white colored hair, and then confidently and assuredly make his way back to the village.

Noting that this thread was approved for exit and victory as the hunter will not be able to continue the thread. This jutsu would not have killed the hunter as it could only do a maximum of 100 damage in a single post.
