The Sneaky Cat

Mission Briefing:

The nice warm spring day allowed Ryumi to wear her favorite sort of attire that covered her up well enough to where she wouldn’t be described as showing off. But not covering the right amount allowed her arms to breathe while she walked down towards the massive estate she was currently assigned to in order to search for a cat that had seemingly gone missing. The information on the mission was really funny though for her. The cat was almost like a mirror image of the raven haired girl. Someone that hated to go to the doctors or annual check ups in general. She gave it some thought as to why the cat could potentially hate a check up; Ryumi’s thoughts wandered about to many different possibilities. The cat could potentially just hate having to be checked up simply because it hated having its body looked at from all angles. She still shudders at the thought of some of those check ups or examinations that the doctors did to people. It gave her the hiby-gibies.

The lush greens of the estate would make it quite easy to pick out the black cat that the owner had lost. She knew full well that things like this would require some amount of patience if she wanted to get this done. As such it wasn’t hard for her to essentially begin her “stealth” mode as she liked to call it, which was simply trying to feign ignorance and see if anyone either caught on or was too stupid to see that she knew exactly where they were. It was unorthodox, but had surprisingly worked at least one time beforehand. So it was something that she’d always try out at least once. However she couldn’t really see where the cat’s location even was. It was almost as if the thing was actually good at hiding out, that did make Ryumi give a small chuckle at her own slight stupidity in thinking the cat would reveal itself just because she ran around a few times. No she needed to work on this situation before the cat ended up going somewhere it most certainly should not go towards. So Ryumi had to take this with some amount of grace for the muscled out girl. Man she wished she could be super stealthy like those of her own age. Yet she thought she could easily be the queen of stealth, so she waited for a bit, rolling towards a secluded spot to try and see where the cat could potentially be. It took her about an hour of waiting before suddenly spotting the cat on one of the hedges. The pristine kitty looked so smug as it seemed to have evaded its captures. However Ryumi suddenly sprang forth from her hiding spot, immediately grabbing the cat with a small smile as the black feline would begin hissing and trying to scratch the muscle girl. However the cat's claws couldn’t even pierce her toughened skin.

“Here you go, miss! One Black cat! He certainly was hard to find though! SO try and take good care of him!” Ryumi said, being handed the Ryo before she walked away from the estate. Her mind wandered to what else she could potentially do today. There were a lot of small missions she could easily do. But it was a matter of preference rather than necessity. Her only thoughts however went back to Lloyd, knowing that these missions could help with the costs of getting him fixed up.
