Requested edits on this new version

-give the beam a one-post duration or until the maximum range is reached
-change the technique to B/A rank from C to B
-change cooldown from duration: used to Duration used +2
-Clarified reflex speed of the original user and not the new body
-Change the mastery option only for AP
