Cloak of the Prodigy

Name: Cloak of the Prodigy
Appearance: A set of white armor designed to cover the entire body. The uniform is highly durable, consisting of a silken haori/cloak worn over a metal breastplate and white pants strapped by a bar of silver or red buckled belt. The cape is attached to the shoulders by a symbol resembling a red and white shield, while the middle of the breastplate contains another sigil of a red cross.

The armor comes with an optional pair of insulated gloves and a full mask with eye holes for face protection. These add-ons are augmented alongside the main armor and always share the same health.

Backstory: The Nova, also referred to as White Swords, is an organization in Hoshigakure whose primary purpose is to carry out essential missions, secret or otherwise, that are perceived as the greater good of the village's name and honor. The Nova Corps are sworn for life and are forbidden from retiring from their duties unless it is to hold hereditary titles such as Master, Sannin, Deputy Kage, and Kage. 

Upon joining the ranks, the newly appointed Nova members receive their official cloaks from the current Nova Commander.

Trait: When worn, the user is treated as though the Chakra Suppression effect is active, making them unable to be sensed via the Chakra Sensory Skill. They may still be sensed via sensory techniques.

The name is misleading since it’s a cloak…but armor…however it is approved. I would have named it the Nova Veil or something.
