Get Iced, Beach

It was another one of those weird, spatial warp type things, huh?
One minute, a scorpion; no. The Scorpion was walking around Konohagakure after just have arriving there, and then the next they were somewhere else entirely. Some place where the sun had beamed down what felt to be hotter rays than the ones of Wind Country even. Surveying the area, it’s environment was relatively similar to that of the desert as well; the key difference there being that of the land eventually connecting with the sea. It was a beach. A decently sized one at that too, it had scaled quite a ways away in the distance, and on it’s inland side one would eventually come across a bit of it to be a boardwalk which had all kinds of food stalls, games, and shops set up upon it.
Hiko Shimada found himself on the very edge of this boardwalk, in a confused state. How did he get here? Why was he brought here? Was this real or a hallucination? Genjutsu maybe? With an incoming breeze coolly brushing up against his back, it could at least be proven that this was no hallucination, nor was it most likely a genjutsu. Reaching down to where the sandy surface had touched the planks of wood had ended, he’d grab a handful of the pale tan grains of miniscule earth to just double check that this wasn’t being imagined. Low and behold, this was once again proven. The Tau would then grumble, everything about this place was just to…bright and summery. While the place itself wasn’t physically bearing down on the teen in a harmful manner, it was just a bit too happy of an atmosphere. There was a lack of chaos within this area it would seem…
Turning to stare down where the boardwalk would lead, then turning back to look outwards at the massive strip of land which made the beach, there were more people who were currently gathered upon the previous rather than the latter. Although there was the natural sense to cause dismay and panic, there was almost something unnatural about it as well. As if there was just something clinging within the air that was preventing people from doing the dirty deeds which could send people into the disarray which Hiko had originally planned to do. There was that, and also he would now come to the realization that regardless of the unnatural bit, there was bound to be a handful of people who would fight back in a crowd that big and Hiko wouldn’t have been strong enough to take them all on. So, his gaze would be fixed upon the beach instead.
Wading into the field of endless sand, the scarred kid would make his way to a section that wasn’t close to too many people, but there was still clusters of others within view. Some people were just laying around, tanning on towels, whereas some where in small chairs underneath umbrellas, and enjoying a cocktail or two. Either way, if there was some, for whatever reason, interpersonal bouts of disruption from others, Hiko would then be able to at least witness it and revel because of it; it’s been a while since he's just basked in the absolute glory that was order’s opposite. Although this might seem contrary to what was felt before, there wasn’t really prior knowledge or any knowledge in that regards, onto how it had actually worked. There was just the feeling like he shouldn’t cause pain to someone, but nothing was known as to what would happen if he did follow through with it. Or it could just be a no conflict between opposing groups of people kinda thing. Who knew? Either way, in this spot, the Scorpion would try to get somewhat content by burying himself underneath the sand; noise from above could still be heard but was muffled slightly. Had there have been some kind of commotion, Hiko would at least hear it.
